GTools Orange bud auto

GTools The plant has been transplanted in a 19l fabric pot. Bottom of the pot filled with a 3 cm layer of perlite. The plant develops well, transplanting didn't induce any stress. As the SF2000 (old model) cannot be dimmed, the light is at a safe 70cm distance.

GTools The plant is growing fast. Five days into week 2 I topped her. I will do some LST, when the side branches have developed. Interestingly, the plant shows some asymetrical grow at the first internode, where one side branch seems to be absent?

GTools On this plant, the sidebranches took longer to develop, but it looks like she finally used part of the strech phase to develp the lateral brnaches. Active LST, bending tomant shoots down every 2-3 days. I did some defoliation to promote light penetration.

GTools First preflowers. The OB plant is only growing slowly. It is difficult tying the branches outwards because they are not long enough. The leaves show some weird stress signs.

GTools The plant is starting to stretch somewhat. Unfortunately the leaves still show deficiencies. I suspect a pH issue. the run off is at pH 7.2 though I watered with pH 6.2 I was using Plant Boom Chicken shit super soil in this run. Apparently it's not the stuff for my plants.. or I should use it differently?

GTools AS th pH run off was at 7.1, I flushed the plant with 30l of pHed (6.2) water in order to wash out the chicken shit supersoil. Then I fed with half the recommended Biobizz nutrients.

GTools The plant recovered form the pH issue related nutrient lock out. The soil pH is now at 6.5 The bud sites are developing nicely and if it goes one I consider trying a new technique in the following weeks.

GTools Looks like OB has completely recovered. The buds start smelling somewhat and trichomes start building up, giving a nice glittery glow. I will try schwazzing next week!

GTools The pH issues of the last weeks have been overcome. I did a massive defoliation, inspired by a grower "Autofloer420"* As this run is anyway not going to produce a max, I might just aswell give it try. The buds are giving of a nice smell and they are swelling up., heavy and dense. If schwazzing pushes back the harvest date, the plant might give a decent yield. Check out that guys incredible work... he pulled 1,4kg dry from a single autoflower (Critical orange punch)
