VenomGrows Germination is done in a glass of filtered lukewarm water plus Great White Shark Microbes. After 12 hours, it goes into the Eazy Plug.
So today I prepared the soil.
About 3cm of wood chips as drainage.
60 liters of Couple of Plants Living Soil.
2 cm layer of hemp mulch.
Watered with a compost tea: 1.6 L of water and 0.3 L of tea.
Let's see when the little ones come up from the soil.
In front, under the water protection, there are 2 Fyta Beam sensors that have always worked great so far. Fyta 2.0 is arriving soon, and I will place the two sensors on the other plant.

VenomGrows It begins!
Both seeds have popped out of the soil at the same time.
It's hard to see in the picture, but if you zoom in, you can spot 2 babies :)
VPD is being maintained at around 0.7 kPa by the AI+ controller.
The light is dimmed to 33% in the growth channel and 0% in the flowering channel.
The plants are growing a bit slowly; I think it's due to the slightly cooler temperatures, but they're doing really well and look healthy.
I think the plants still need some time to establish themselves in the bed, and then it should take off :)
Slowly but surely, we're making progress.
The first week is over!
I'm really curious to see how it will continue.

VenomGrows Next week begins!
I added some lava rocks and other types of stones as shelter for some microbes!
VPD is consistently at 0.7, and I’ll keep it that way for the next few weeks.
It looks like the two are slowly but surely settling well into the soil.
Now it's time for a few days of Christmas break.

VenomGrows Week 3 is underway!
Slowly but surely it’s happening :)
The growth here has been very slow at the beginning since I just threw the seeds directly into the Living Soil bed. This means there’s no dryback, and everything happens a bit slower at first. But they are slowly getting established, and I think things will really kick off in the coming weeks.
So, week 3 is over, and now hopefully the growth will start!

VenomGrows Week 3 begins!
Today, a couple of moisture sensors were added to the soil, and over the next week, a few earthworms will be coming in as well.
Now they're starting to grow nicely!

VenomGrows New week begins!
Today about 30 earthworms moved in.
Ocean Freeze is growing noticeably faster than Azul Rosa. Let's see how I handle the topping; maybe one of you has a tip? My plan was to top both after the 4th node, but Ocean Freeze will probably be quite a bit bigger by then.
They're growing really great now😇 Friday will be topping day, and then there will be the first watering with nettle extract, Sparkling Flower FPE, and Great White Shark powder.
Day 35 topping and moistening the soil with 500ml.

VenomGrows New week begins!
Just watering if necessary
Azul Rosas 8 shoots are still hiding under those giant leaves 😅
Day 38: I had my circulation fan running at level 10 all night, and Ocean Freeze didn't really like that and showed some slight signs of wind stress on 2 or 3 leaves. I've now set it to level 7 and will wait and see.
No watering for now.
Soil moisture is between 70 and 130 mbar, so actually completely in the good range.
So week 6 is over and the first pre-flowers are already showing, and so far they are all female :)
The veg phase will definitely take another 2 to 3 weeks before I switch the light.

VenomGrows So a new week begins!
I increased the LED distance to 50 cm because I have yellow tips on some leaves. Maybe this will help a bit.
Pre-flowers are slowly becoming visible, but I can't identify them 100% yet. Hopefully, they will all be female.
Day 47: Watered with compost tea, about 1.5 liters.
So they are growing well now, and Day 52 will probably be the first flowering day.
VPD has now been increased to 0.9 to 1.1 kPa because the soil is very nutrient-rich.
So the 7th week of veg is over.
Today there was another top dressing with
Organic Melted Barley
Kick Flip Bloom
Great White Granular 1
IMO 4
Worked everything into the top layer and watered with about 600 ml.
There are 2 days of veg left, and then it's off to flowering. 💚💜

VenomGrows Tag 50: everything looks great, tomorrow one last time 18/6 then it's on to 12/12
Day 1 Flowering: looks good so far, but I need to improve my watering habits in the future. Currently at 70 mbar, it's a bit too moist.
@VenomGrows, I'm wondering the same thing. The better the photos, the better they'll be uploaded, I feel. I think for really good pictures you need a DSLR camera; it's tricky with a phone under the LED light.
@VenomGrows, If you have an iPhone, you can try different changes in Settings under Macro - Photos to see if it gets better. I'm satisfied and get good photos. You need to turn off RAW when taking photos.
Very nice. After a week, you would have clearly seen if the soil is too "hot." Is this your first grow with THCTitans genetics?? Merry Christmas, Growmie, and all the best with your babies!
@Stony_German, I'm just wondering how long I should keep the vegetative phase. It's my first grow in the new setup. I want to top once and then make good use of the space.
@VenomGrows, I never go into flowering before the female characteristics show (usually after 4 or 5 weeks). Only then have they stored enough sugar and are ready for reproduction. It also keeps the stretch lower and therefore more controllable.
@VenomGrows, I'm rooting for the ladies to give the AzulRosa another solid boost 💪🏽 How long are you going to let the ladies grow before you send them into flowering?
🌿😍 Beautiful plants and great attention to detail! Respect for the consistency 👊🔥 Wishing you a heavy harvest! Also, I post grow videos on YouTube—support is always appreciated 💚📺
