Good plan! Don't expect an individual phenotype and variable hybrid plant to act precisely according to a schedule made by a human mind (which is only a generalized guess from a questionable source of information.)
7-10 days for max THC and full head high effect since that is what you are looking for it seems.
Generically, once there are 98-99% brown pistils/hairs, you will be entering the harvest zone.
As of now, I would be stopping all fertilizers and supplements and just giving plain water until harvest time.
