broccoleee - Veg is going well, they've been in the bed for about 3 days now and they seem to like it so far. - Temperature is at 23°C with light and 19°C without, 2-3 degrees more in veg would be cool but what can you do, it's winter after all. - VPD set to 0.9. - Light is just under 300 ppfd, I've already set the lamp to level 4 and hung it a bit higher, so it's getting a bit warmer in the tent.

broccoleee - Overall, everything went well this week, they've grown nicely - VPD set to 1.0, otherwise the values are like last week - The plant on the left is lagging a bit, but has caught up well in the last few days - Cover crop trimmed

broccoleee - the first 5-finger leaf 🎉 - Values are actually stable like last week and will stay that way until flowering is initiated - Pheno on the left is definitely more delicate but let's see how it develops - This weekend there was some Alfa Boost via foliar feeding - Topped at the 5th node

broccoleee - not much new besides growth, - this weekend there was Alfa Boost again via leaf feeding, - Bokashi + IMO4 incorporated into the bed as top dressing to enhance the microbial life a bit, - still need to wait a little until the shoots are a bit longer to start the training, - the first 5-finger leaves of both plants have slight rust spots, we'll see but I don't think it will get worse.

broccoleee - Today switched to 12/12, I have enough shoots and I need to watch out for the stretch anyway. - Light set to just over 700 ppfd for now and raised VPD to 1.3, temperature was around 25-26 °C. - Training is in full swing with clips, ground nails, and the SCROG net is slowly coming into play. - most of the large fan leaves had to give way to the shoots, it looks nice but it also covers half the plant.

broccoleee - starting in the 2nd week of flowering - Stretch is slowly starting and will be caught in the net for now - Parameters are otherwise the same as last week - there's Alfa Boost again as a foliar spray this week

broccoleee - Flowering week 3 - VPD raised to 1.4 and light set to about 850 ppfd - Shoots are still being spaced out but it looks pretty good already - This weekend I'll be lollipopping, I've already taken some off here and there

broccoleee - Flowering week 4 - Over the weekend, I did a little trimming, lollipopping was on the agenda - VPD is currently around 1.2 since I can't get much higher due to the weather, a dehumidifier isn't worth it yet - The plant on the left is lagging a bit, maybe it took a break in between - Parameters are otherwise the same as before

broccoleee - Blossom week 5 - was not home for a week now, couldn't ventilate etc. and VPD was constantly at 0.7 without light and about 0.9 with light at 21 degrees with light or so, because the heating was only turned up a little, but it is getting better again now 😁 - just briefly removed fan leaves and cut a shoot to get a bit more air between the buds, should fit like this and can still correct it - I think I haven't mentioned yet that I have an oscillating fan again, I got the Cloudray S6 from AC Infinity because I can also control it with the app - Stretch is slowly coming to an end and otherwise the girls look really strong and healthy

broccoleee - Beginning of flowering week 6 - I removed fan leaves again

broccoleee - Flowering week 7 - I'm not getting the VPD much higher than 1.2 with the light, but I won't set up a dehumidifier just yet; they don't seem to mind and look healthy and lively. - The light is still around 850-900 ppfd and the temperature isn't getting much better than 22-23 °C with the light and about 19-20 degrees without; it's due to the open ventilation flaps that are now drawing in more "cooler" room air, etc. - The smell is also quite noticeable now; the left one smells more like Super Lemon Haze to me for some reason, but it's hard to describe, and the right one is currently a bit fruitier.

broccoleee - Flowering week 8 - You can definitely tell by the smell and also a bit by the buds (at least I think so) that there are 2 different phenos - Parameters are the same as last time - I'll start checking the trichomes slowly from next week

broccoleee - Flowering week 9 - I’ll check the trichomes in a few days, but they’re probably still 2 weeks away - I took more pictures today, now you can take a closer look at the 2 phenotypes - Parameters are otherwise the same as before

broccoleee - Beginning bloom week 10 - beautiful autumn view, I even removed a few leaves already - wanted to harvest on the weekend but thought the trichomes were already a bit riper, I will check again on Saturday and decide spontaneously. - buds from the pheno on the right are pushing out slight foxtails

broccoleee - Flowering week 11 - harvested yesterday, wanted to leave a bit after checking the last one because there were still a lot of clear trichomes, the effect is now perfect for me (tested in the vaporizer) - The smell has pretty much stayed the same as before, but during the harvest, it really stank of Haze and Tangie/citrus from that one pheno, the other one is a bit lighter in the Haze and citrus note but I would say a bit more herbal/fruity, but still tasty Can't add another week, so I'm just updating like this: - Everything is now dry and curing - Unfortunately, I have to say goodbye to a full, possibly too full (almost a complete pheno) Dryfermbag due to mold, but we can only keep 50g anyway, so it's not a big deal 😂 -- but I'm probably 100% to blame because I acted carelessly since I've never had mold in the bud -- it was necessary (I opened that one bag several times and touched the buds, dried in the same tent where the bed is, and the fan was running lightly, so spores from the bed could spread nicely, and after two weeks without weighing, I just put everything in to cure -- it might have been a bit too early and still slightly too moist in parts because I also left the buds relatively large, which could definitely be a mistake) - The rest (I actually prefer the remaining pheno :D) is super dry, and after a week of curing, I can say I'm really impressed... it already tastes great and slightly of Tangie/citrus with a Haze note. - I've also looked at all the buds quite closely or check them again before smoking with a magnifying glass/microscope, but the remaining ones are safe, luckily, I don't think anything will happen to them anymore.
