Skipped a couple weeks of updates but here is another update-week 7of flower. Got a bit carried away with the feeding the last couple weeks and burned the shit out this one. Lol. Live and learn I guess. The buds are full and dense AF. Harvest is with in view now! Hoping for a monster haul- my goal is a Qrt P. 🌱🇨🇦🕷️

Is it to late to defoliate? Well into week 3 of flower. Perhaps just enough -to open up the canopy🌱?

I like to defoliate in waves. A little each time. Depending on the bud structure of the strain I will defoliate a little all the way until the 4th week of flowering.

I’m a firm believer in defoliation for multiple reasons. Your actually at a good stage in your grow to defoliate to allow lower bud site better light and space which allows for better bud development. Only remove fan leaves that are congesting or blocking light from lower sites. The less you remove the better but you may be defoliating lightly until the last 2-3 weeks from harvest. Garden looks good 👍

Hi @ArticGrowGuy No it's not going to make a huge difference if you remove some foliage to allow more light thru the canopy. Just don't go overboard with it and you should be ok. Sometimes a light trim allows more airflow thruout the plant eminating potential hot spots that could eventually lead to mold probs . 😀

I normally just grow indoors. But I built this greenhouse at the end of last summer. This one will stay out until September long weekend. Possibly sooner. Then it will go under a combination of LED for a total of 900W. Due to the climate here and the sun cycle. The plant can’t finish flowering before the winter sets in hard and because the sun doesn’t come up come October. Lol Me and a buddy tried to do it last year and got like 2gs off a 5ft plant. It ended up dying.

Nice growth from week 14 to 15. At least looks so, but maybe it’s a blurple illusion. You may gently push down and out to spread branches, offering some light penetration but mostly for better air flow around the colas. As @DILLIGAF mentioned, that’s important. Myth buster #1 - buds cannot use light to grow. They do need room to grow and fresh air. Maybe point a gentle fan up thru the under canopy if it’s very thick. Enjoy your harvest at the arctic circle! That’s awesome!!

@growdoctordc, Thanks! It’s had a serious growth spurt. I’m planning on bringing in a new fan for more flow. 🙌🏼

Good luck! I too am aiming at getting my WW as massive as possible too. Being in the Arctic when do you have to bring your plants inside before it turns to 12/12 light naturally?
