THIS ONE WAS A RUNT FROM THE START. i CONSIDERED PULLING IT UP IN ON DAY 14, BUT DECIDED TO GROW IT OUT .
THE ROOT DID A WEIRD THING AS SEEN IN THE FIRST PICTURE. THE ROOT SEEMS TO HAVE GREW SIDEWAYS TO START. I SUPPOSE THAT WAS MY FAULT. I WAS WATERING IT A COUPLE TIMES A DAY WITH A FINE MISTER. IM ASSUMING THE WATER DIDNT GET DOWN INTO THE MEDIA MAKING THE ROOT GROW SIDEWAYS, I DUNNO. IT POPPED OUT OF THE GROUND ABOUT AN INCH TO THE RIGHT OF WHERE I PLANTED IT.
ITS SMALL, FEW BUDS, BUT THE BUD IT DOES HAVE SMELLS NICE AND LOOKS REALLY FROSTY. I'M PRETTY SURE I'LL GROW THIS STRAIN AGAIN IN THE NOT TOO DISTANT FUTURE.

WELL, EVEN THOUGH I NEARLY PULLED THIS ONE AROUND DAY 14 ( IT JUST BARELY LOOKED ALIVE) I LET IT GO, AS I HAD NO SEED TO REPLACE IT WITH.
ALTHOUGH THE BUDS ARE FEW, I MUST SAY THEY ARE PRETTY. NICE FALL COLORS, SOME OF THE LEAVES ARE GOING BRONZE, SOME ARE GOING A BIT PURPLE.
IM GLAD I LET IT GROW.
ITS JUST DAYS FROM COMING DOWN.

WELL, THIS MUTANT LITTLE WEIRD PLANT HAS SOME PRETTY BUDS. ITS COMING DOWN IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS. i HAVE NOTICED THAT SOME OF THE LEAVES I HAD PICKED OFF EARLIER AND PUT IN A BUCKET SMELL A LITTLE LIKE FRESH GREEN APPLES. I'M FAIRLY EXCITED! I WILL GROW THIS STRAIN OUT AGAIN, I ALREADY KNOW.

Apple Strudel Auto HARVEST NOTES:
PLANTING MEDIUM MIX BY VOLUME FOR 5 GALLON FABRIC POT:
Pro-Mix, Activ Reach HP: 256oz
Worm Castings: 128oz
Happy Frog: 128oz
Perlite: 64oz
Rice Hulls:64oz
DRY AMENDMENTS FOR INITIAL MIX:
Kelp Meal: 2 tbSP
Mycorrhizae: 1/4 tsp) (mixed into seed starter soil)
Glacial Rock Dust: 2 tbsp
Gaja Green All-Purpose 4-4-4 - 3.5 tbsp
Gaja Green Power Bloom 2-8-4 - 1.5 tbsp
FEEDING SCHEDULE:
Topdress with 2.5tbsp 4-4-4 & 2.5tbsp 2-8-4 - day 28
Topdress with 1.5tbsp 4-4-4 & 3.5 tbsp 2-8-4 - day 49
Topdress with 2.5 tbsp 2-8-4 - day 70
If you feel the need to supplement this feeding schedule, you can make a nutrient tea. I did not add a tea to this grow.
When filling pot, I hollow out 1 red solo cup's worth of soil in center of pot. I replace this soil with Fox Farm Light Warrior Seed Starter Mix to plant the germinated seed in.
After mixing up soil I let it set in a big plastic tote for, at least two weeks, before planting germinated seed
I considered pulling this plant up in week 2. It came out of the ground on a stem thin as a human hair with just a speck of green on top. A couple of days later the little plant was falling over under the weight of that green speck. I propped it up with a pencil to lean on. I would have pulled it but I didnt have a seed to replace it with, so I let it go and hoped for the best.
It grew into a weird looking mutant little plant. It didn't produce much in the way of buds (59.05 grams dry weight) however, the buds it did produce looked nice, plentiful frost. And the leaf color nearing harvest were beautiful fall colors.
Even though this plant grew a bit odd, I will definitely grow this strain again.
Chopped down plant on day 97 from germinated seed.
Dryed for 6 days
Has cured for 2 weeks, ill update once its had more cure time
I find the high to be relaxing, tranquil, good for headphone music (i'm a big Pink Floyd fan) and movies.
DRY WEIGHT: 59.05 grams
Im not getting a lot of apple. But, I rarely get much of the smells and flavors as advertised. I had covid a few years ago and my sense of smell and taste never has been the same. Although I do get a sense of sweetness. I smoke it with a small handheld dry herb vaporizer.
Those trichomes are absolutely incredible! The purple coloring showing on the leaves is stunning too. She's packing on incredible resin at week 11. Your LED and CO2 setup is clearly dialed in perfectly. Would love to learn your secrets! 💚
