DaveJohnson Week 4 of Veg is going pretty good. Gorilla Z #1- the strongest plant so far. The growth has been going well however I did have some yellowing leaves at the bottom and the top leaves starting to get the lime green/pale color. I ended up defoliating the lower leaves and gave her a feeding of the general hydroponic trio (micro, grow, and bloom) and Cal Mag. 1/2 tsp of each nute for the feeding. Shes starting to transition to pre-flower. Gorilla Z #2-veg is in full swing. I gave her the same nute as the other plants. Hopefully, we don’t have any yellowing of leaves for the upcoming week. Heisenberg- plant is looking good so far. Better than the last run of this strain. My last run I topped the plant early on but I felt like that stunted her growth. This time I just let her veg out. However I did notice some spots on a couple of leaves. I’m hoping the nute mix with cal mag helps alleviate that issue Switched the light schedule to 20/4

Here's how each lady is progressing: Gorilla Z #1 - Leading the Charge into Pre-Flower She's officially transitioning! Over the past two weeks, Gorilla Z #1 has been showing those telltale pre-flower signs. Last week's strategic defoliation and light lollipopping have set her up beautifully for what's coming next. Feeding Schedule: First watering: 10 cups plain water, pH 6.5 Second watering: Full strength nutrients 1 tsp General Hydroponics Trio 1/2 tsp Cal-Mag 1/2 tsp Liquid Kool Bloom (getting her ready for flower!) pH adjusted to 6.8 The slightly higher pH on the nutrient feed helps with calcium and magnesium uptake during this critical transition phase. Heisenberg - Vegetative Powerhouse This girl responded beautifully to last week's light defoliation—the growth has been explosive! She's still in late veg, building that structure we'll need for heavy bud production. Feeding Schedule: Friday: 8 cups plain water, pH 6.5 Monday: 8 cups nutrient solution 1/2 tsp General Hydroponics Trio 1/2 tsp Cal-Mag pH 6.5 The lighter nutrient concentration is keeping her growing strong without pushing her into flower before she's ready. Gorilla Z #2 - Catching Up Fast Also in late veg, and just like Heisenberg, she's put on impressive growth following her defoliation. These autoflowers really respond well to strategic pruning! Feeding Schedule: Monday only: 8 cups nutrient solution 1/2 tsp General Hydroponics Trio 1/2 tsp Cal-Mag pH 6.5 She didn't need watering as frequently this week—always good to let the soil dry out between waterings for optimal root development.
