This is an organic grow sponsored by BioTabs. Therefore, 2 plants are being fed using the BioTabs "only Water" method, and only BioTabs products are used and mentioned in the fertilizer segment. I'm solely focused on the performance of the only Water method from BioTabs. Until the roots have somewhat rooted through the 15 L final pot, I will water by hand. After that, they will be placed on the AC Infinity self-watering mats.
The other 2 will be fed with Canna Terra minerals according to the Canna Terra feeding chart, and I will only provide the EC and pH values in the weekly reports. I will have to decide which strains will be fed how when I return from vacation in 10 days. The Solo cups have enough nutrients for these 10 days.
The 0.5-liter Solo cups were filled a week ago with soil + 20% perlite and watered from the top with 40ml and from the bottom with 40ml, along with a little Bactrex and Orgatrex to give the soil some life and ensure the moisture is well distributed. Today, the seeds went into water with a bit of 3% hydrogen peroxide for disinfection, then topped up with 50ml of bottled mineral water.
A heating mat set to 24 Celsius provides a bit more warmth. The LEDs are naturally off during germination.

GDBT420 is a discount code from BioTabs on their website. I don't receive anything for it. If you want to buy something from BioTabs, you can use this code, save some money, and spend a bit more on your next seed purchase.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
After 24 - 36 hours, the germinated seeds will go into the soil.
The plan is as always: 4 ladies in a 120x90x180 tent, all in 15-liter fabric pots. Once the harvest is dried, the young ladies will move in.
One will be sent into bloom very early in the 40x40x120 Veg tent in an 8-liter fabric pot and fed with Canna Terra minerals.
Day 2 Germination:
After 48 hours, all seeds developed equally well. All had about a 1 cm long root and were planted. Just a tiny bit (knife tip) of mycorrhiza fungi went into the planting hole as always. My grow bro always uses Dynomyco but this time, following my advice, he also used Mycotrex from BioTabs and shared the following experience with me.
With Mycotrex, the fungal spores are bound in shards, and one must be careful not to injure the sensitive "newly born" root with the somewhat sharp-edged shards. This is not a problem and is a high-level complaint, but he noticed it, and if you know, you just take care, I find it worth mentioning. For this sensitive phase, I prefer products with round granules, powder, or liquid. But as I said, nothing serious. I promised to be honest.
Day 3 (72h) after the first water contact, all 6 babies are out of the soil with their little heads. For 2, he had to remove the membrane with tweezers. This must be done very carefully. My tip is to drop a few drops on the membrane skin to soften it a bit, making it much easier to remove.
Day 4 All have opened their cotyledons (didlididlododlon 😆 who the hell chose this name? My wife says Diddl mouse leaves 😬😤) and the first pair of leaves can start photosynthesis. Now it will ramp up more and more as more leaf mass is present. 😆

Ten days ago, the seeds were thrown into water and they are already well developed and ready to photosynthesize. After 6 days, another 70ml was given to each. 40ml from the bottom and 30ml from the top. Now the risk of overwatering is very high since there are hardly any roots present and the water is evaporating rather than being consumed by the babies. We are still about a week away from needing to give nutrients (if they were to stay in these Solo cups longer), but that shouldn't be necessary for us since we will be repotting into fresh soil (in 1.3L pots) which will provide enough nutrients again.
A big thanks to my grow buddy who has taken excellent care of our grow, and the next harvest will be several weeks earlier than if I had only started when we got back from vacation.
Here are a few more details about the strains:
Strawberry Guava S1 The best smoke ever that I had years ago. Multiple cup winner, especially where the quality of the terps is crucial like Fresh Frozen, extracts, Rosin, etc. As an S1, I expect it to come close to that original flavor.
Strawberry Lobster a cross from Original Cuts of the Blue Lobster by the genius Chris Cipher (also co-founder of Oni and Compound Genetics) who created something special with Vasco and the mystical Blue Lobster, and Original Cut of the legendary Strawberry Cough by Kyle Kushman. Let's see if the description "Out of this World" proves true. "Loud strawberry candy smothered in fresh homemade strawberry syrup" just sounds too delicious...
Chemferno Again, two giants have come together. Chem-D'91 x Banana Buttercups. The heavy hitter with the frost monster can’t go sideways at all. Kushy, Gassy, Rotten Funk, burnt Rubber, that sounds very interesting and should be an evening smoke that lets me relax.
Red Hot Violet was a freebie but I've heard good things about it. About 2 years ago, this strain was something special. Red Hot Cookies x (Grape Rock Candy x Banana Buttercups) promises red and purple colors with a sour, Tangie Gassy terp profile. I'm looking forward to some mandarin and orange peel terps again. The Mimosa x Orange Punch was very tasty and had a very pleasant high, more activating so it's an all-day smoke. Good in the company of other stoners.
Blue Razzsicle x Dantes Wrath I'm growing on the recommendation of my grow bro from whom I also got the seeds. Clearwater had a collab with Tiki Madman here. The genetics are a Now"N"Later x Mai Tai promising the following. -----The very particular aroma of Z, combined with the tropical fruits of Mai Tai, reminds us of a sugary fruit cocktail with spicy touches------ Crossed with Dantes Wrath (Astronaut Status 24 x Dante's Inferno (Black Velvet Pheno)) should then go in a Candy-Citrus Gassy direction. Additionally, it should deliver a very good yield as they write "this cross produces a plant with incredible production and a strong plant structure."
Until next week then, live from the trim jail 😆😁😎

On day 10, I repotted the girls into 1.3-liter pots with slight air pruning properties. The roots were already well developed, and the timing was perfect for me. This way, they weren't slowed down in their growth. There was no root circling yet. The Solo cups show when they are dry after one or two days that it was time to transplant them. This time, I only used Mycotrex from BioTabs. I watered with 250 ml adjusted to a pH of 6.0.
The soil is my favorite mix for the young stage: Biozz Lightmix 40%, Canna Terra Professional 40%, and 20% Perlite, along with a handful of worm humus (Plagron).
I’m a big fan of Dynomyco, but as mentioned, BioTabs is sponsoring 2 plants here. Since I don't know which ones yet, I treated them all the same. At the end of the week, so day 14, I’ll add photos to this report if requested.
Some idiot actually accused me of misreporting the days because his plants are growing slowly, probably because, like many others, he overwaters. Anyone who follows my grows knows that I write my reports every Friday or Saturday. It’s a shame that a few haters feel the need to write nonsense because things aren’t going well for them.
In the 120 x 90 x 180 tent, they will dry for another 1-3 days, then the little ladies will move in. They still have some space. My grow bro timed it well to throw the seeds in the water. But I’m glad to take care of the young beauties myself again. The slightly different temperatures will balance out in 1-2 weeks.
Now, here’s what worries me a bit. You can already see a Sativa structure in the growth of the Strawberry Guava. It’s still early, but I’ve been doing this for a long time and know this growth form. Let’s hope I don’t have to train too much to keep them at the same height during flowering.
The Blue Razzsicle has developed a 1-finger leaf instead of the 3-finger leaves, which explains that this mutation has slowed it down a bit. Even if I might have to sort it out, or maybe it will stay small at 40 x 40 and go into flowering there. I actually planned to finish the Chemferno, which should have a smaller stretch, in the small tent.
Since I wrote the info about the strains last week only after a few days, here are the genetics that are included this time:

Stony_German Tag 14 veg: 21 days since the seeds first came into contact with water.
The girls have been in their 1.3-liter pots for a week now, and I can already see root tips growing out of all the holes. They will conquer the pot nicely branched thanks to air pruning. Today, I also watered each with 200ml, a bit of Orgatrex, and Bactrex. Tomorrow, I will fill the final pots with BioBizz Lightmix + 20% Perlite soil (because of the self-watering pots from AC Infinity) and mix two of them with the bioTabs only Water ingredients. Then everything will be watered so that the substrate can "work or cook" for a few days and hopefully won't be too "HOT." I will describe what I'm doing in more detail in an update or next week's report. The other two will go into Canna Terra Professional + 10% Perlite. The second Sanlight LED will also be turned on in a few days after repotting.
About the girls:
You can clearly see the Banana Buttercups in the Red Hot Violet with the ugly leaves that grow like lettuce. The Chemferno also tends to do this a bit but is not quite as extreme. Strawberry Guava has the open Sativa grow with thin leaves. It looks beautiful, though. Strawberry Lobster is growing normally. Nice and symmetrical. The Blue Razzsicle has overcome the initial mutation (3-finger leaves only had one wide finger again) and can keep up well with the others despite this mutation. So it hardly slowed her down. She will probably be the candidate for the small 40x40x120 tent and will be sent into flowering in 2 weeks.
I also set up the Vivosun Growcam that I bought in the presale for €30.00. It's nice to have a look anytime without opening the tent, and it also has night vision. A great addition to our grow. I'm already looking forward to the timelapse of the whole grow.

Stony_German Tag 21 veg and 28 days since the seeds had their first contact with water.
Last week, the young ladies had to endure quite a bit and don’t look as happy as usual. After transplanting them into their final 16-liter fabric pots, they also had to deal with topping and the removal of two large leaves after a few days. This is also the first time I didn’t use Dynomyco. I’m not entirely sure, but they seemed to handle the transplanting better. This applies to both the ones in the BioTabs mix with BioBizz Lightmix and those without in Canna Terra Professional. Like I said, I’m not sure about that.
BioTabs only water method:
I mixed 2x 15l of soil with 75g of Startrex and 75g of Siliciumflash each, but filled around the planting hole 2-3 cm thick only with BioBizz Lightmix so that the roots don’t come into direct contact with the BioTabs nutrients after transplanting and don’t get shocked right away. I pressed 2x BioTabs into the middle of the pots (10 - 12 cm deep), and as indicated, 5g of Mycotrex went into the planting hole, then watered with 2g per liter of Bactrex.
For the two being fed mineral nutrients, I’ll wait for one or max. two watering cycles, then they will be fed with Canna Terra Vega according to the feeding chart.
The pH has always been adjusted to 6.0 so that both methods can handle it well.
The PPFD value is around 400 and will be slightly increased once they have overcome the stress.
Regarding the strains: For all of them, the large fan leaves were tucked under the shoots that would otherwise cover them. That’s why they all look a bit strange and unnatural.
Only the Strawberry Lobster has received its first LST with 2 bud clips since 2 lower shoots have already grown up to the height of the topping and would have otherwise taken over the apical dominance.
Chemferno has the most beautiful and symmetrical growth pattern and looks the best, drinks a bit more, and is the first to slowly reach for the light, handling the stress the best.
The Red Hot Violet is still growing like lettuce on crack but has extremely fleshy and thick leaf stems, which is a good sign. She’s the ugly duckling, but that’s just visually, and that doesn’t say anything yet.
The Strawberry Guava is still open and shows the Sativa growth form I know with thin long leaves; I just hope it doesn’t stretch like a Sativa.
The Blue Razzsicle drew the short straw and had to move into the small 40x40 and was transplanted into an 8-liter fabric pot with Canna Terra Prof. since she is being fed mineral nutrients and will be sent into flowering very soon. She was also topped, and I removed the first node since it often doesn’t amount to much anyway, and there’s little space here. 6 to 8 main shoots are sufficient here. I added Dynomyco to the planting hole, and lo and behold, no signs of stress like with the others. That’s why I made my comment at the beginning. It’s interesting if these experiences repeat since I’ve committed to another grow with BioTabs, and they provided me with nutrients for that.

Stony_German Day 28 veg and Day 35 since the seeds went into water.
The ladies have recovered from the transplant and topping shock and are finally starting to grow vigorously. What the exact reason was for slowing them down for a few days would be too speculative, but I suspect a combination of several factors like (a bit too dry during transplant) (20% perlite instead of the usual 10%, but still watered like it was 10% with 2.5 liters, which might have been a bit too much) (the topping during this stress phase, so 2 days after transplant).
The timelapse from the grow cam shows that they hardly grew for 3-4 days and the leaves barely got horizontal.
Luckily, they have left this stressful phase behind and are growing strong and healthy as expected. Throughout the week, I used bud clips here and there to open up the plants, while the Chemferno and Red Hot Violet don't need any training at all. What I did with all of them is pinch the large leaves under the side shoots that they cover. It doesn't look as nice as the natural symmetrical shape, but what matters in the end are strong side branches that get plenty of light and can carry big buds. I'm being a bit stingy with the watering so that the roots go searching and grow through the pot. The BioTabs ladies only got water. The mineral ladies received a feed with Canna Terra according to the feeding chart with EC-1.2 and pH 6.0 + silica.
There's nothing more to note this week.

Stony_German Tag 35 veg and Tag 42 since the seeds went into the water
This week was fabulous, and it was great to see the ladies growing crazier every day and leaving the little stress phase behind. They are drinking a lot and literally worshiping the Sanlight. And it's starting to smell. Especially the Strawberry Guava and Chemferno have a distinctly recognizable scent when you rub them.
Now for my experience so far with the BioTabs "only Water" feeding method. 100% just as it should be. No signs of over-fertilization and no signs of deficiency. Compared to the mineral-fed ladies with Canna Terra, there’s no noticeable difference except maybe a slightly darker green, which could be due to the fact that I've only lightly fertilized twice with Canna Terra Vega (1x EC-1.2 and 1x EC-1.3) using just 1 liter of nutrient solution per plant according to the feeding chart, and that regular fertilization (every third watering) starts this weekend.
I would still recommend to anyone working with BioTabs "only Water" to use a little Lightmix (without Silicium Flash and Startrex) around the planting hole for one or two cm to have direct root contact. That worked perfectly. If someone didn’t do that and also had no negative issues, please let me know. Maybe I'm being a bit too cautious and making this unnecessary effort pointless. I would love to learn something from that, so please share your experiences.
As for the strains, the pictures speak more than I could say. I label the photos so that you can recognize the strains.
I wish you all a nice weekend and want to sincerely thank everyone, especially those who follow me (and it's totally crazy, it’s getting more every week). I'm glad you enjoy my reports and find them interesting enough to check in regularly. I never expected to receive hundreds of comments and DMs. I still manage to thank or respond to almost everyone. Please don’t hold it against me if it sometimes takes a while. I would also love to check in on everyone who writes to me to see how their grow is going, but with work and family, I can hardly manage that. Sorry.

Stony_German Tag 42 veg and 49 total:
It’s been a very productive week over the last 7 days. Massive biomass growth. The ladies are in perfect health and very vibrant. I'm using bud clips to prepare the beauties for the onset of flowering, as this is the last week of veg, and after a few days of recovery from defoliation tomorrow, I will start shortening the days on Wednesday or Thursday. This run will have 2 hours less light every day. Let's see how this compares to the last grow where I reduced the light by one hour daily.
I can’t wait to set up the Inferno Harvest scrog net. No fluff or mini plastic that can stick to the buds when cutting the net during harvest. Plus, it’s super easy to remove. This was a birthday gift, and I can’t explain why I didn’t get this sooner. So far, the Strawberry Guava is growing the most vertically and needs a bit more training. Overall, everything looks good so far.
To give the 2 BioTabs "only add Water" ladies enough nutrients for the stretch, I added Bactrex with some molasses today to ensure strong soil life when flowering begins. During the switch, I will give a bit of Silicium Flash as a top dress since they are quite hefty for just 16-liter fabric pots. That should provide them throughout the entire flowering period.
The 2 Canna Terra ladies received microbes from Orca + Raw Cane Molasses, so now we have a "synganic" grow. Also, Mono-Silica for strengthening. Everything else is exactly according to the Canna Terra feeding chart. I increased the EC from 1-2 to an EC of 1.4 today. You can see a slightly lighter green, so they can handle more than the 1.2 every third watering. I haven’t changed the pH, which is always between pH 6.0 and pH 6.2, whether nutrient solution or water, the pH is always corrected.
An average PPFD of 500 with a VPD between 0.8 - 1.2 depending on the time of day and watering. The dehumidifier is set to 55%, and the Prima Klima 800m³/h exhaust fan is set to 26 Celsius, which is rarely reached, so the fan runs at about 25% power. There are also 2 clip fans, and with the density, good airflow is becoming increasingly important.
Tomorrow, a defoliation will additionally promote airflow. I will take pictures then and update this weekly report.
Final verdict on BioTabs in the veg phase:
100% recommendable. No over or under-fertilization or any problems. So far, nothing negative to report, and I’m being honest here regardless of the sponsored grow. The photos confirm this verdict. No one can influence my honest opinion, but props to BioTabs for the good composition of the "only add Water" ingredients.
Update after defoliation:
The last photos show a not-so-extreme defoliation. Still, many small shoots that wouldn’t reach the light have been removed, as well as large leaves that cast too much shadow. After 3 or 4 days of recovery, flowering will begin, with a top dress of Silicium Flash + straw mulch layer for the BioTabs ladies. I’ve also set up the Inferno Harvest scrog. I’m thrilled at how easily I can take it down during harvest without damaging the buds or smoking microplastics when cutting a plastic thread net. You can also adjust how tight it should be or create smaller and larger squares as needed, and each string is movable. Someone really came up with a great solution for a problem that has always existed. I can recommend it to everyone.

Stony_German Tag 50 Veg and last day of vegetation:
Good morning Stonys and stonesses. With coffee and a delicious (4 weeks cure :-) yummy) Frozen Tropicana Cherry doobie, the long-awaited flowering start weekend begins.
Today is Saturday, and they got 14 hours of light for the last time last night. From today on, we continue with 12/12, marking the official start of the flowering phase.
The Inferno Harvest scrog - "net" is ready for the stretch. The defoliation last week was well tolerated by the ladies, and they have become bushes again. However, I don't want to stress them anymore before the switch; that will be removed during lollipopping. The next 14 days will require daily watering to keep them from slowing down.
Sorry that the photos this time are crap, but the scrog makes it hard to see, and my phone's focus doesn't seem to like the neon net either. Every other photo was junk, but whatever.
The BioTabs ladies still look perfect. No signs of any problems. I'm still only giving them water that has been aerated, even though we have very good water quality here. It comes out of the tap with an EC of 0.2, but I want most of the chlorine to dissipate. I've been doing this for so long that it's routine, and my soil bacteria appreciate it.
For the mineral-fed ladies, I've started adding Canna Boost to the Canna Terra feeding chart. It will be interesting to see if there's a visible difference compared to the BioTabs girls who aren't getting a booster and whether the extra euros are worth it.
There's not much more to report, just praying that the Ganja goddess is merciful and that the stretch doesn't get out of hand and that it won't be too much work to achieve an even canopy for the girls.
In the 40x40, there are already buds, and the first trichomes are visible on flowering day 18. Check out the other report later. I'll do the update after lunch.

Stony_German Tag 7 of flowering and Day 65 overall (since the seeds went into the water).
We are in the middle of the stretch. The next week will see the plants stretch a lot, which will challenge them enormously, and if everything was done right in the veg stage, it should go smoothly. To prepare the ladies for this, several steps have been taken. All were slightly defoliated, and the really nasty little shoots were removed to allow for better airflow, making it easier to control humidity and allowing light to reach the lower shoots.
Organic BioTabs "only add Water" grow:
The 2 ladies, Strawberry Lobster and Red Hot Violet, received a Bactrex + molasses kick 10 days ago and a top dress with 25g of Silicium Flash 5 days ago for the extra nutrient needs. The water demand is also at its maximum phase. They will never drink as much as they are now. So far, the "only add Water" method is working perfectly. I see no over-fertilization or deficiencies or anything like that. I must admit I didn't expect BioTabs to work so well, and it has become a serious contender for taking the top spot as my favorite organic fertilizer. But we still have the flowering ahead, so let's see if it continues to go perfectly, but so far, I’m thrilled. In a few days, I will also brew the first BioTabs P+K Booster Compost Tea for 24-36 hours to give the soil life even more vitality, allowing it to make the necessary nutrients available even faster. The top dress should now be sufficient until the end.
Mineral Canna Terra grow:
The Strawberry Guava and Chemferno will continue to be fed according to the Canna Terra Feeding chart with an EC of 1.5 and pH of 6.2 every second watering. Since my tap water has an EC of 0.2-0.3, it is corrected with CalMag to EC 0.4-0.5. These ladies also received some extra additives for the stretch. Mono-Silica 40% and Dyomyco Spark (fungi, bacteria, humic and fulvic acids, as well as seaweed).
An interesting experiment is that the mineral ladies are getting full bloom boosters. In addition to Caanaboost, I have also been giving them PowerBuds from Plagron since the switch. If this doesn't yield visible results, I should question whether the extra euros are worth it. I hope the stretch doesn't give me more gray hairs and remains manageable. The Strawberry Guava has had a sativa structure throughout the veg, so I'm a bit worried here, but fingers crossed :p

Stony_German Day 14 Flowering
The stretch is almost complete now. Not much more height will be added except for the flowers.
Days 5 to 10 were extreme for the Chemferno and Strawberry Guava, which grow like a Sativa dominant genetic, and the thin fingers of the leaves are very noticeable. I'm a bit surprised that the Chemferno has also grown so tall. Chem-D and Banana Buttercups are known for having a medium or smaller stretch as parents. The Red Hot Violet gained most of its height from Day 7 to Day 12. It has the fleshiest wide leaves and the strongest side branches. The most beautiful stretch for me was with the Strawberry Lobster, which should also deliver a good yield due to the most top buds.
As for the smell, when rubbing the side branches, the Strawberry Guava smells the strongest, followed by the Chemferno, then the Red Hot Violet, and the Strawberry Lobster smells the least so far. The fact that the Strawberry Guava has won so many awards for its terps makes me more than hopeful that it will become a terp machine. In terms of trichome development, the Chemferno is ahead, followed by the Red Hot Violet, then Strawberry Guava, and the least visible so far is the Strawberry Lobster.
The BioTabs ladies have shown no deficiencies or excesses during the stretch thanks to the top dress with Silicium Flash.
However, I had to give a bit less PPFD since all are showing a slightly lighter green. After seeing that they were getting very tall, I had to give 800-900 PPFD; otherwise, they would have grown even taller. In the Sanlight app, since yesterday, after the first 4 hours running at 100%, the LEDs are dimmed to 80% for the last 8 hours to allow them to recover a bit. After lollipopping, I can then set the Sanlight back to 100% (380W) for a full 12 hours a few days later.
It was also observed that the praying was back. At 100% for the whole 12 hours, especially the Guava and Chemferno let their leaves hang before the night phase. With a bit of experience, if you look closely, the plants tell you what they like and what they don’t. So enough of my thoughts; I hope it doesn't annoy you.
Anyone wanting to see frosty buds should check out my minigrow. The Blue Razzsicle looks beautiful and is already very frosty.

Stony_German Tag 21 flowering after 50 days veg and 7 days germination = Day 78 overall since the seeds went into water:
Hmm, what can I say, the stretch was a bit stronger than expected but just stopped in time 😨 I’m counting more than 100 new gray hairs. 😂 They’ve been drinking like crazy. Up to 2 liters a day. That stopped after the lollipopping, of course. Now they’re recovering and strengthening the stretched side branches. Then the buds can swell.
I have to admit I had a mishap. "Shit Happens". I wanted to lollipop cleanly and removed the scrog around the Chemferno, which was a mistake. I couldn’t remove the tent pole. Anyone can imagine how hard it was to get the big Chemferno (front right) back into the scrog. I think it took 2 hours until I was satisfied again.
Red Hot Violet = WOW, what a smell is coming from here. Absolutely not normal to smell so intensely like orange on day 21. So sweet, even stronger than the Mimosa x Orange Punch. And it’s going purple.
Strawberry Guava = It’s already giving off a very sweet fruity smell, but it’s a bit slower with trichome and bud formation, making it even more surprising that it smells so strong. Also, the rubbing on the side branch has highlighted it since veg. The way it’s stretching was unexpected too.
Strawberry Lobster = The most beautiful structure but hardly smells yet. It also started frosting a bit later, but that doesn’t mean much. I’m hopeful when I look at it. I think it will surpass the others in yield, so please be pretty and produce something delicious.
Chemferno = Totally unexpected stretch but so frosty. I believe the photos don’t do it justice. The smell is going in the chemical direction but isn’t very strong yet. It already has that biting chemical scent.
The homogeneous lighting is messed up, but the 2 Sanlight LEDs hung at an angle help against a hotspot. They’re all getting something between 600 - 900 PPFD. It’s normal for them to get a bit brighter after the stretch, but here you can see that I’m over-lighting in some areas and under-lighting in others. The LEDs are at 80%. I’ll only give 100% when the bulk phase has started.
The BioTabs ladies got the P+K booster compost tea this morning, which was aerated with cane molasses for 36 hours.
The Canna ladies have been getting Canna Terra Flores for 3 days, so they’re fully on bloom fertilizer in the nutrient chart. EC=1.6-1.7. This will be increased once the stress from lollipopping is overcome. The pH is always corrected to 6.2.

The ladies are stacking up and the buds are getting bigger, but they're not denser yet; that will come later. The frost development is very good, and the different smells are becoming more intense and delicious every day, but I'll write more about that shortly.
One negative point to mention is the stretch and the biomass for the relatively small 16-liter pots. Due to the massive stretching, a slight nutrient deficiency has occurred, but that's easy to fix. Too much is the ultimate enemy, and there's hardly anything you can do about it except flush, which causes even more damage. As a first aid, I brewed and watered some BioTabs PK-Booster Compost Tea with Orgatrex and PK-5-8. It looks a bit better than last week.
After the great team at BioTabs advised me to apply Silicium Flash as a top dress, I will give each plant 35g. As a slow-release fertilizer, BioTabs says it won't cause any problems. This will be interesting and a good learning experience for future grows (you never stop learning). It's my first BioTabs-only run, and I'm just getting to know these fertilizers. I admit that it pains my soul when I don't see perfect plants, but I also know that in the end, it won't have a big impact since these are just the first signs that can be easily corrected.
Suboptimal was also the strong lighting with 700-900 ppfd, but the stretch had to be slowed down by all means.
Regarding the terps of the individual ladies:
Strawberry Guava = is a bomb of extremely sweet fruits (not yet precisely definable), and I can already smell a bit of gas. Very delicious.
Chemferno = Pungent chem-gassy with no sweetness whatsoever.. It bites the nose when you just touch the sugar leaves. Very interesting to see what else will develop.
Strawberry Lobster = It has gained a lot. Last week it was hardly noticeable, but now a sweet red fruit is clearly perceptible, though no gas yet.
Red Hot Violet = Wow, the craziest orange/tangerine I've ever smelled. I don't remember the last time I had something this extreme in the tent. The entire grow room is dominated by the sweet-sour smell of the Red Hot Violet (Red Hot Cookies X Grape Rock Candy x Banana Buttercups).

Stony_German Tag 36 Flowering:
The recovery phase after the stretch is over, and the ladies are drinking a lot again and continuing to grow, which is evident in the flowers that are getting bigger. The lighter green has improved after I gave 30g of Silicium Flash as a topdress and increased the EC of the minerals to EC-1.8. Less is not a problem, more is always the greater evil.
The strong lighting has also taken its toll on them. The Sanlights have been running at 80% for the last week with a PPFD of 600-700 depending on the measurement point. The unexpectedly intense stretching is taking its toll, but it will be fine.
The terps are absolutely crazy. All 4 have a completely different scent profile and have become even stronger than described in last week's report, as well as the frost that I really like and love.
What I like less is the size and density of the flowers on the Chemferno and my laziness with lollipopping. I should have removed many more smaller shoots, but again, no problem, we'll just make hash from all the larfy fluffy flowers.
As a precaution, I got SF nematodes even though only a few fungus gnats are flying around. I don't want any sticking to my flowers because compared to the Cherry genetics in the last grow, the trichomes this time are stickier and not so sandy. I'll do the report on the Blue Razzsicle in the small tent tomorrow; sorry, I still need to take photos if I have time this evening. I also want to take some photos in the dark with flash because it looks really fantastic.

Stony_German Tag 43 Flowering:
I fixed the nutrient deficiency with a top dress of Silicium Flash. The P-K Booster Compost Tea I watered yesterday was aerated with Orgatrex and P-K 5-8 for a good 36 hours and will also contribute to fixing the nutrient deficiency. I don't want to criticize BioTabs here; I'm just getting to know this fertilizer, but for my plant size, 3 tabs would have been better. Even better would be a larger pot. That will be done differently in the next grow. (20l only Water mix with 3 or even 4 tabs) It will then be a fully organic grow 2 with BioTabs and 2 with Greenhouse BioFeeding. That will surely be very interesting. I'm looking forward to it. Now, let's talk about the terps and the super delicious smells flooding the entire apartment.
Strawberry Lobster has made a strong comeback with a unique, totally unfamiliar mix of red fruits and anise. I would describe it as floral forest fruit jam with Ouzo. I haven't experienced anything like this before. The trichomes here are a bit sandier than in all the others.
Red Hot Violet, if only all ripe oranges smelled like this. Even more orange syrup like Nimm2 candies with a strong gassy note that really hits the nose and is very sticky and oily resin.
Chemferno, the name says it all. Very fresh and strong chem-gas terps with a hint of fresh incense. I also think the earthy notes like in Kush and Afghani come through strongly here. It's also sharp in the nose when rubbed and very sticky.
Strawberry Guava Sweet - Sour fruit bubblegum with a strong gassy note that really hits the nose. A clear favorite for me, even though it's not the frostiest, it dominates the entire grow tent with its sour fruity terps. Also rather sticky resin and very gooey - oily. If it tastes even remotely like it smells, it will remain my best-smelling 2025 genetics. I hope to get a bit of guava from it. This time, it will be a harvest with a lot of fruit (sometimes red fruit, sometimes oranges) with even more gassy. A nice change. Now it's time for some bud porn to enjoy.

Bulk phase is still in full swing. The buds are getting fatter and denser by the day. The first stigmas are turning brown and the newly sprouted ones are looking for pollen (F. you no bananas).
I can't get rid of the lighter color anymore as they are fully focused on PK. Nitrogen is no longer needed in the amount to make them lush green again. But anyone who has been growing for a while knows that it's just an optical flaw, and yes, maybe I've lost a few grams, but what can I complain about with this sea of buds? Quality-wise, it won't be a big loss.
Resin development: is very good and THC Titans genetics are once again the frostiest. Chemferno and Red Hot Violet are competing for who is the frostiest and are trying to outdo each other.
Terps and smell: Strawberry Guava and Red Hot Violet are fighting for first place in producing the most extreme terp strength. But I would say Strawberry Guava is "the loudest."
Yield: Here, Strawberry Lobster clearly has the edge. I'm counting almost 20 top buds that keep getting fatter, and the many new "hairs" are coming from calyxes that are all still swelling, so there's still a lot to come.
Water consumption is high, so I've set up the ladies in BioTabs "Only add Water" self-watering soils that ensure stable supply. Meanwhile, the Canna Terra fed ones are in the PK-13/14 booster phase (according to the feeding chart). I always allow for a slight dryback here.
What’s worth mentioning is the flushing of the substrate after the last week's report. For that, I watered both pots with 5 liters, so strong drain. The runoff EC was at 2.5 (they're getting EC-2.0), so only slightly elevated. I could have fertilized a bit stronger without any issues. They could have handled 0.2 EC more.
Whatever, I'm somewhat satisfied even if I get a bit annoyed when I see that it could have gone better.
Thank you very much for all the kind words. I wish all visitors, growmies, and friends a nice weekend, beautiful and healthy plants.
Here now, bud porn at its finest. Bye

Bulking is not finished yet. The buds are still getting fatter and heavier. To help them along, I’ve given everyone a little extra PK. With Canna 1ml/L and a total EC of 2.0 at pH 6.2. For the 2 BioTabs ladies, I gave the Bio PK 5-8 a good 2ml/L without adjusting the pH, which comes out of the tap at around pH 6.8. Since a growmie asked me at what temperature I set my pH, I have to say that’s never been a question for me. I know it changes at different temperatures, but I see that as unimportant and unnecessary for my grow style. The right soil moisture, good fertilization, and the climate are far more important and ultimately lead to a good harvest. You can always overdo it. I give them petting units and compliments every day 😂. The universal recipe for success for every female strain.
About the strains:
Strawberry Lobster = The yield surprise, over 20 tops that are still swelling. It’s still pushing out many stigmas with a slight foxtailing. The terps are really unique though. This sweet floral Ouzo anise note is something I haven’t encountered before. I can’t smell strawberry or anything like that, just that it’s getting more gassy as always at the end. I’m very curious how it will be when smoking.
Strawberry Guava = The terp jewel. Still the loudest with very sweet tropical fruits (I can understand where the name comes from, you can interpret guava and strawberry) but also a bit of bubblegum and sharp aggressive gas that already causes a freshness in the nose. Although not the strongest in frost and no purple at all. I think the terpene content is higher than in other genetics. Probably a reason why it has won so many awards and is used by breeders for crossing.
Chemferno = Old school chem with Banana Buttercups in the foreground. Since I’ve had some Banana Buttercups crosses, I recognize this clearly. Dominant though are the chem-D terps. Similar to Afghani and Hindu Kush, that describes it best. Extremely frosty.
Red Hot Violet = the best freebie ever. The sweet sour orange terps are almost as loud as those of the Straw. Guava. Very sweet like the Nimm2 candies with an increasingly strong gassy note that really stings in the nose. If you know a Wick nasal stick, just instead of eucalyptus, it’s fresh orange. Many Tangies can’t keep up with that. Red Hot Cookies is also responsible for the colors. Very nice super frosty genetics.
I wish you all a Merry Christmas from the bottom of my heart with your loved ones. Stay healthy and may the terps be with you. Here’s a little bud porn for good vibes.
I thank BioTabs for their trust and this sponsored grow. I’m already looking forward to the next run. Now that I know this fertilizer better, it can only get better. I hope we can continue to work so well together. Especially Mia from BioTabs is always ready with advice and support. You’re the best. ;)

Stony_German Tag 63 flowering after 50 days of veg + 7 days of germination = 120 days total
The last week will be the harvest. The Strawberry Guava could be harvested today. 10% of the trichomes are amber, and the flowers in the middle area of the main stems are also showing this.
Chemferno and Red Hot Violet are both genetics from THC Titan, and as always, they are by far the frostiest. But the Strawberry Lobster has unique anise gassy and fruity terps that I have never encountered before. What the Strawberry Guava lacks in trichome density, it makes up for with the loudest terps of all the plants in 2025.
All the others are roughly estimated to be how I want them in a week, so it's a one-week harvest compromise. I will cut off some top buds of the Guava soon and place them in DryFerm Bags in the small 40x40 where the Blue Razzsicle has been hanging and drying for 3 days.
The final report will describe the final terps. They are all getting just water now. The runoff EC for the mineral-fed lady is at 1.2, so they don't need an extra flush. Today, for the next grow, which starts in a week, the Solo cups will be prepared with soil, worm humus, perlite, BioTabs Statrex, Mycotrex, and Bactrex, and watered to kickstart life in the soil so that the freshly germinated seeds have the best conditions to begin their lives and become beautiful and potent beauties again.
Here’s a little bud porn for the eyes.

Stony_German Harvest Day 70 since 12/12
Compromise or as we say, the golden mean when it comes to trichome ripeness. The lights go off tonight, and after 24 hours of darkness, we will harvest. Normally, I would have watered today, so the pots aren’t completely dry, which will positively affect a longer drying period. Since the Blue Razzsicle is also ready to trim tonight, it’s dry (crackling when bending the branches), we’re starting the new run today, and I’m excited about the new strains that are all said to be very potent this time. Even if they’re all exaggerating, these are already high THC strains that should reach around 23-25% THC. I’ll do my best again.
The Strawberry Guava has a good 25% amber trichomes. I could have harvested it on Day 63 as well. The smell is insane. Very loud and dominates the tent with a very sweet, sour tropical bubblegum + a lot of gassy terpenes. I don’t know exactly how guava smells, but you can interpret it that way. The yield looks promising. Overall, it’s not a pretty plant, and the fade has ZERO purple, just pure light yellow. What makes the ugly duckling stand out are the terpenes, and I can understand why this genetics has so much potential when crossed with other genetics and is so popular with breeders. The buds are nice and firm or hard, and the yield is very good but with a lot of popcorn in the lower area. For the future, everything below during lollipopping should be removed. I’ll process all of that into dry sift hash, and it will be super tasty, and the trichomes look like those from a good "washer."
Red Hot Violet is the surprise in this run. I didn’t expect such intense orange/tangerine terps, along with strong gas. In the end, the gassy scent becomes stronger and refreshes the nose, despite the sweetness, giving it a fresher note. I would describe the yield as medium or normal. However, the fade is beautiful, and the lower popcorn buds are almost black-purple. I’ll take a photo later; sorry, I just realized I forgot that. Big praise, but with THCTitans genetics, you can’t go wrong. Still my favorite breeder who will always have at least one strain represented in my grow tent. The yield is average. The resin is very sticky; I would be careful when washing as this strain might be more suitable for smoking buds. All the buds are very frosty, rock-hard, and have good weight. We’ll see how your dry sift turns out.
Strawberry Lobster is the lady with extreme yield. Even smaller side branches have developed thick buds that are medium firmness but have grown into the neighboring sisters and have also become fat. In terms of trichome density, it’s in fourth place, but don’t get me wrong; it’s frosty and no reason to complain. The terps are unique. The anise, red fruit, floral, gassy terps are so diverse. I’ve never smelled such a terp profile. I suspect that’s what highlighted Blue Lobster and caused the hype. Again, much better lollipopping should be done here. There are a lot, and I mean really a lot of buds in the middle and lower parts that are fluffy and will end up in hash. A very rewarding genetics for those looking for rare terps and high yield.
Chemferno is the frost monster in this run. Strong trichome density. But also loud A.F. Strong aggressive Chem-D gassy, somewhat like car tires with noticeably perceivable banana buttercups in the background. I’ve now harvested some banana buttercup crosses and can clearly recognize these terps. The buds are very firm and more elongated than round. It also has a lot of popcorn in the lower area, so more trimming should be done during lollipopping. Very sandy trichomes, and the yield is also average. If I had to guess, I would say it’s my tip for first place in this grow in terms of potency.
I will have all tested for cannabinoids like THC - CBD - CBN etc. and the 3 main terpenes. If anyone is interested, check back in a few weeks; I will share it in the future report.
Harvest report will come when everything is dry and a test bud is smoked. Until then, enjoy the bodporn and a green happy new year.
Great Terps, Superfrosty and yummy smoke but there are a few issues. Heavy stretch and a bit finicky and Lanky. Branches need support and around day 60 i saw some nanners building. It doesn't matter much so late in Flower but have to be recognized. Potency was OK and i will test her i a nearby CsC. I will grow Chemferno again at some Time for sure. Terps and frost are above average with typical Chem with Banana Buttercups in the Background. Definately not regret growing this strain.

Stony_German Smokes great but not the easiest genetics. Can handle a lot of light and nutrients but not recommended without support. It's good if a SCROG can hold it up.
Best smoke in 2025. She's so tasty and very unique. Never smelled this terps. Like a Ouzo Anis shot with red fruits. Potent and a pleasure to grow. Very high yield. I can't find anything bad. I'm very happy that there is one seed left. !00% i grow it again. She's a beauty. Faded well and very resiliant to all kind of stress. Ready around day 65 in flower.

Stony_German Of all the ones I planted in 2025, this is the best tasting when smoked. The Anise Gassy Terps are truly unique. No wonder the Blue Lobster genetics are something special.
strongest and Loudest Terps in 2025. grat smoke and high. All day smoke. Now i know why Strawberry Guava wins so much cups. She reeks like a sweet tropical bubblegum or smoothie drinking at the gas station and eating some cheddar and there is some strong cheese heritage. Potent and very delicious smoke. Only reason for not giving her a 10/10 is the stretch and lankyness. And she like drying the rootzone before watering again. Because of that I made a good joice feeding her mineraly with Canna. Trichome coverage is above average but man she dominates the whole grow with her delicious Terps. Evertime i open the tent i had to rub some sugar leaves because she is so yummy. Low feeder and she don't like intense light. I would stay aroud 800 ppfd at the max. next time but i run her again maybe with Blueberry Cupcake from HSC

Stony_German Incredibly strong terps. And just great when smoking.
23,5% Thc. She's a beauty. Faded nicely and loud A.F. Reeks very sour like gassy orange peel but not like a classic Tangie. Nostrel stiching Gas in frontAbsolut and a Potent evening smoke Top Tier Genetic. Red Hot Violet was the best freebie i ever grew. Trichome density is crazy. If you make Rosin it has to be fire for sure. She is a washer. Sandy Heads and a pleasure to grow. Grew Vertikal with Strong branches no support needed. In early stage she looks like some salad. It was worth it and i have one seed left and will grow it again.

Stony_German Can't believe this was a freebie. I would buy this genetics anytime. Visually a true beauty.
@GanjaGecko, let's see which ones I need to sort out. I'm happy that every strain looks good. I'm leaning towards a strain called Guava, but we'll see.
@gentlegiantgrows, you are warmly invited. This journey is something special for me. I finally have my all-time favorite strain in the garden, and the harvest in the cool December preserves my terps, especially during drying. 💪😉
@Mia_BIOTABS, I promise to be honest. But I am confident. There is no influence from BioTabs on my judgment (only using BioTabs products is what I understand, and 2 grows are the only conditions). Not like other "sponsors" that I immediately rejected or didn't even respond to. You wouldn't believe how some well-known nutrient manufacturers or seed producers contractually prohibit bad reviews.
I saw a lot of top grows with BioTabs and was very satisfied myself, but I always used my other additives. That's why I'm curious about how balanced the program is. I thank you for the trust you have shown and will do my best to show beautiful plants again.
Very nice! I'm so excited about the Blue Lobster cross. I have Lobzter (Zangria x BL) in the fridge myself because Blue Lobster blew me away. Genius strain, hopefully it will be the same with our crosses!
@Kushycat, I always store my seeds in the fridge too. It extends their viability by many years.😉 You can imagine what our ladies have to say about that.😂
Things are happening fast for you 😁. I'm especially excited about the Red-Hot-Violet (it's still in my fridge), but the first one sounds fire too. Let's see what the maestro will conjure up this time 💪.
@German_GrowLab, I'm going all in again and I'm feeling the same as you. The RHV freebies with the Red Hot Cookies orange terps tempted me so much that they got the priority even though I still have Frozen Bag, GRC x BBC, Big League, Frozen Abyss, Frozen Trop Cherry, and Iced up cherries from Titan in the fridge. Unfortunately, the new drop like Wildberry Sours and Iced Wildberry hasn't arrived yet, otherwise, one of those would definitely be included. Well, maybe next time then 😏
@Stony_German, Not bad, I call that a "bench replacement" 😁 (Now I also know why the stuff is always sold out right away). 😂 But you seem to have high expectations for the Red Hot Velvet. I'll definitely keep an eye on that. 😊
@GanjaGecko, I gave in to the GG4 x Purple Punch. I've never had a GG4 cross in the garden. We’ve known for a while that Titan always has the Purple Punch Breeder Cut from sherbiski. So I'm really, really curious about that. With Iced Wildberry, BananaButtercups is the mother this time; otherwise, he always reverses it for pollination, and even there, she passes on the trichome density, so this is going to be another crazy frost machine.
@GanjaGecko, I’ll probably have one of those in my garden next time, then you can definitely see what the yield will be like. It’s written “impressive massive Yield” for sure. Growlet.es often has good info on the parents of a strain, so I like to check there, but I usually order in Luxembourg from Gas-Station.lu or Brocoli.lu since the package fee is nothing, and when I order from Spain, it’s at least €15, which is too much for me, and only if there’s no other option.
@DrGruen, thank you, I'm also satisfied. Although this isn't my prettiest grow. The stretch totally surprised me. I had to struggle the whole flowering phase to take good care of them. But in the end, they thanked me.
Hey, they look really great! So for me, they went straight into the soil (pre-treated with Greenhouse Grow, Siliciumflash, worm humus). But I didn't have Startrex, and they germinated in Jiffys. Generally, I haven't had any problems with too much organic fertilizer, only with too little... So I'm still fertilizing with liquid BioCanna Grow and Bloom at the same time (maximum dose) and Toom fertilizer sticks 4-4-4 per 8.5L, 4 pieces, etc. This run for the first time has no deficiency symptoms 🙏🏽
@JackOfAllTrades, OK very interesting. However, I have noticed that in early veg (so the first 3 weeks) they grow the fastest with softer soil. With GH feeding, for example, I have had better experiences mixing 2.5g/L in the final pot and 2.5g/L as a topdress. You can see how much faster the last 2 grows were compared to the two before where I mixed the full GH feeding grow dose with the soil. Check out weeks 4 to 6 to see how much more biomass has grown in the same time with less fertilizer in the young root system. It's great that I can take such info into account. Thank you for the info.
@Stony_German, There's definitely a difference. Thanks for the tip. Unfortunately, top dressing is always a bit tricky with the AutoPot system. You have to turn off the system and manually pour in the top dress. It works well though. Complaining at a high level. I'll try it out on the next run. :)
moin moin, nice to see that the ladies are back "in line" - I always suffer a bit with that^^ but you are a self-reflective experienced grower, so never a reason to "worry" lg Mia
@Mia_BIOTABS, Wishing you a lovely Sunday morning too. I know the "suffering with" feeling; I often wish I could help, but that's often seen as negative criticism. The girls have forgiven me and are now really picking up the pace. That's the beauty of this hobby. No grow is like the other, and you learn something new with each round. Thanks to GD, we growers have a platform to learn faster and can especially observe and follow grows visually. I still had to learn with the 3 cannabis grow "Bibles," but luckily I also had a mentor who took me under his wing. I'm so grateful to him R.I.P. and I'm here for anyone who has a question or needs help, and I’ll do my best to answer everything I know.
@Buffi, and how buddy. I just repotted and gave the girls a wellness and pampering program. But I have to praise buddy, he did a great job and brought me very healthy girls.
@Gruenerfinger85, thank you very much, Growmie. I'm really looking forward to these genetics. As always, fingers crossed that they all turn into terp giants. I'm currently drying, and the summer is a bit cool. 🙏😉
