Fruit and Gas

doober After my last grow was dried I wanted to move some more cuttings into flower but they were over vegged and too big, I luckily had back up clones rooted in solo cups so I up potted those and watered them in at 1.0 ec. I’m going to let them settle in a bit and bring up light intensity and feedings. Totally new genetics to me, blueberry sugar on the left and permanent marker in the right.

doober These really had a hard time adjusting to the light and airflow in the bigger tent, they were also pretty severely root bound. I had lots of clawing and twisting going on but they’ve started pulling through and perking up. I’m trying to be easy on them but did some light tucking and topping today hopefully they’ll really take off by the next feeding.

doober Trucking along on 2.0-2.2 ec 6.0 ph. The permanent marker has insane vigor. It’s filling out really fast with a ton of branching. The blueberry sugar is so squatty and compact but still growing well, it’s really tight and broad. I’m hoping it picks up a little and starts filling holes in the trellis or the permanent probably will

doober Everything is going well this week, plants are strong and lush. The blueberry sugar on the left just doesn’t take well to scrog it’s so short and the branches are so woody they just don’t stay trained well, I’ll keep tucking through the stretch and it’ll probably fill out most then. I’ll probably flip around the next 5-7 days to keep the permanent marker under c

doober Flipped these on 10-29-25, a little early but they weren’t great to scrog together and I really want to see how they perform before I commit to a longer veg. This permanent marker pheno is an absolute beast in veg and but for some reason is really hard to clone. The blueberry sugar is a beast in its own way it’s just not as vine like as PM. They both are fairly smelly in veg so that’s a good sign.

doober Plants are trucking along, crazy vigor in these two. They need trimmed back to breathe better but I’m trying to ride out a little more stretch first

doober Warm weather spike has had my temps and humidity up but nothing too bad. I’m really excited, the blueberry sugar is already throwing blueberry terps, strong blueberry candy aroma I may keep the best tops and freeze the rest and wash it

doober Still trucking, getting some mild light stress and calcium stress in my permanent marker, I raised my lamp an inch about an inch and bumped calmag up from 2.5 ml per gallon to 3.5ml per gallon but with the lights off it doesn’t look as bad, still pretty mild I think I pushed it just to the point it was ready to get fussy and backed off. The blueberry sugar is showing some color already and smells exactly like you’d hope it to smell

doober I’m just keeping them fed, still riding 2.0 ec, and keeping the inner fans plucked to keep air and light available and free so they can just do their thing. The blueberry sugar is chunking up and throwing some frost. Crazy sweet and creamy aroma. The permanent marker just smells fumey and gassy. The more I smell the blueberry sugar the more I want to wash the whole plant fresh frozen but we’ll see. Day 33f

doober This is just a day or two shy of week 6 flowering, both plants are smelly and greasy but the blueberry sugar is really outshining the permanent marker in trichomes and smell. The blueberry sugar smells amazing, it’s a really creamy sweet smell with fruity hints more on the back end, a kind of blueberry gas/funk just past the sweetness. It’s incredibly greasy and sticky. I really hope it washes well and holds on to those terps. Both plants have a strong display of genetic purple coming in strong also. I hope they bulk really hard between weeks 6-8 and finish in the first two weeks of January. I plan to run the blueberry sugar again either on its own or beside cheetah piss
