Theycallme_nips Soaked for 24 hours then into paper towel for 60 Hours. 4 of 6 had strong tap root. 1 had small tap root and 1 did not pop. Small tap root has barely began to emerge after 3 days in soil. One that did not pop was still planted but no sign of life yet. 4 others growing strong. Not sure if 4 strong ones are getting enough light. Turned power from 5 to 6 at 48” from canopy.

For cannabis seeds, both are critical stages: skotomorphogenesis occurs underground while the seed germinates, and the plant transitions to photomorphogenesis once the seedling emerges into light to begin photosynthesis. If ppfd not high enough skoto may not stop until she reaches light she needs.

Theycallme_nips 3 look promising, 1 is growing slow and 1 barely popped and will likely be tossed. Watered 10/6 and installed the blumat system 10/7. No flow yet but monitoring closely. Any tips for the blumat and drop ring system? First time trying them out, installation seemed straight forward after watching videos online.

Theycallme_nips Tossed the two slow growers. One standing out above the other two but all growing well and have nice color. All three have developed 4 nodes/fan leaves. Put one bud clip on the tallest and added some alfalfa hay as mulch layer.

Theycallme_nips Got bud clips on all three, middle plant clearly the strongest. Outside two seem like they’re gonna be short and stocky.

Bud clips all over them. Light white mold in the alfalfa mulch layer but nothing on the plants yet. Cutting back humidity by moving into the flower tent and starting to wick feed to dry out to a bit. Two of three are showing female already. Probably holding back on any more bud clips unless any start to stand way above the rest and putting in trellis net over the next couple days/week.
