Purrple_Haze Fresh Start in a New Space ๐ŸŒฑโœจ | Auto Mimosa by MSNL Seeds A brand-new diary begins โ€” and this one comes with a fresh setup and exciting genetics. Iโ€™m starting an Auto Mimosa by MSNL Seeds, grown from contest seeds won via GrowDiaries. I received seeds, and both are part of this new chapter. A clean slate, a new environment, and a lot of curiosity about how this cultivar will express itself. This run also marks the start of a new tent setup, giving the plants their own dedicated space to shine: ๐Ÿ”ธ Tent size: 60 ร— 60 ร— 180 cm ๐Ÿ”ธ Genetics: Auto Mimosa โ€“ MSNL Seeds ๐Ÿ”ธ Grow style: Fully documented from day one, Growlapse The seeds have been started carefully, and Iโ€™m looking forward to seeing how quickly they crack and establish themselves. Auto Mimosa is known for its vibrant character and uplifting profile, so expectations are naturally high โ€” but as always, Iโ€™ll let the plant do the talking. ๐ŸŒฟ With a fresh setup and proven genetics, this diary will follow the full journey step by step, from germination to harvest. Iโ€™m excited to dial everything in and see what these autos are capable of in this environment. Stay tuned โ€” this one is just getting started ๐Ÿš€๐ŸŒฑ

Purrple_Haze Ups & Downs in the First Days ๐ŸŒฑ๐ŸŽข | Auto Mimosa โ€“ MSNL Seeds The last 12 days have definitely been a bit of a rollercoaster โ€” one of those phases that reminds you that not every run starts perfectly, even with good genetics and preparation. After germination, one seed simply refused to take off once in the pot. No progress, no recovery signs โ€” so I made the call to remove it. Instead of forcing the situation, I decided to send two fresh seeds into germination. One of them has already rewarded that decision and is now proudly showing her first true leaves ๐ŸŒฟ The second one still gets another two days of patience. If thereโ€™s no sign of life by then, Iโ€™ll continue the run with two plants to avoid major height differences later on โ€” keeping the canopy even is key in this tent. On the equipment side, there was a very welcome upgrade this week: ๐Ÿ”ธ Mars Hydro 5L humidifier joined the setup ๐Ÿ”ธ Already proven in a previous run with excellent results ๐Ÿ”ธ Allows precise humidity control ๐Ÿ”ธ VPD now dialed in nicely between 1.0โ€“1.1 Having proper VPD control at this early stage makes a huge difference, especially for seedlings finding their rhythm. The environment is now stable, calm, and exactly where I want it to be โ€” which should help the remaining Mimosa girls settle in and push forward with confidence. Not the smoothest start, but thatโ€™s part of the journey. The important thing is adapting early and keeping conditions on point. From here on, Iโ€™m optimistic things will level out nicely ๐ŸŒฑโœจ

Purrple_Haze Finding Her Rhythm ๐ŸŠ๐ŸŒฟ This week really felt like a turning point for my Mimosa Auto. After a slightly bumpy start, sheโ€™s now settled in beautifully and has put on some impressive growth. Once the environment was dialed in, she wasted no time showing what sheโ€™s capable of. Early on, I noticed a bit of stress caused by fluctuating humidity, but that issue is officially off the table now. Since introducing the Mars Hydro humidifier, conditions have been rock solid, holding around 70% RH and keeping the VPD nicely in the 1.0โ€“1.3 range. The difference is very noticeable โ€” happier leaves, faster growth, and a much more relaxed plant overall. This run, Iโ€™ve decided to skip topping completely and focus purely on Low Stress Training. Gentle bends and adjustments have already helped open her up, and sheโ€™s responding exactly how I hoped: more light exposure, better airflow, and a clean, balanced structure without slowing her momentum. ๐ŸŒž Feeding-wise, I also tried something new this time: ๐Ÿ”ธ Watered with Green Power by S&R Organics ๐Ÿ”ธ A complete organic fertilizer containing nutrients, microorganisms, and mycorrhiza ๐Ÿ”ธ Recommended by my local grow shop โ€” and so far, Iโ€™m really liking how she reacts to it ๐Ÿ”ธ VPD around 1,0-1,3 The plant looks vigorous, healthy, and full of energy. Leaf color is on point, growth is steady, and the overall structure is coming together nicely without any need for heavy intervention. All in all, Iโ€™m very happy with how Mimosa Auto is developing right now. The early hurdles turned into a good reminder of how crucial environment is โ€” once thatโ€™s right, everything else falls into place. Really excited to see how she continues to evolve over the next stretch ๐Ÿƒโœจ

Purrple_Haze First Signs of Bloom ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŠ Things are getting exciting with my Auto Mimosa from MSNL Seeds โ€” she has officially entered preflower about two days ago, and the first delicate pistils are now clearly visible. Iโ€™ve added a few close-up shots to this update because those early flower signs never get old. ๐ŸŒผโœจ Sheโ€™s been developing beautifully overall, with a healthy structure and strong momentum going into this next phase. To improve light distribution and keep her canopy open, I applied some gentle LST, which she accepted without any signs of stress. The plant continues to look balanced and happy. ๐ŸŒž๐ŸŒฟ Environmental conditions are right where I want them: ๐Ÿ”ธ VPD stable around 1.1, providing a smooth transition into bloom ๐Ÿ”ธ Fed with S&R Organics Green Power, a complete organic fertilizer containing nutrients, microorganisms, and mycorrhiza So far, sheโ€™s responding very well to the feeding and environment, and the transition into flowering looks clean and promising. Iโ€™m really curious to see how she stretches and expresses herself over the next days now that bloom hormones are kicking in. Preflower has officially begun โ€” let the Mimosa show her colors. ๐ŸŠโœจ

Purrple_Haze A Gentle Transition into Bloom ๐ŸŠ๐ŸŒธ And so, the journey with my Auto Mimosa from MSNL Seeds reaches an exciting new chapter. Week 5 marks the first official week of flowering, and the transition couldnโ€™t have gone much smoother. Over the last days, sheโ€™s clearly shifted her energy โ€” vertical growth has slowed, while the focus is now moving toward flower development. Those early bloom vibes are definitely in the air. โœจ Sheโ€™s carrying herself beautifully at this stage: healthy, balanced, and calm. The structure she built during veg now really pays off, giving her a solid base to stack flowers on in the coming weeks. Thereโ€™s something very satisfying about watching an auto glide into bloom without stress or hesitation โ€” and Mimosa is doing exactly that. ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ’š Environmental control has been spot on throughout the week. With the VPD holding steady at 1.1, sheโ€™s been transpiring perfectly and showing no signs of discomfort. Leaf posture and color tell me sheโ€™s exactly where she wants to be, which is always the best confirmation you can get as a grower. For nutrition, I stayed consistent and kept things simple, trusting the organic approach: ๐ŸŒฑ Feeding & Care ๐Ÿ”ธ Green Power 5-in-1 by S&R Organics ๐Ÿ”ธ Dechlorinated tap water ๐Ÿ”ธ VPD: 1.1 The Green Power continues to do a great job, providing a well-rounded supply of nutrients along with beneficial microorganisms and mycorrhiza โ€” ideal for this sensitive transition phase. No signs of deficiency, no excess, just steady and healthy progress. ๐ŸŒฑ All in all, this first bloom week feels like a strong foundation for whatโ€™s to come. If she keeps this pace and balance, Iโ€™m expecting a very enjoyable flowering phase ahead. The calm before the aromatic storm, you could say. ๐ŸŠโœจ Onward into bloom โ€” letโ€™s see what Mimosa has in store. ๐ŸŒธ
