J4kpvp Hey there, this is my second try growing at all. I tried biotabs (the tabs only) the first time and liked the result so this time I went all out and bought almost all their stuff and started my second, hopefully perfect run. I got some sangria and wasabi triploid f1 seeds and I’m looking forward to see if the marketing is real. Also I‘m hoping this run is going smoothly with all my prepping l’ve done for this run to go well:) I got a lux meter, ph meter, bluetooth light dimmer, I‘m ready this time:)

J4kpvp Since I don’t have experience I don’t really know, but they seem to grow fast. Since the last update exactly 1 week has past.

J4kpvp I transplanted them. Full biotabs nutrients in the soil, 15l fabric pots. Last grow I overwatered quite a bit, I paid close attention to not do that mistake again. They were stagnant for a few days after the transplant but now they suddenly exploded from yesterday to today. I try to take a photo from more or less the same angle every day to have a nice video at the end:) I’m also impressed that they don't show any signs of stress from the 24/0 light schedule

J4kpvp Hi there, these plants are crazy:) I did some LST on 3 of them early in the week, they didn‘t stop growing, then 2 days ago I FIMed them, also no stopping them. The 4th is a little slower, I did the LST later and no topping yet. I think I will go for some more LST next week and let them grow a little more and switch them to 12/12 around the 20.09… No overwatering yet, leaves look really good, slight tacoing but i‘m assuming its because of the 24/0 light schedule. I also have the light at 20k lux at the moment, chatgpt says it‘s too low, but I trust the look of the leaves more, no yellow tips yet, which I also had constantly last grow. I also have a ton of those little fruit flies… I hope they aren‘t a problem later? My first grow I had barely any… Lastly, I haven‘t removed any leaves yet, I’ll try keeping that up except for a lollipop later to not stress the plants more since it’s already under 24/7 light, LST and FIMing… In my first grow I picked some leaves every few days to expose more buds and remove half dead leaves… that was another mistake for sure. Also maybe more leaves=more photosynthesis=more growth? No expert as I said:)

J4kpvp Hello:) This week I started with more LST on the first 3 plants and FIMed the final plant, also no more LST on the last plant, it’s smaller and bushier anyways. Then I pretty much let them grow for the rest of the week. They are doing great, sadly the wasabi somehow started flowering (or pre-flowering?). I will switch them now to 12/12, because I need to harvest all at once and want them to finish somewhat close…Don‘t know how it started flowering with the 24/0 light though…. Leaves looking green, no overwatering, no light burn, first very light defoliation of dead leaves, now I‘m looking forward to see them flower:)

J4kpvp Hey:) I flipped them to 12/12, added some nutrients as recommended by biotabs and then just let them grow this week. They immediately started stretching a lot. Very minor defoliation of dead leaves, I also bought a scrog net but I’m asking myself if I should even use it, the top is flat enough and spread nicely. I count at least 10 nice main tops per plant, last grow I had about 4 per plant, I‘m really happy with the results so far:) Also the bugs are gone now, haven‘t seen any this week, my yellow sticky traps are completely covered though. Sadly the wasabi is clearly ahead already… I hope I can harvest them together without the wasabi being too much overripe, I would have loved to veg them a bit longer…

@Mia_BIOTABS, I thought that too, but a friend of mine had the same seeds before and he said I should absolutely go for 24/0, he did 20/4 and they started flowering early for him. Growers choice recommend 24/0 in the description of the seeds, so I tried it and it works well so far:) I‘m switching them soon to 12/12 anyways:)

@J4kpvp, in my experience they thrive the best between 18/6 and 20/4

@Mia_BIOTABSI‘ll try 20/4 next time I think, the wasabi started flowering early and I think it was too much stress:(

Well i agree to you. Fanleaves are the Motor of the plant. And i Just Take away leaves If there are massive to much or blocking light in later flower. Or If the Biomasse Brings to much humidity in the room.

@Mia_BIOTABS, yes I had some small humidity pockets now, had to cut a few leaves for the first time this grow:)
