Bud sites are really showing, gonna have a shit ton of colas!
Plants are on different watering schedules... Pain in my ass.
Two biggest plants, GG4 and blackberry fire need water every 1.5-2 days.

I have no experience defoliating and I'm scared of it. I really think it needs to happen but I have a hard time accepting I won't hurt my ladies.
Should I pluck leaves here and there to expose lower bud sites every day over a week, or just do one massive leaf strip all at once?
I know exactly how you feel. Some place I read about wild plants and how they are subject to all kinds of weather, pests, animals, etc.. I started to feel more comfortable. I go in and prune or defoliate all at one time as opposed to little here little there. I figure if I'm going to hurt her; best to just do it one time and give her time to heal with out further stress. Now the shade leaves I just pull off all the time.
