cheech87 Since I love sativa-dominant, hazy, and skunky aromas, I just can't pass up this strain. I'm really excited to see how it turns out, but I'm almost sure it's going to be a beautiful plant.
In the meantime, I've grown some Sativas from the Green House Seed Company, and they were all really beautiful plants, very potent, with a great high, and also easy to grow.
I'm starting here with Light Mix and will switch to All Mix later. I'll be feeding with Advanced Nutrients.
There's nothing special to report for germination, just the classic method: damp paper towel and off we go.

Week 1. Vegetation

cheech87 It's slowly but surely starting.
I'm really curious to see how she turns out. I used to smoke Jack Herer more often, simply legendary.
I love the smell and hope she has it.
Let's see if she becomes healthy and strong.

cheech87 The plants look healthy so far and are growing normally.
I've only used root stimulators so far.
Whether the strain really lives up to its description remains to be seen.
The smell is definitely the main reason I chose this strain, so I hope it develops accordingly.

cheech87 Everything's fine, I just give water every now and then, nothing else. I'm waiting a bit until there's space in the flowering tent again, and then it's on. Unfortunately, I'll only keep one plant. It'll be like a lottery: I'll decide based on smell which one I like best and has a good structure, that one stays. Hope I get lucky! 🤣

cheech87 Everything is going well, there are no problems. Next week I will send them into flowering. I hope that the classic Jack Herer aroma comes through strong with pine, slightly earthy, and with a hint of incense and haze. If that happens, it would be absolutely fantastic!

Week 6. Flowering

cheech87 All in all, she has had a good stretch, but has remained quite compact in her structure. I'm just hoping for a nice, classic aroma from the Jack Herer – let's see what else comes. So far, she has reacted well to everything. I'm feeding her according to the Grand Master Scheme from Advanced Nutrients.

cheech87 Here we go, very nice structure, trichomes are already there. A good start, I would say. I'm very excited about this strain and hope the description fits. If so, I will be very happy. 😅🙂

Week 8. Flowering

cheech87 This seems to be a good start here too. Everything has grown well, the plant looks healthy, and it's already producing a decent amount of trichomes. I'm sure it won't disappoint me in terms of yield. Right now, I'm mainly hoping for the aroma; it smells sweet, but still without any specific notes. It's still early, though.

cheech87 I'm a bit late with the report, but what can I say, it's a really awesome plant. So far, nothing has harmed it, it's producing great and already very early tons of trichomes.
The yield looks really strong after a short time, no problems, so definitely back in the tent next time!
As I said, I'll only be able to properly judge the final result when I smoke it 😅, but if it's been this easy and good so far, that's already reassuring.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you. I still love dreaming about the Catholic Church terps from the Jack Herer by Sensi that I grew in '98. I've never encountered such strong incense terps again. I was in Portugal back then on summer vacation with a small stash. They only knew Moroccan hash at the time and didn't believe me that it was grass. 😜
