de_Franko Ok. I probably started the LST a bit late…. Now they are going into flowering 🙂 I adjusted the feeding schedule and they are starting to smell good.

de_Franko I had to move the tent around this week. Luckily, it was done quickly and has the nice side effect that the girls are now getting a bit more sun… I removed the clamps from the LST. If anything happens this week, I'll update it. Otherwise, I'm just enjoying watching the little plants and watering them… 😅

de_Franko It's going well so far, I think the Purple Lemonade can be harvested soon.... From now on, it's all about keeping an eye on it and hopefully catching the right moment 😅 Tomorrow marks week 10 after sowing, let's go, final stretch!

de_Franko Week 10 ends in 2 days, harvest is getting closer, daily trichome checks, Caramell, Purple Lemonade, and Ghost Train are about equally far along and should be ready for harvest around the same time. I'm already excited!! The preparations are complete, let’s get started!

de_Franko What can I say, week 11, they all look good. I've packed the latest pictures for you. 🙃 It's nice to watch, observing the trichomes... And YES!!! The excitement is rising, the restlessness is palpable! I would love to just harvest and try them right now, hmmm. But no, I’m holding myself back!! Soon it's time for an intense trichome check... Maybe there's really one that wants to sacrifice itself. 😂 It smells really nice, when I go outside, I can already smell the plants in the tent 5 meters away and it’s sooo nice. 😌 We will see! Until then, everyone: Happy Growing!! Check completed, Caramell shows the first 1-2 amber trichomes and will be harvested, trimmed, and packed into the Dryferm bags for drying today. It should be easy, I’m curious if the result matches what has been said and shown in various videos. We will see. 😅 As soon as everything is done, I’ll make the harvest entry. 09/05 - Armies of aphids have taken over, since all but the White Widow look pretty good in terms of necessary trichomes, they will all be harvested overnight and hung to dry. The White Widow stays, I’ll remove the aphids from her!! She just needs a little more time... I hope everything works out... 09/06: last night, all were harvested except for the White Widow. The trichomes all looked very good, some starting to show amber, AND: armies of aphids have spread... I just treated the WW for aphids, she really only had a few pests. Plus, she still needs a bit more time until she’s ready for harvest. Just going to do a little defoliation. Right now, she’s enjoying her sunbath. 😎 So on...

de_Franko Checked the trichomes of the Caramell like every day with the others. And upon closer inspection, I saw the first amber-colored trichome heads. So it's time for me to harvest them. Afterwards, I wet-trimmed and put them in a DryFerm bag, where they can now dry in peace…… At 70cm, it didn't quite reach the meter that the breeder states, but the specified 150g was minimally exceeded (if the breeder means the wet weight 😅) I’m looking forward to when it’s done!! I did have to take a little corner for myself to try it out though 🤣 24 days after harvest and the start of drying, I just did the daily (as indicated by the bag manufacturer) weight check. Currently at 124g, which means a loss of 43g on the first day. Wishing you all Happy Growing 😎

de_Franko Beautiful girl turned out, really milky trichomes, also the first amber ones and unfortunately some aphids, that's why it became a night harvest…… Nevertheless, I am satisfied so far, nice purple color development, I am curious about the result after drying……

de_Franko Very beautiful trichomes, extremely milky, a bit of amber is also there!! And just covered in sugar, you could say she bathed in it 😊😅 Since there are aphids on her too, it became a night harvest….. At 90cm tall, she is about 30-50cm below the breeder's specifications, but still a very nice-looking lady, and it does hurt a bit to harvest her, but the end justifies the means, so off she goes 😁 And I think this is going to be a real treat….

de_Franko Aphids…… 😔 Here I had to weigh my options! Do I take on the battle against the little pests that came in armies, or harvest a bit earlier and make some sacrifices?? Since there was no consideration for the others and the White Widow definitely still needs time, I harvested these two at night…… Let's see how the final result turns out here……

de_Franko One, maybe 2 more weeks?! Currently not much to do, just observing, watering, removing the odd wilted leaf, waiting….

de_Franko The plant is now inside. Not in a tent, but freely by the window so it gets light. The temperatures outside worry me. Now it's inside in the warmth and hopefully will be ready for harvest soon.....
