She is my tallest caramel, but has less shoots than the other two caramels i have going. So i fimmed her yesterday, after 2 weeks ill start training her lst style.
She's looking to have bounced back very nicely buddy. Great work training her out. She's gonna be a lovely bush once you get done with her. Keep up the great work and happy growing :D
No, yellow leaves are not normal. A good clone will be a vibrant green. It will look fresh but won't show growth for a day or two. Usually by the 3rd day I see new growth in the leaves starting. At that point I know the roots are developing.
I use Rapid Rooters and slice them down the side, that way if I think there is a problem I can carefully open the medium and see if there is new root growth.
Don't over think it. Cloning is actually very easy and saves a week or two of growing time.
@BigDaddyK, You could be right, I feel like i should take my cutlings from the caramel 2&3 since they look shitty anyways. Caramel 1 is so nice i dont wanna hurt it haha.
@MarijuanaEngineer,not yet , but poor growth early is due to bad roots , maybe something ate them who knows but I'll bet if it was pulled up the root would be faulty 🌱
How long will you flush? It looks like maybe 2 weeks left...would need to see trichomes though to be absolutely sure. Strain data says 8 to 9 weeks of flower.
@OleTimer, i was planning a 2 week flush starting now. But i am unsure if they are ready. If they have a 9 week cycle am i supposed to wait 9 weeks before my flush or do i flush at week 7 to week 9?
Are the leaves soft or dry? If dry too much light. If soft too much water. What is the humidity in your tent? The clones should be small enough to be far enough away from the light with your bigger potted plants in there. If they can be 36 inches from the light they would be good and not burn. A clone needs to be in a moist environment, but not saturated, the new roots have to breath.
The plastic over the ice chest was over kill in 2 ways, too moist and the light intensity through the plastic is like a magnifying glass. Remove the plastic, place a cup or two of water in with the clones. Do not use a fan, for light just put them near a window :)

Has good pics and videos to follow. They say the cutting should be 5 to 6 inches, ignore that, as long as there are 3 nodes you're good. I have cloned for over 30 years and have over a 99% success rate. Have only lost 2 clones :). Keeping the work area sterile and working fast are the best tips for cloning.
@OleTimer, I have clones right now. I do not have a real humidity dome, so i put plastic over an ice chest with two 23watt cfl's and it killed 3 of my clones. So now i took the plastic off, they're just in the ice chest with 1 cfl and i mist 4 tyms a day. The leaves are turning yellow, what do i do from here? will they eat themselfs tell they die? or will they turn yellow and grow roots?
Save the leaves and do an extract with them! Keep them in a dark place until plant is harvested and then find a simple extract recipe for "Green Dragon" online. Add another experiment for you :)
Lots of resin on that plant.
They are small and vegging, so I advise you to up your humidity to around 70%. That will help with faster growth. Also I don't see you have perlite in pots, this would help with better drainage and faster root growth.
@BigDaddyK, I was not worried because big bloom is organic, and my other plants took the nutes well. But this one did not respond well to light stress in the beginning.
