MindFlowers68 This is my first time trying auto flowers outside and my first year doing outdoor. I planned to start these a lot sooner because I have photoperiods outside an want to harvest these in well before they are ready so i can squeeze an indoor cop in mid-late summer while maintaining only 4 mature plants at any one time but the weather in my area was not cooperating the best. So I had to resort to making domes with lights for my pots because i wanted to go right into the final 30 gal pots and couldn't move them. And taking them on and off as needed to keep them from freezing or cooking.

MindFlowers68 It was a bit of a rough week for the auto flowers outside as it was still very cold for this time of the season at night in the 40's some nights so I had to cover with a humidity dome with low powdered LED'S to make of for the heat and light loss for cool overcast days. They were given a low dose of liquid kelp and cal-mag.

MindFlowers68 Weather was a bit more favorable for the plants outside and I was able to remove the humidity dome setup. Also got a first feeding of Boogie Brew compost tea. Had a few nice days of good direct sunlight and a decent rain I did not have to water this week other than the tea.

MindFlowers68 Everything looks okay. These are a few small bug holes but looks like whatever started to eat it stopped and has left it alone. We got a little bit of rain but i needed to give a nice solid watering once this week. Added another tank on my deck close to them to make it easier and a timer to save some power and not burn the motor out.

MindFlowers68 I'm pretty sure she more than doubled in size this week. I hope it was not the last week of veg, maybe one more left. Was 100f for several days this week but I didn't need to change anything about my watering schedule. I made a nice batch of tea and fed the night before the temps got bad. Then 2 days later with cal-mag water in the morning on the hottest day. And held off for a few days at end of week because f chance for rain. Not showing any signs of dehydration and seem to be not minding the heat.

MindFlowers68 Growing strong and transitioned into flower this week. Already getting some wiffs of her from a distance. The weather thankfully cooled dow and bit and so rain early in the week for a few days which helped me focus on the indoor stuff. Got compost tea the other day again l. Tried pulling the lower branches up the best i can.

MindFlowers68 Buds are in full stack mode, and is thriving. A stormy and rainy week overall but bursts of powerful sun. I did not need to water but I made some compost tea and fed the roots after I topped off with the leftovers from the brew. Smell is already getting fruity and spicy.

MindFlowers68 This week was similar to last week. Rain every other day with intense sun. There were no major changes I made I did slide my pots over a few feet to try to catch more sunlight. Mainly just been on scouting duty making sure there are no questionable bugs hanging around. I few thing seem to take a liking to the but seems to be leaving them lone for the most part. One thing I noticed with the autos is that they seemed to adapt a whorled phyllotaxy along with the lemon al that started with 3 from seed. They got their weekly does of boogie brew, but think I will stop feeding after this week.

MindFlowers68 Buds are in full production. They are getting a lot of sun this week and putting on lots of trichomes on top of all the new flower. I decided to give the compost tea I had brewed up since they are still stacking pretty hard. But I'm starting to get worried about too much rain and humidity so may only take her one more week if the weather takes a turn.

MindFlowers68 This was the final week of flower. She got one watering this week 2 days before harvest. I wanted to let her go one more week but I brought into the house one night it stormed but was too stinky so let her ride rest of the week outside until we got another batch of severe weather with high humidity. I cut her down in the morning and shes hanging in my studio sitting around 65F and 60% humidity. Looking forward to an update on the harvest. I may see how some rosin test presses go and trust optimal dry time for future rosin making since this one was cut a little early.
Grew fast in veg and could have gone maybe another week of flower but overall a quick plant with a good size. While I expected maybe a little more yield this was my first outdoor grow. The buds are very nice though, medium to dense and very frosty. It needs to cure but so far very potent and nice gassy terpenes after a week of drying at 65 degrees F and 60 percent humidity.

MindFlowers68 Drying took 9 days and sitting around 60 percent in the jars. Smoked pretty good already and can taste the terps but its still a little to green and needs to cure at least a week or two to be good. I usually go for two week drys but i only had two smaller plants going and autoflowers seem to dry faster for me. The yield was 89g with no real larf and not much leaf to trim. Took me a little over and hour to trim. I don't think I did to bad for my first outdoor autoflower. She turned out very frosty and could have let her go another two weeks if not for heavy rains. Not real signs of any bugs or mold so thats good.
