Here's an easy-to-understand opinion without much fluff on what I would do: 1- Measure the pH and EC of the normal waterings, then do the same measurement on the runoff; it's always worth measuring both first. Based on the results, you have 2 options: - If either is off, you should correct it, and everything should be fine. Possible solution: Flush the soil with water that has adjusted pH and EC; this solution works for both adjusting pH and EC of the soil (in case there are too many mineral deposits). To prevent this, always water with pH-adjusted water between 6.2 and 6.5, and water until about 10% of the watering runs out the bottom (runoff); this prevents the buildup of salts at the bottom. - If everything is within parameters, then we have a nutrient problem effectively: (which seems very unlikely in your case), and then you can slightly increase fertilization, never forgetting the 10% runoff (to avoid salt buildup).
