3 different pheno from Mokum's Tulip, the seeds did not germinate at the same time, I had to wait until pheno 3 had a good structure before taking clones. Mothers are similar in every way, except for their size because of the delayed germination.
I made 6 clones of each pheno, out of the 6 I will keep 1 to make new cuttings, the 4 others will go into bloom, the sixth one is for me in case a cutting has failed, or if all goes well it will also become a plant to make new clones.
All the cuttings of pheno #1 already show their roots, nothing for #2, and two for 3# but the largest.
Only 8 days to make the first roots, it's really fast.
I will leave them a few more days in the mini greenhouse, so that they can withstand the differences in humidity. Just enough time to take the picture and the leaves started to curl up slightly.
0509 day 10, The #1 and #3 really developed their first roots well, I put them in small 10x10x10x10 cm coconut pots so that they could continue to root. #2 does not have roots big enough to take them out of the mini greenhouse.
The #1 and 3# are no longer in the mini greenhouse, but unfortunately I can't increase the humidity, I have plants at the end of flowering just next door. They may not like this sudden change, the larger ones started to curl slightly after an hour, I cut off a few pieces of leaves to limit evaporation.
0517,,Day 18, everything is fine, they have supported the exit of the mini greenhouse well, they seem healthy, everything is green, the stems of the leaves do not blush much it is for me the sign that they like in the coconut, with a good food with a good ph. I have finished harvesting the next room, I will be able to increase the humidity to 70%.
Day 22-23 I repotted in 7-8 litre pots, with canna coco pro, and I installed them in the flowering space, I lit a lamp on two, unfortunately the humidity has to drop to 40%, my humidifier is too small for this room 😢.
They are still beautifully green, still 5-6 days and I will put them in bloom.
Day 34 ( 8) they measure between 43 and 50 cm, the internodes between 7 and 9 cm. Everything looks good for the moment.
Day 39 (13) The first small white hair appeared.
Day 41 (15) they measure about 60 to 65 cm. The three phenos have the same structure and size, they are very homogeneous.
I cut off the low branches and heads in the shadow of the canopy.
Day 19 The #1 smell like acidic candy, very strong, And it is very cristal, the other pheno have very Light smell.
Day 22, Day 22, the stretching is finished, everything is fine, good color, good size, the leaves are wide and very dark indica type, the flowers smell very strong, really very fruity for pheno #1, and very special for pheno #3 with this touch of fresh mint, it is amazing to already have so much smell at this time.
Day 29, the smell is incredibly strong, fruity, acidic. The calyxes are starting to swell, I'll add pk 13/14.
Day 33, Bad news today, there was a power outage just before the end of the 12-hour light cycle, so they turned on again during the sleep phase, about two hours later. 😢😡
Day 39, nothing to say.
Day 42, bad news, Black rot has arrived on pheno #3,
The plants didn't like the power outage. It already seems ready to be harvested. It looks dry,
I think they didn't support the extra 13/14 in the food, it doesn't seem to be as voracious as an edelweiss (flying dutchmen) or an amnesia (from Hy-pro, the best weed on the planet, I'll give you a journal later).
I will only give them water at the ph adjust until the harvest.
Day 46,
Day 48, Pheno #3 is the most productive, 2# the least productive. Pheno #1 has a vanilla ice cream smell coated with exotic fruit it is quite disturbing as a smell, #2 has a more earthy smell, #3 smells like a red tulip and is much bigger than the other two (which is more like the description given by DP).
But I shouldn't compare the sizes of plants, because they are not all in the same light. (The plants under the leds are generally less developed). According to the LED manufacturer, plants should have more humidity and heat than with hps.
It's an average harvest, but a good one because the summer was very hot and I don't use an air conditioner. I also replaced a 600w hps by a full spectrum 440 watt LED lamp, which I think has lowered the final quantity, as soon as we move away from the central light point the light decreases very very very quickly we are far from the 4x4 feet announced by the manufacturer, (I would say 3x3 not more) and the fact of having only one light point brings a lot of shadow to the sub canopy.
After a second grow, it is a hermie. Fuck it.
On 5 seeds 2 germinated, the others never opened, and on both there is a hermaphrodite, and the other produces tiny heads. 😢,
