Jardin33ro These clones arrived in a cup, I had to transplant them into a 3L pot with complete substrate. The first watering on Tuesday was with Mycorrhizae to promote root development and strengthen the plant's entire system. On the last day of the week, I added some LST clips to start training her. The idea is for her to have a short vegetative stage.

Jardin33ro This week they have already adapted and filled the entire pot. They are growing at a good pace and seem to like the environment I'm trying to provide. I'm working on automating my tent to have more control over their climate. I have 4 different phenotypes, so we'll see how each one expresses itself under the same conditions. We raised the LED to 40% since they responded noticeably to the transplant.

Jardin33ro Hello! This week we did the transplant and the first foliar preventatives, IPW from Athena for prevention once a week. We transplanted to a 7L pot; I want to see if I can have more control over the watering. We’re still maintaining humidity, and the temperatures are gradually rising since I don’t have air conditioning for better control. But we’re doing what we can, and they’re looking beautiful. They’re already giving off that characteristic smell of the strain, a nice mandarin citrus.

Jardin33ro Hey there! This week things happened, we added a scrog net to induce flowering later on. We've already switched to 12/12 but I like to give it a week of pre-flowering. We're continuing with IPW from Athena as a foliar spray to prevent all kinds of pests and diseases, once a week. One of the bigger ones I did some supercropping on to lower the canopy. They're growing like crazy. Last watering was with Sensi Grow and now we're switching to Sensi Bloom. Cheers!

Jardin33ro This week, you can really see the stretch from the genetics. We're trying to get the plants to hold onto the net, little by little we're getting the hang of it. We have the LED at 40%, next week we'll see about bumping it up to 60%, for that I would also need to increase the feeding. I'm doing this grow in smaller pots than usual, I want to see if I can achieve the same results with less substrate. VPD is fluctuating between 0.8-1.2 kPa.

Jardin33ro The flowers are starting to form, week 2 kicks off. We added big bud to stimulate calyx formation. We're trying to keep the pH at 6.3 and the EC not too high yet.

Jardin33ro This week we've been noticing the stretch, and now we can see how the bud is forming. They ask for quite a bit of calmag, which I'm still not quite on point with. But since I don't know the genetics, I'm starting slow and then increasing. We try to keep the temperature no higher than 27 and humidity between 50-60. I'm watering every 2 days, and everything is going really well. Now we're starting to fertilize little by little. I try to mix in calmag (0.4), sensi (1.0-1.2), and then additives at 2 ml per liter. And I always measure the runoff; I try to water based on the drainage, maintaining a balance between input and runoff. We're still learning, and that's what interests me the most.

Jardin33ro Hello! I want to tell you that they have a different terpene in each specimen. There are 2 that are tropical, more from the trop punch line, similar to pineapple 🍍. Another one is citrus, but not just any citrus, it reminds me of grapefruit. And another one that came out with more tangie terpenes, a little bitter orange. They all look similar, very resinous, and have potential!! We added an extra fan at the bottom to improve circulation and avoid microclimates. Best regards, Jardin33ro

Jardin33ro Hey there! Every Saturday marks the start of another week, I usually post on Tuesdays. But I'm taking a little time today to tell you how the 4 clones of toronjaz-Blacktuna are doing. This week, you can already see the flowers fattening up, the calyxes are starting to gain volume. As for the resin, a good amount has formed, even on almost all the satellite leaves. We've improved the color of the leaves since we were feeding them very lightly, and now we can push them a bit more this week. We're still taking it slow, making sure not to overdo it; I always prefer to underfeed rather than overfeed. This time of year, temperatures start to rise, so without air conditioning in the room, it can get tricky. We're continuing to grow and learn. Cheers, hope you have good smokes 😮💨

Jardin33ro Hey there! We're doing great, trying to maintain a humidity level between 50-60 and a temperature of 24-27. We've turned the LED up to 80% and are increasing the dose of nutrients and additives. This week we’ve already started to notice the fattening up, and the intensity of the smells is really pronounced. Phenotype 5: The most resinous, longer internodes, grapefruit smell, and the buds are smaller. It might turn purple. Phenotype 3: big and compact bud, shorter internode, ending in a point. Tropical smell, pineapple 🍍. Phenotype 4: very dense and resinous bud, also with a pineapple 🍍 smell but with a hint of banana 🍌. Phenotype 2: the bud is super dense and big, pure resin. The smell isn’t too strong, but it’s citrusy like an orange 🍊.

Jardin33ro Hey there! In the last few weeks, we've gone into overdrive and I'll try to gradually reduce the fertilization. You can see the fattening, the increase in resin, and the smell is changing a bit compared to previous weeks. We'll try to keep the temp low and humidity controlled (24° C and 60-65 RH) but it's not that easy, summer is approaching and without the air conditioning running all day, it's super complicated. But I'm a homebody, we do what we can with what we have. Enjoy the toronjaz like I do, indulge yourselves!

Jardin33ro Hey folks! This week, you can really see the swelling of the calyxes, and some are starting to close little by little! A marvel in terms of terpenes!! I had the honor of cutting some flowers to analyze at the expocannabis in Uruguay, I’m sharing a video with that info from one of the 4 phenos. We’re starting the flush, first use of the flawless, so we’re getting into the flushing!! We’re doing really well. Cheers Jardin33ro 🇺🇾

Jardin33ro We're already starting with the flushing! Flawless to finish with a good taste and nice ash! We're trying to bring the EC as close to 0 as possible. This is the last week before the chop, so we can celebrate with dry and fresh buds! I'm really happy with how this whole cycle has gone, but I'm eager to correct certain things I've learned in this grow, very grateful to the plant and for this learning experience! Absolute happiness At the expocannabis in Uruguay, I was able to analyze 2 samples, f5 and f2. The f5 has higher THC and more % of terpenes! More presence of limonene, then linalool and a bit of myrcene! Meanwhile, the f2 has more presence of myrcene, limonene, and linalool. Less THC than f5 and fewer terps, this is already another level! Understanding chemically how your flower is, that's a whole different game! Cheers Jardin33ro

Muy buena genetica, que tiene sus complejidades! No le gusta nada los excesos, poca luz, poca comida, siempre menos es mas con las Toronjaz! Volveria a cultivarla!

Jardin33ro Very happy with the result! Maybe I could have left them a few more days, but the holidays are coming and it's not great without weed haha Now to dry and wait for those results.
