unless your tent has a RH under 30%. you don't need a dome period. If anything you can use a "well", this allows some airflow and direct light. just cut the bottom off a yougart tub and place it over were it should pop up. so the top is open but its keeping it a bit higher humidity at the base level of the medium for the baby seedling. I find this works well and I remove them once they come out fully. I normally grow in winter time so my place does get dry but inside the well the RH stays aorund 45% vs the enviroment at 30%

Once your second set of leaves pop slowly open vents a little at a time each day to prevent sagging.

Once the second set of new leaves appear is a good indication, you can always put the dome back over if they start sagging and harden them off gradually, to many factors to give an exact answera
