420DeepGrow We're back at it with the Auto Candy Bubatz XL from Dutch Passion for the Dutch Passion Growing 2025 Competition 🌱
After researching this strain and seeing its potential, it's time to put it to the test outdoors in the mountains of the Sierra de Gredos 💪
To kick things off strong, I'll start with direct germination in large pots, avoiding transplants so that growth isn't hindered 🚀
The substrate will be organic, airy, and rich in nutrients, paired with the XpertNutrients range to ensure powerful development from minute one 🌱
I'll apply LST techniques to maximize light and make the most of the sunny, warm climate in the area 💡
I can't wait to see the potential of this strain outdoors and enjoy its sweet and fruity aromas as we progress with the grow 💚
Let's keep growing strong! 💪

420DeepGrow 📆 Week 1:
We’re kicking off strong in the mountains and the weather is on our side ☀️. The Auto Candy Bubatz XL has already germinated and is starting to push through with energy. Well-formed cotyledons, first leaves peeking out, and a vitality that promises great things. The organic and airy substrate is working well, with good moisture retention and drainage.
The sunny weather is key to this great start. No signs of stress or deficiencies, and with a compact and healthy seedling, things are looking very good. We’re keeping the watering light with controlled pH, and the action of XpertNutrients Master Root is already noticeable, helping to establish a solid root base.
We keep growing strong! 💪

420DeepGrow 📆 Week 2 – Auto Candy Bubatz XL
The Auto Candy Bubatz XL is progressing steadily in its second week of life. The first true leaves have grown well, and the second pair is starting to form, showing a compact and symmetrical structure. The green is intense, with no signs of stress or deficiencies.
The organic substrate continues to perform perfectly: good drainage, balanced retention, and roots that are still exploring vigorously, aided by the Master Root from XpertNutrients. The climate remains stable, with generous sunlight during the day and cool nights, ideal for outdoor growth.
Watering continues to be gentle, with adjusted pH, avoiding waterlogging and maintaining a good water balance. If everything continues like this, we’ll soon have a well-formed little plant ready for its first stretch.
We keep growing strong! 💪

420DeepGrow 📆 Week 3 – Auto Candy Bubatz XL
The Candy Bubatz XL is starting to stand out with more determination. This week it has made its first notable stretch, showing balanced vertical growth and lateral branching that is beginning to take shape. The leaves are expanding well, with a healthy green color and no deformities.
The root system continues to strengthen thanks to the Master Root, and the plant reflects this above: firmer stem, wider leaves, and a compact but promising structure. The change of stage is starting to be sensed; if all goes as planned, the first pistils will soon appear.
The weather has remained favorable, with good sunlight exposure and no sudden changes. Moderate watering has been maintained, always with controlled pH and adjusting as the plant demands more.
Everything indicates that this auto XL is ready to put up a fight.
We keep growing strong! 💪

Start of flowering 🌸
The Candy Bubatz XL officially enters flowering. The first pistils are already visible and are distributed with good symmetry across the main nodes. The structure has stretched without losing control, maintaining a solid shape with good light projection.
The vegetative growth is slowing down, and now all the energy is starting to channel towards floral formation. The lateral branching continues to develop and is preparing to support the weight of the future flowers.
The environment has remained stable, with no stress or pests. The plant responds well to the watering schedule, always adjusted upwards and with pH in check.
Everything points to an explosive flowering in the coming weeks.
We're still growing strong! 💪

End of the stretch
The Candy Bubatz XL, now in its fifth week, is at the end of the stretch. Vertical growth is starting to stabilize, and the plant has formed a compact and well-distributed structure. The first pistils are still appearing at a good pace, but the flowering is still more hinted at than taking off.
The side branches have gained thickness and are ready for what's coming. There's a good balance between vigor and control, with no signs of stress or blockages.
Stable environment, no pests or surprises, and watering is slightly increasing in volume. The pH is fine-tuned, and the overall color of the foliage is healthy.
Everything points to an explosive flowering in the coming weeks.
