I would wait and keep the light dimmed a bit. It's still a bit early...
Humidity is too low. The lady doesn't have any real roots yet. You need a significantly higher relative humidity.
Your temperatures in the report seem off.
But on another note, if you say you have a PPFD value of just under 250 at 50%, then you have a different problem.
The lamp is too weak. You need 800-950 during flowering... and not just in the center, but ideally across the entire area.
