Hempcules WEEK 1
I'm kicking things off here with the Permanent Jealousy from Sweetseeds. I’m a big fan of the Permanent Marker, so i am really excited about this strain.
Right now, the automatics have to share the grow tent with the photoperiod plants. Those will be out in a few weeks, and if the autos that stay in the tent are healthy and looking good, I’ll transplant them into 15L fabric pots. Unfortunately, there’s no space for that at the moment, so the transplanting won’t be ideal. But I’ve transplanted autoflowers several times before and never had major issues. We’ll see how well they take to it.
To start, I sprinkled some mycorrhiza and lightly watered the soil with Root Juice. This time I germinated directly in the substrate, which was recommended by the breeder as the best method for germination.
For the first 1.5 weeks or so, I keep a plastic cup over the plants to maintain good humidity. I’m also running the humidifier to keep the VPD at around 0.5 kPa.
The light is running at 20% and putting out about 120 PPFD, which is enough for the beginning.
Lets see how it works... 🙂

Hempcules WEEK 2
So far, everything is going splendidly with my Plant. It all points to strong genetics and gives reason to be hopeful.
I've set my lamp to 150 PPFD, and my humidity levels are consistently between 75 and 80%. I water every two days with just a few milliliters.
Other than that, there's nothing special to report.

Hempcules WEEK 3
I’m not entirely happy with my plant this week. I might’ve started training a bit too early.
At first, I planned to top her, otherwise I would’ve planted her off-center from the start.
Changing my mind probably wasn’t the smartest move.
Still trying to make the best of it and hoping she’ll bounce back and push out some nice growth.
Light was running at 200 PPFD, and I’ve only watered with plain water.

Hempcules WEEK 4
Things are going ok with my plant.
Next time, I’d definitely choose a different training method. Compared to my other automatics, she doesn’t handle it as well. That said, I’m still pretty satisfied.
My light was running at 300 PPFD, and I only watered with plain water.

Hempcules WEEK 5
My Permanent Jealousy looks a bit scruffy, but she's growing okay so far. After transplanting her into the 25L pot, I tried to tidy up my chaotic LST a bit. It could look better—but also worse. We'll see how she develops.
I haven’t spotted any pistils yet, but I don’t think it’ll be much longer.
During the transplant, I also switched up the substrate and feeding schedule. I used Plagron Grow Mix and from now on I’ll be feeding exclusively with Plagron nutrients.
This week, my light was running at 400 PPFD.

Hempcules WEEK 6
My plant here hasn’t quite grown the way I hoped. Right now, it looks like a big ball of leaves. 😅 I’ve already tried to give it a bit of shape and did some light defoliation, but I didn’t want to stress her too much. I’m hoping for a good stretch in the coming weeks. Other than that, she looks perfectly healthy. The stem is really strong, and all the leaves have a lush, vibrant green.
This week, I ran my light at 500 PPFD and watered once with plain water and once with nutrient solution.

Hempcules WEEK 7
I'm still not particularly happy with this plant. There's been barely any stretch so far, but a few buds are starting to form. To me, they look kind of weak and leafy—though maybe that's just the strain. I really hope things pick up over the next few weeks, otherwise I won’t be satisfied with the outcome.
My light ran at 600 PPFD this week, and I watered once with plain water and once with nutrient solution.

Hempcules WEEK 8
Things are steadily progressing with my Permanent Jealousy. She had a really strong growth spurt this week and developed plenty of beautiful pistils. She’s still growing very bushy due to the training, but I’m actually starting to really like the look. I had to do some heavy thinning because of how dense the branches have become, but she handled it well. Watching her now brings me a lot of joy, and I can already detect a faint aroma.
My light was running at 700 PPFD this week, and I watered once with plain water and once with nutrient solution.

Hempcules WEEK 9
There’s been solid progress with my Permanent Jealousy this week. She didn’t stretch much and kept her bushy shape. She’s completely packed with buds, so I’ve already had to do a fair bit of defoliation.
I’ve switched the light cycle to 24 hours to avoid dew formation at night, since I don’t have a dehumidifier in this tent. Running 600 PPFD with a DLI of 55—curious to see how that plays out. A subtle aroma is starting to come through, and it instantly reminded me of Permanent Marker. I really like that. 🙂
It’s getting exciting, and I’m already looking forward to the coming weeks when the buds start to bulk up.
This week, the light stayed at 600 PPFD, and I watered once with plain water and once with nutrients.

Hempcules WEEK 10
This week brought some solid progress. The flowers have gained a lot in volume and especially in trichomes. She’s extremely sticky, though still giving off very little scent. Her shape remains very bushy, and I did some defoliation again this week.
She’s making me happier by the day, and I think we’ll be seeing some beautiful buds here.
My lamp was running at 600 PPFD under 24 hours of light, and I watered once with plain water and once with nutrient solution.
Good Luck with this one🌱⭐ my 2 of Permanent Permanent Jealousy were my two biggest Automatics Ever 😂 one just Growed Straight over the light above . With buds in the Leaves and 14 fingers all over the plant
