Soapy Aquila took 48 hours to sprout a taproot. The second seed was struggling to break out of its husk. Those husks are tough. I gave it assistance but I think my efforts were too late because despite the taproot emerging it unfortunately had also started to expire. Aquila also struggled and her cotyledon was a little off colour. I do not like giving up on my plants so I have tended to Aquila whilst starting a separate grow (Aster and Andromeda). I have started the diary now that Aquila looks healthy and may have a shot at stardom.

Soapy Aquila, has caught up in verve. Patience is rewarded. She looks vibrant and happy but I am curious if she will be a miniature. Stipules are appearing at the nodes. But, I will not call it yet as I am encouraging her to believe that she can soar like an eagle. I am excited to see her journey.
