Germination

laxx Welcome, welcome back to the wonderful grow season of 2025/2026! As the weather gets colder and summer is leaving, the indoor growers crawl back into their tents and start germinating their freshly bought seeds. This is the time where this story sets to begin too. For this I announce thee: Triangle Project! Triangle Project is a grow where I want to get 2 Purple Punch from Barney's Farm into a triangular shape and fill the tent in an attempt to use my knowledge from last grow and apply it to double the amount of plants in order to now finally fill out the tent - with more plants in the same amount of time, this time really. I am also trying out some new methods of watering. As you can see I have installed a plant tray with which I intend to bottom water the plants when they are big enough. I hope to get a bigger root system this way. And as we all know: bigger roots equal bigger plants equal bigger buds. So let's do some quick planning: 1. Germinate 3 seeds. 2. Select 2 plants. 3. Shape them in a triangular shape and fill out the whole tent. 4. Flip them, flower them out (hopefully get some purples), harvest them. 5. Get better at growing. If everything is coming together by the end of this grow we will also hit the optional extra target of 1g/W resulting in 150g dry with these 2 plants. Some quick protocolling for completion: - Seeds planted in pots in the evening of 22.09.25 - First and Second showing up on 25.09.25 - missed a picture on D3 due to absence, but this is probably the day the Third showed up - they are now all roughly the same size and growing vigorously Let's see how everything turns out. I'm glad to be back. Happy growing everyone :)

laxx It's always smooth sailing with these plants, if you dial in their environment. Mine are on cruise control, dialed in and are loving life, praying to their artificial sun. They are so small that the pot's water is sufficient for multiple days which allowed me to be away for a few days over the weekend - hence the missing pictures. 29.09.: - watered each pot with 100 ml water including BioEnhancer measured at half the dosis (0,15g/300 ml in total) 01.10.: - watered each pot with 200 ml water

@CheeRz, I don't think I'm patient enough for one plant one tent yet. I try to fill the tent with 2 plants this time :D I'm still interested in your favorite strain from Barney's. Any recommendation? :)

@laxx, Good question! Barney's Farm has many great strains. My absolute favorites are Cookies Kush, Lemon Cherry Gelato, and Gary Payton.

@CheeRz, oooh that sounds delicious! The cookie strains and their descendents are right up my alley :D I definitely write that down for future consideration, thank you! :D
