Aezur I've played a stupid browser game called Torn for over a decade. One day I checked faction chat and there is a guy talking about how he's a breeder, and if anyone needs some seeds or mushies to hit him up. So I did.
Ends up he lives in the same country as me and we get chatting. He sends me a whole ass swag bag with 3 of his own strains!
I have 2 tents so I'm going to try get a nice perpetual cycle going and check out all three as quick as I can. I went with OG Orange first cos I like the citrus strains, but I'm really looking forward to the Gouda too cos I'm guessing it's of cheese lineage. I'm kinda guessing the Stroopwaffles is a GSC strain, but truth is I have no idea of the genetics of any of them.
So yeah... Big shout out to Yuri-Vodka [2742678] and lets see what these girls can do!
Here is the dude's seed shop if you want to check him out: https://hollandshigh.com

Aezur She is pretty gnarly looking. She must have popped weird cos she has a weird kink in her stalk. Her leaves are all scraggly too.
I dunno... Gives her some character! 😂
I been focusing on runoff ppm and making sure it's hitting at the same or below what's going in. I only found out about doing this at the end of my last grow. It's cool there's a way to verify you're not over/under feeding.

Aezur Transplanted to a bigger pot and doubled watering from 1 to 2 liters. The new pot pushes her closer to the light but this is the ideal DLI so no need to adjust. (~30 @ 45cm)
Mostly just left her alone to do her thing.
Will start training next week.

Aezur Topped and defoliated a little. She still seems a bit scrappy. Weird leaf curling and some yellowing where the leaves aren't uncurling without help.
I was kinda expecting her to be a bit wild so let's just see how she grows out.
I'm definitely understanding how the plant actually works a lot more this run. It is fun not panicking everytime something new happens.

Aezur She really filled out this week and seems to have lost any signs of "weak genetics" or whatever. All her twisty leaves have straightened out and she's just really bushy and healthy now.
Flipped to 12/12.

Aezur Nothing interesting this week, just a lot of defoliation and a bit of LST to let the air in to the bud sites.
I had less coco than I thought so the surface is only about halfway up the fabric pot. Since the plant grows toward the light, it kinda forces it to create its own canopy. Useless to me now because it is in it's final pot, but next run I'll be doing this on purpose in the first pot. It shapes the plant quite nicely with zero work.
