Here are a few facts about THCV, which is still a relatively unexplored cannabinoid: Antiepileptics A study on rodents shows that THCV helps reduce the frequency of seizures in an epilepsy model (6). This benefit of THCV as an anticonvulsant is associated with mechanisms related to the CB1 receptor. Parkinson's Disease It seems that one of the effects of THCV on the brain is that it protects dopaminergic neurons.
