Not saying to blast your eyes with UV. But someone who is unaware of this can lead to a "sensational "hijacking of the dopamine receptors. @Comfrey, das ist ja das Problem oder eher gesagt die Ursache mein Fuß ist hart geschädigt zustand nach Arthrose, Versteifung und sowas daher ist das leider nicht möglich mit langen Spaziergängen. Anpassungsstörung nennt sich sowas, kannte ich vorher auch noch nicht ^^
