Polar Gelato

KuaerSchlaeger Week one. Small and nice. The root has reached the drainage holes. I think just a few more days and she can move into the big pot.

KuaerSchlaeger This week hasn't been very eventful. The little one has rooted through the 0.15l pot and has now been transplanted into her new home where she will stay until the end.

KuaerSchlaeger So far so good. She's growing and thriving, has adapted well to the repotting. A small deficiency occurred, measures have been taken, and now we're giving her a few days. Still doing great, though.

KuaerSchlaeger Grows and grows. The deficiency is still being addressed with Epsom salt foliar spray until my CalMag arrives. Still not deterred and keeps growing diligently 💪🏼

KuaerSchlaeger Today the little one was topped and a bit defoliated so the new shoots can see some light 😅 In a few days, I'll start with LST and next week I think I'll switch to flowering.

KuaerSchlaeger The topping was handled really well, and the LST is being accepted without any fuss. Flowering was initiated 2 days ago, and the nutrients were slightly adjusted. Let's go! 😁

KuaerSchlaeger Flowering was initiated a week ago and the first signs of hairs are visible. In the last 5 days, it has stretched by 6cm and had a little haircut appointment 😅

KuaerSchlaeger On to week 3. The transition took a bit longer, which I attribute to the temperatures since everything took longer than usual. Now the little hairs are finally here and the flowering is starting. Other than that, everything's cool and soon she'll be gelollipopped.

KuaerSchlaeger Week 4. The flowering is now in full swing and the buds are getting hairier. Four days ago, I gave the sweet girl a complete buzz cut and did some serious lollipopping 😅, which she handled like a champ and has visibly grown again. Her thirst has noticeably increased, so now she gets 3 liters of water every 3 days. I'm raising the temperatures now, both day and night. Occasionally, I pull the threads a bit tighter so that the shoots stay nicely distributed. Starting next week, I'll slowly introduce additional lighting with my two UV-B tubes.

KuaerSchlaeger Polar Gelato is picking up a good pace, has stretched a bit more in the last week, and is putting a lot of energy into the buds. The lollipopping was done right away, and she’s making a strong impression. On Monday, we’ll start with the UV-B irradiation for 20 minutes daily.

KuaerSchlaeger A pretty calm week is coming to an end. No major growth spurt, but definitely cranking up the production of the flowers. The headbuds are slowly getting big, sticky, and thick. The UV-B exposure has been increased to 30 minutes daily.

KuaerSchlaeger Another week and the Polar Gelato is producing incredibly dense and sticky buds. It has a very unique smell that I've never encountered before. Let's see how it goes, it seems really eager to let the flowers swell nicely. The UV-B exposure has now been increased to 50 minutes daily.

KuaerSchlaeger Die nächste Woche und meine Polar Gelato bläht ihre Buds immer weiter auf. Klebrig, knüppelhart und ein Geruch der unbeschreiblich lecker ist. Sie ist ein absolutes Monster was die Harzproduktion angeht. Die UV-B Bestrahlung liegt inzwischen bei 65 Minuten und wird weiter gesteigert. Noch eine Woche Dünger und danach gibt es nur Ph angepasstes Wasser.

KuaerSchlaeger Our Polar Gelato is ready, the monster has conjured up big, fat, rock-hard, and sticky buds. Just the sight of it tells you "watch out" Your thirst has significantly decreased and she is now satisfied with clear pH-adjusted water until the end. With the UV-B irradiation, we are now at 90 minutes and we will keep it at this length. The next update will then be the last after the harvest and drying.

KuaerSchlaeger The Polar Gelato has reached its goal. With thick resin-coated buds that smell intense and taste amazing. After 10 days drying at around 52% humidity and 18 degrees, the buds are now going into the GroveBags for about 10 weeks. I thank you all for stopping by and liking.
