I use a temp gun left over from covid to take leaf temp. If your girls are in the purple or the blue urgent action must be taken. Otherwise, you can tweak your temps to offset humidity and bring your VPD nearer to where if needs to be. This chart has helped me understand a lot concerning my tent environment and helps me keep it in the sweet spot. 😬 For instance right now my leaf temp is 26.5 my air temp is 28 and mu humidity is 63 which puts my VPD at 1.1 For the stage my girls are in optimally it should be nearer 1.4. but 1.1 is healthy enough for now. As the humidity drops the VPD will increase which is why I always water my girls 1/4 litre each plant first thing in the morning. By early evening the VPD will rise to 1.4 until lights out.
