Initially inserted inverted (cotyledons down). Recognized within 30 minutes and carefully repositioned. Seed coat detached during process but seedling recovered perfectly within 24h.

## TRANSPLANT PROCEDURE (Nov 30)

3. **Gentle compaction:** Press Pon around cube (not too firm!)

5. **Reservoir check:** Verify ~1L collected in reservoir (do not overfill - max 2L)
6. **Placement:** Continue under SanLight EVO 3-80 (30%, 55cm) on RIOGOO heating mat
