Hey, could you please tell me what intensity you have set for the light during the first weeks of vegetation when you're shining that Spider 300W from about 30cm away? Thanks a lot :)

@Bort_, I was at 60 but now I'm at 100 percent. The second grow has been at 100 from the start, but not 30cm. I adjusted the height in the first week just to make sure the first one in flowering gets as much light as possible.

@Bort_, otherwise on SF there’s a direct recommendation for distance and intensity for that light from the manufacturer for all stages of growth.
