🌱 Week 1 – Breeder Cut from the Jungle Boys in Action!
The plants have rooted well and are already showing strong vitality – no losses, no signs of stress. You can tell right away: these breeder cuts from the legendary Jungle Boys bring quality. Compact, sturdy, and with visible potential.
Medium & Setup:
The ladies are growing in Plagron Batmix, an organic, pre-fertilized substrate with good water retention. Additionally, Plant Boom “Chicken Shit” was mixed in – a living soil additive based on fermented chicken manure, rich in microorganisms and great for a stable microbiome.
For even better aeration and drainage, I added a layer of quartz sand on top of the substrate this week. This not only helps against fungus gnats but also ensures stable soil structure.
Additives so far:
• Effective Microorganisms (EM) to support soil life
• Mycorrhiza to promote root development and nutrient uptake
Observations:
• Leaves a deep, healthy green
• No deformities
• Good internodal spacing
• Root pressure visibly increasing
Outlook:
In week 2, we’ll see how well the root ball has developed. If everything continues at this pace, week 4 may bring either repotting or the first light topping.

Breeder Cut from Jungle Boys – finally in my hands!
Super excited to see how things are going – my first time working with cuttings like this! 🌱🔥
These clones are a legit breeder cut straight from the legendary Jungle Boys. Can’t wait to see how they develop. The genetics speak for themselves – healthy, strong, and full of potential.
Big things coming – this is just the beginning! 💪🌿✨
They're growing in Plagron Batmix, a high-quality organic base soil, enriched with Plant Boom "Chicken Shit" – a living soil substrate made from composted chicken manure that boosts microbial life and provides slow-release nutrients – plus effective microorganisms and a heavy dose of mycorrhiza to support strong root development, nutrient cycling, and overall plant health from day one.

🌱 Week 2 – First Topping, Plants Thriving
The girls are thriving – lush, vibrant, and full of energy. Growth is vigorous, internodes remain nice and even, and root pressure is high. This week, the first topping was done to encourage bushier growth and stronger side branching.
Medium & Setup:
Still in Plagron Batmix with the Plant Boom “Chicken Shit” mix. The quartz sand top layer continues to keep the substrate airy and fungus gnat-free.
Nutrient & Additive Program (this week):
• Bio Roots: 0.5 ml/L – root stimulator for strong, healthy root mass
• Bio Crop: 1 ml/L – organic nutrient blend for steady vegetative growth
• SiCaMag BoOoM: 0.1 ml/L – silica, calcium, and magnesium boost for cell strength and nutrient balance
• Plant BoOom Grow Clean – in the humidifier, helping maintain a healthy environment
• Effective Microorganisms (EM) – supporting soil microbiology
Observations:
• Rich, dark green foliage
• Strong stems and branching
• Fast recovery after topping – no visible stress
• Roots continuing to rapidly fill the pots
Outlook:
Week 4 will be about letting the plants recover fully from topping while encouraging lateral growth. If root development stays on track, repotting into larger containers is coming soon.

GrowingFlavour 🌱 Week 3 – Transition Phase, Pre-Flower Setup
The girls are powering through with incredible strength – compact, vibrant, and full of energy. After the topping in Week 2, a light defoliation was done on Day 16 to improve light penetration and airflow to the lower canopy. Since then, growth has been explosive and recovery seamless.
The light cycle is now gradually shifted to 12/12 over the course of 6 days, with the final switch completed on Day 21 tomorrow.
Medium & Setup:
Still in Plagron Batmix with the Plant BoOom “Chicken Shit” Mix. The quartz sand top layer continues to keep the substrate airy and fungus gnat-free.
Nutrient & Additive Program (this week):
Bio Roots: 0.5 ml/L – keeps the roots active and expanding
Bio Crop: 1 ml/L – steady nutrient base for the final stretch of veg
SiCaMag BoOoM: 0.1 ml/L – silica, calcium, magnesium boost for structure and balance
Sugar Royal (Plagron): 1 ml/L – enhancing vitality and resin production, perfect for the pre-flower push
Effective Microorganisms (EM): supporting soil life and balance
Plant BoOom Grow Clean – running in the humidifier for a healthy environment
Plant BoOom Protect Spray – strengthening resistance and plant defenses
Observations:
Dense, lush, deep green foliage – no stress visible
Quick bounce-back after defoliation
Strong side branches spreading nicely, ready to fill the canopy
Roots fully established and vigorous
Transition to 12/12 is smooth, plants remain ultra strong and stable
