HavelGrower Week 2 has passed by. (Pictures from Day 10 and Day 14.) Our 6th friend finally decided to pop out aswell. Let’s call him Captain slow.🐢 He was the reason why I waited pretty long until I added more nutrients. The result of that was a deficiency on #4. I fixed that quiete quickly and increased the light intensity, by adding 2h to the light cycle and increasing to 400 umol/m2/s. Conditions were pretty stable. Pretty excited to see them racing. It’s getting fast now. The thing is I just don’t know how fast at the moment. But it’s looking pretty good right now. Have to adjust some things and build it a little bit different for easier maintenance. HavelGrower Day 22-28 / Week 4 This week I had to give them more space and topped them to make use of the space. The I had to reduce the dry intervals and increase the spraying time to match their needs. Captain slow got his problems with the feeding schedule, but I’m not going to let the others suffer for him. Hope he managed to catch up over the next 2-3 weeks, to move them to the flowering space and flip them all at once. Maybe he gets another week, if I need the time to fill up the scrog. Overall nothing special. Just the 2 week maintenance with filter cleaning and some of the nozzles got cleaned aswell, because they clog up from time to time. All 6 together are drinking about 1,5-2 litres per day. HavelGrower I stayed on the same conditions because I don’t want to accelerate growth right now. In 4-10 days they will move to the bigger space. So far so good … they are prey thirsty. 3 Liters per day. I hope the 2 small plants will catch up a bit. Did nothing with the plants. Just keeping Nutrientsolution in the reservoir. Right now I’m not sure if I keep all of them or if i dump 2 of them and just scrog the others bigger. HavelGrower Plants look quite dark on the pictures because of the high amount of red in the light. But they are brighter without signs of nitrogen excess. Week 6: In the middle of week 6 they moved to the flowering area. They are in 3x 63 Liters EuroBoxes with a bigger pump and bigger nozzles and a scrog net has been installed at 30 cm height. I’m spreading them every 2-3 days with the net to fill the space and to keep them in the same high. The conditions were adjusted aswell like temperatures, humidity and light. Lights will be flipped in probably about an week. Far red has been added to support the regeneration by putting them to sleep and waking them up and to fill the canopy. When the canopy is filed its just used to wake up and sleep. HavelGrower Week 7. Did nothing besides putting nutrients und water in the system. Spreaded the plants every 2 days to fill the space. Week 8 will start with 42h of darkness and flip to 12/12 afterwards. From now on I will turn off the far red during lights on period. The canopy is filled so it’s now just beneficial for putting them to sleep or waking them up. Using far red in the early flower time could cause a unwanted stretch. In mid-late flower I am going to use it for the Emerson effect. Installed a second net in the middle of the week. The support will be necessary later. Did a bit of defoliation but the lollipop will be done in 2 weeks.
