This week the impact of running out of water has been seen. A few leaves have curled up and died. I think also the light was a bit close, so have raised that. To stress the plant less, I changed the light schedule from 6/2 to 12/12. Will revert to 6/2 in a week or so, after she's recovered. It's my first grow after all, so go easy on me!

I have uploaded a few more pictures - getting worries as the yellowing is continuing. Any ideas? pH was 5.6 on Saturday when I first mixed the nutes), and then with the air stone has come up to 6.5 or so. I've added a small amount of pH down to temper this back down.

Hey there morpheus you have cal mag deficiency , you need to add cal mag to you feed and as a spray , double or triple your micro in the feed and or use it as a spray 3ml/L once every couple of days around sun down, the problem should stop spreading and the plants should recover within 10 days. Hope this helps ! 🚀

Adding to my question: pH was 5.6 on Saturday when I first mixed the nutes), and then with the air stone has come up to 6.5 or so. I've added a small amount of pH down to temper this back down. For Magnesium, I'm using floraBloom (3% magnesium). Light is now approx 1m above the plants,... So I don't think it's pH, mag deficiency or light burn. Any ideas?

Dwc can be a pretty temperamental way to grow. The water has to be kept cool and pH is hard to maintain. General hydroponics maxi nutrients are the most stable nutrients I have found. I really think you have a combination of light burn and pH issues on her. I use ladybugs to deal with pests. They clean out aphids and mites pretty fast. Hope you can get it turned around. Good luck!

hey there morpheus , hope I answered your question you have classic magnesium deficiency symptoms , your healthy plant probably just stretched too fast for its own good. Anything else you need just let me know ! 👊

You are using a lot of magnesium and I don't see any calcium in your feed schedule. Magnesium will lockout calcium if you use too much. Calcium helps deal with heat stress. I would say light burn. This is a great reference with some pics that look like your plant. Good luck and happy growing!🍀💪 https://www.growweedeasy.com/cannabis-light-burn

@Mr_Weeds_Autos, Thanks! Actually experiencing what appears to be a brown algae bloom,w which is a pain. Probably a result of sprouting in a transparent glass jar. hufff. Everything now in a blacked out bucket with a black lightproof cloth over it, and adding bennies daily. Fingers crossed as the bloom has caused the pH to skyrocket (8+). Moved from my usual organic lemon to a more potent commercial pH down

Hey there my fellow farmer! Im sorry to hear about your hardships. Lots of great advice coming from the community. However, before you do anything further, this grow or when fixing future grows, perform what is called a slurry-test of your soil. There are exactly one million videos online to show you how to do it. But it is simply finding the PPM and the PH of your soil, this will give you a very good idea of what your problem is. And for the mites, I always run beneficial predatory insects to eat up all the bad bugs. Problem solved. No chemicals at all. It may not be to late to fix the problem and then go back to veg light hours and filling her out again if you act quick. I imagine growth has been slowed down so you may have time.

Thanks for the responses :) Have now added 5ml of calmag (10l reservoir). Giving it an hour to mix, then I'll rebuffer the pH. Fingers crossed!
