MadProfessor The selfing and the crossing are developing well. The two others really start flowering now with all they got. They have a lack of nitrogen, I fed them a small amount so the production of budsights won't be slowed down.

MadProfessor The lack of nitrogen is visible, i fed the some nitrogen so the yellowing of the leaves won't be in my top branches. The other two are developing well in flower, you see their leaves turn yellow and the nitrogen fade away 🍁💚

MadProfessor I am happy that they did well. They had a scrog but the tent was so packed that i had to remove it and changed it to bamboo.

MadProfessor Today I made some Weed nut sticky buns with lime and pistachio flavor.
I hope my report on them will be nice, i'll be seeing soon. I'll report!
Have a nice day and enjoy the sunshine in the nature 💚☀️
... Me the day after... 😴
The buns were great, I ate two of them yesterday with friends, we were celebrating one of our last chances for BBQ before autumn season.
After having some game, so delicous one!
I ate my first bun.
The canna butter was made of my last trim with the leftovers of my Forbidden Fruit harvest.
The forbidden fruit was such a beauty, but in the warmth season she was not turning purple, more a tangie than a cherry. The year before I grew already one in the winter season and she was a real purple queen. The whole Budsides turned into violet and purple tones 💜🙂
So the buns were more uplifting but realy strong. My body metabolism is not the best one and I can't eat a lot without getting the feeling of a shroom trip.
But the other persons whom were eating with me enjoyed it really. It was a little peak noticeable, after that it was a nice body high. The forbidden fruit is more an Indica Dominant Hybrid than a Sativa.
Here is the recipe for 30pcs of the nice buns. Enjoy yourself and the sun. Stay tuned ☀️💚😎
Recipe: Canna Almond–Hazelnut Rolls with Citrus Glaze & Pistachios
1️⃣ Dough
Ingredients:
500 g (4 cups) all-purpose flour
1 cube fresh yeast (42 g) or 1 packet dry yeast (7 g)
250 ml (1 cup) lukewarm oat milk/ cow milk
75 g (⅓ cup) sugar
100 g (7 tbsp) canna-butter (soft or gently melted, not hot)
1 egg (or vegan: 2 tbsp applesauce OR 1 tbsp soy flour + 2 tbsp water)
1 pinch of salt
Method:
1. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm oat milk with 1 tsp sugar. Let sit 5–10 minutes until foamy.
2. Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
3. Add yeast mixture, egg, and canna-butter. Knead 8–10 minutes into a smooth, elastic dough.
4. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1–1.5 hours, until doubled in size.
---
2️⃣ Nut Filling
Ingredients:
100 g (1 cup) ground hazelnuts
100 g (1 cup) ground almonds
80 g (⅓ cup) brown sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
50 g (3 tbsp) soft butter or margarine
3–4 tbsp oat milk (for creaminess)
50 g (½ cup) blanched, chopped almonds
3 cacao beans (peeled, coarsely crushed or chopped)
Method:
Mix ground nuts, sugar, cinnamon, butter, and oat milk into a spreadable paste.
Stir in chopped almonds and crushed cacao beans at the end.
---
3️⃣ Shaping
1. Roll out the dough into a rectangle (about 50 × 35 cm / 20 × 14 in).
2. Spread the nut filling evenly over the surface.
3. Roll up tightly from the long side, then cut into 30 equal slices.
4. Place the rolls on 2–3 parchment-lined baking sheets, cover with a cloth, and let rise another 20–30 minutes.
---
4️⃣ Baking
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C / 350 °F (top/bottom heat) for 18–20 minutes, until golden brown.
---
5️⃣ Glaze & Topping
Citrus glaze:
100 g (1 cup) powdered sugar
Juice of ½ lemon + ½ lime
👉 Stir until smooth. Brush the warm rolls with the glaze immediately after baking.
Finishing touch:
Sprinkle with chopped pistachios while the glaze is still wet.
---
✨ Result
About 30 small, fluffy rolls infused with canna-butter.
A rich nut filling with almonds, hazelnuts, and cacao crunch.
A fresh lemon–lime glaze for brightness.
Pistachios on top for color and texture.
Dosing Guide for Canna Almond–Hazelnut Rolls
Step 1 – Know your butter potency
Potency depends on how much cannabis and what THC % you used.
Example:
10 g cannabis at 15% THC = 1,500 mg THC total.
If infused into 100 g butter → 15 mg THC per 1 g butter.
(If your flower is 20% THC, then 10 g = 2,000 mg THC → 20 mg per g butter.)
---
Step 2 – Butter used in the recipe
You’re using 100 g canna-butter.
So:
100 g butter × potency (mg/g) = total mg THC in the dough.
---
Step 3 – Divide into 30 rolls
Total THC ÷ 30 = mg THC per roll.
---
Example Calculations
Potency of Butter Total THC in 100 g Butter THC per Roll (30 rolls)
10 mg/g (1,000 mg total) 1,000 mg ~33 mg
15 mg/g (1,500 mg total) 1,500 mg ~50 mg
20 mg/g (2,000 mg total) 2,000 mg ~67 mg
25 mg/g (2,500 mg total) 2,500 mg ~83 mg
---
Safety Note
5–10 mg THC is considered a standard recreational dose for many people.
Each of your rolls, even at the lowest example potency, is stronger than a typical single dose.
