1. After a long, long search, I've found some great auto-breeders in the U.S. I'm tired of Customs snooping through my private mail. I'm growing Puff Puff Pass Cultivators. You can find them under Southwest Bakery. They specialize in autos, and are the nicest people! I can't wait.
2. This auto grow is under my 600w COB lights. I haven't been real happy with the yields under these lights. The plants look beautiful, but the harvest is lacking. This will be my final test. If I don't like the yield and density from this grow that I would like, it will be time to switch out my lights. I already have ideas in mind. The pressure is on!
3. I will only be adding Recharge to my filtered water during veg. There should be more than enough nutrients in the soil. I'm thinking I might be wasting my money feeding during veg.
1. Grapehead is looking pretty healthy! The big fat leaves are soaking up the light. I'm starting to see some nice secondary growth. That should pick up as the root system develops.
2. This week I'll begin using Recharge to get my soil and roots in great shape. I love this stuff!
3. I don't plan on using veg. nutes this round. I'll start on flowering nutes when I start to see pre-flowering. I'll switch from Recharge to Cal-Mag when stretch is completed.
1. GH is looking robust! She has nice fat leaves. There is great secondary growth, and she is adding a little height so the lower nodes can get some light.
2. I started adding Recharge to my watering schedule this week. I'm watering 1l every other day. Recharge is added on the 3rd watering. This will be the only nutrients I will add during veg. I'm thinking the mixture of Ocean Forest and Happy Frog will have enough nutrients to get her through veg. I'll add AN flowering nutes as per my normal feeding schedule.
1. This looks like the last week of veg for GH. I saw some preflowering growth late last week, and I noticed some pistils when taking pictures today.
2. I will start using flowering nutes at 50% strength starting with the next watering.
3. I pruned some of the fan leaves on Monday to improve light penetration. You can see the before, after, and today photos. I trimmed off a few more fan leaves today. I'll leave her alone until stretch is completed and she is focusing on flowers.
4. Overall this has been a very easy grow so far. This is some strong genetics.
She is a very smooth, stony smoke. I was able to cure her for a solid 2 months. I think that makes a difference in both aroma and flavor. There is nothing I disliked about this grow or its outcome.
This girl was a killer out of the seed. She was a vigourous grower in all aspects. Buds came out dense and filled the budstalks nicely. When I grow this strain again, I will put her in a 5g smart pot to see if I can get my yield up to 5 ounces.
