1st nft run

Homegrown420 All is well. I had a hard time finding the nft spreader mat but finally found it on Amazon. I also rearranged the fan on the light hood so it was sucking the hot air out.

Homegrown420 More roots more leafs. Im just gonna let them air prune another week 4 now.😊🐢 I added some armor si and floralicous plus to their feed. The roots are also through the small spreader mat and I dipped them all in their feed solution and layed out the mat and their off.

Homegrown420 Something is eating my ladies. I have combed over them and see nothing. Im not sure if this is something the naked eye can 👀 or not. But the leaves r chewed ☝️ good. Other then that the spreader mat is down and the roots r slowly coming along. Im watching it and letting them dry almost up between floods.

Homegrown420 This week was pretty darn good. Whatever was eating them has stopped. I sprayed them with AzaMax GH it seemed to work. There was also some type of deficiency early on and I started with a little extra cal mag. Im thinking maybe i didnt soak the rockwool enough and ph them right from the start which I did do these things just not enough. Maybe a lime problem idk.??. Other then that these ladys r gettin it done. Im only plugging the pump in as needed still. Will mix new nutes up soon its been 7 days very stable still. Ph 6.1 started out at 5.8 only added a little water becuz of evaporation.

Homegrown420 Everything seems to be moving right along. Still only flooding in small amounts. Lots of topping I dont have head room for them due to tray sitting 3 1/2 ft off the floor.

Homegrown420 This is my first-ever scrog attempt well this is actually a first of alot of things lol. Im pretty sure i should've let these baby's air prune more b4 i put them on the spreader mat ➕ this is a ebb and flow tray so i had to pull out the drain in order to lesson the amount of water/nutes . Im gonna do a res change tomorrow and start the transition feed tomorrow.

Homegrown420 Well they seem happy. Im not sure about the root growth tho im not happy im using a ebb and flow tray for the nft technique and its not working/dialed in pehaps. We shall see.

Homegrown420 I defoliated below the scrog and plucked some fan leaves below the third nodes. Their showing some deficiency im not sure what. Ive kept the ph between 5.8 and 6.2. 😥😥. Trial and error. Besides that their stretch was perfect for my setup.

Homegrown420 The lady's seem to be moving right along. The roots r making a comeback due to the fact that i lowered the drain on the tray all the way so the nutrients only run throughout the channels. They have/had a N deficiency. I am staying on top of the ph5.8 and continuing on with regular feed schedule. I also turned up the light to 1000 watts. They seem to be happy

Homegrown420 Things could be looking better im sure my mistakes are gonna effect the yield of course or I could be wrong and their gonna get bigger lol. The dehumidifier is running now too which is also making usable h2o.

Homegrown420 We shall 👀! The leaves are turned a dark blackish color im not sure if this is toxicity of cal mag or not but im giving just ph water for a couple of days.

Homegrown420 I made some big mistakes but thats ok this is my second grow and still got lots of learning. I stopped giving the floranova bloom its got to much N in it. Im just gonna ride it out without the base nutes the rest of the way. Some look toxic and some look like there ready dieing off. The 1 plant looks ready and not sure what to do because they are all gonna need flushed. nft might not be for me . Im liking the coco coir tho and flood and drain in grow bags.

Homegrown420 Getting closer! This was a bit difficult for me these plants all seemed as if they wanted feed different than one another. Im gonna run the coir next grow just saying if im running the nft things would be easier imo if they were cloned.💪😁🌲🌲💯😜

Homegrown420 I started the cold to early and the color change of the leaves turning dark green and black on some of the ladys made me think it was a N toxicity so i took away the floranova bloom bcuz it has high N in it BUT the plants were starving still im thinking. Trial and error kinda like tuning in an old 📻. The bud still is mega frosty and super dense and the room is smelling funky. 😜🌲🌲💪💯

Homegrown420 This was a great strain to grow. I made some mistakes along the way like initiating the cold to early and starved the lady's by mistake because some of the phenos turned real dark blackish green and thought they had N toxicity but i was wrong. All in all i git an average of 3 0z per plant maybe more im still drying and curing which is day 6 now at 68-70* and 50% rh. I will update final weight soon. I also recommend this strain and most of all ILGM.🌲🌲💯
