Week 1 Not much to see at the moment but I'm doing a run of two different strains from Pyramid Seeds (Auto New York City and Auto American Pie)
My setup is:
1) 3.4x2.5 Closet
2) 4 AutoCobs
3) 2 3.6 Superoots Air-Pots
4) Soil is a mix of Biobiz, Coco Coir and Peat
5) Nutes are Mega Crop and Sweet Candy
Week 2 and the Auto NYC and Auto American Pie are doing quite well.! They are coming along just fine at this point... Time to bump up the Mega Crop and Sweet Candy to 2g/2g
Week 3 and the Pyramid Seeds are doing quite well! I'm impressed with them so far because Pyramid Seeds gets some really bad reviews... I believe these are going to be short and hardy plants? We will see as they grow! I will bump up the nutes to 3g/2g Mega Crop Sweet Candy
Week 4 and the Pyramid Seeds are doing great.! I'm hoping these girls will outdo the Auto Pineapple Glue in the middle... I've bumped up the Mega Crop and Sweet Candy to 4tsp/2g
Week 5 and the Pyramid Seeds have kicked in to flowering mode and are doing awesome at this point.! I'm hoping these girls will be some decent producers... I've increased the Mega Crop and Sweet Candy to 5.0/2.0
Man what can I say.? The Pyramid have exploded with growth within the last 6 days.! Its going to be interesting how productive this girl is going to be though... I didn't take to many pics because there's really not much to see at this stage except for the growth explosion over the last 6 days.! Bud porn is coming soon.))
Week 7 and the Auto New York City has turned out to be a dominant and good stable strain from Pyramid Seeds.! Shes going to be very productive and im looking forward to the outcome... The Auto American Pie has been disposed of due instability... I'll probably never do a run from Pyramid Seeds again and I now know why they get poor reviews.! There seeds are not that stable and dependable for sure and you get what you pay for... I'm holding the nutes at 5.5g/2g Mega Crop and Sweet Candy until ready to flush
Week 9 and still looking good.! Holding the nutes at 5.5g/2g Mega Crop... Enjoy the bud porn.))
UPDATE: The trichs are already turning amber.! This run my be thee quickest run I've done so far... I'm gonna let it go for another week and then I may start the flush... The info that Pyramid Seeds has on this strain is 60-67 days and its looking like they got it right because its day 60 and I've got amber trichs on all of the sugar leaves that I could observe with my jewelers loop
Its actually harvest day for this girl.! All trichs are amber to almost black.! I've been flushing for 7 days and its time...! Yes, 7 days minimum is ok.)) I'll come back here after dry and trim and update to "Harvest" with weight and outcome.! Oh.! And bud porn as well..))
@Cosmic_haze, I hate ripping on anyone but since you heard already pyramid seeds have been my least favorite seeds (only tried 2 seeds so far but both were the most difficult to grow in the tent). Followed by advanced (only tried one freebie though that didn't pop so not much of real test to be fair) lol. But for their price was worth a shot. You never know could get that awesome pheno hiding in the rough. But generally I also go with sweet seeds or fast buds as well as Mephisto and actually really enjoy seedsman seeds. About to try out some RQS, dinafem, and expert next run.
@Denzul, I've read some bad reviews about Pyramid Seeds lol but so far these seem to be off to a good start! They both popped at the same time within 48 hours...! This will be my first grow with Pyramid Seeds... I usually buy from FastBuds or SweetSeeds and other well known seed banks! I've actually stepped out of the box when i purchased from Pyramid and Advanced Seeds (separate grow diary from this one...) We'll see how well they do as time moves forward
@Cosmic_haze, hope you do better than I did. Only planted one of the 3 I bought but she was nothing but a pain in my you know what. Hope you have better luck
@CRiSPrGrow, man the smoke was killer.! An energetic/euphoric buzz but a quite heavy buzz as well... The effects would still be there 4 hours later lol but I'm not a heavy hitter either so it might effect someone different that smokes everyday... I had no complaints from friends who I shared this with... well i did get a text back from a heavy hitter saying that they couldn't hear a damn thing after they smoked it lol.! But this shit was so sticky that you couldn't smoke it in a joint it had to be smoked in a pipe instead... Its the stickiest strain I've grown so far... I may do another run of this in the future.))
@CommanderCannabis, thanks man.)) Plants like this is what I like growing.! This one finished in less then 10 weeks actually.! I could have did the harvest on week 9 but I decided to let it go another week... I'll come back here and update this to "harvest" when dried and trim along with weight and pics
