Hexahydrat666 After my fungus gnat plague, thrips have now settled in 😤. In the next few days, I'm bringing in predatory mites to the tent, and I hope to get rid of those pests quickly.

Hexahydrat666 The predatory mites are showing results, no new feeding marks from the thrips. The Lumii Switch Blade is running in growth mode at about 80 watts.

Hexahydrat666 The flowering phase has begun. The lady is stretching, has doubled her height within a week, and is still growing compactly with short distances between the nodes. Fungus gnats and thrips seem to be no longer a problem (thanks to nematodes and predatory mites). The lighting is running in bloom mode at about 120 watts.

Hexahydrat666 After the fungus gnats and thrips, now we also have aphids. When it comes to pests, this grow doesn't hold back. All in all, the plants still look healthy though. So, I've ordered ladybug larvae again to tackle the next plague. I also defoliated the plant a bit and removed the small buds in the lower area.

Hexahydrat666 I tried to wash the aphids off with the showerhead, but those little pests are really stubborn and the success was limited. Since the ladybug larvae haven't hatched yet, I put a few adult ladybugs in the tent. I hope they're really hungry.

Hexahydrat666 The ladybugs help to keep the aphids in check a bit. I probably won't be able to completely get a handle on the pest with that. Those little critters weaken the plant enormously, so the flowers are growing slowly. But I'm still optimistic that the plant will hold on until harvest.

Hexahydrat666 Still dealing with aphids. The infestation has decreased thanks to the ladybugs, but there are still some of those pests around, which weakens the plants. However, I’ve discovered some ladybug eggs and hope that the larvae will hatch soon and the aphid issue will be resolved quickly. I’ll increase the amount of fertilizer a bit and see if it benefits the plants.

Hexahydrat666 It's more of an expedition into the animal kingdom than a grow report. Still a ton of aphids, but the ladybugs are doing their best and are also laying eggs diligently. The first larvae have hatched and hopefully have a good appetite. It's a shame that it's so close to harvest; I would have liked to give the little guys more time, but I think I'll be harvesting by the end of the week.

I would have liked to give the lady a bit more time, but the aphids are multiplying so much despite the ladybugs and their larvae that I have to harvest before my plants die. Everywhere on the buds and leaves, the cocoons of hatched aphids are sticking. Let's see how this tastes 🤮
