Franci5 My apologies, I didn't take any pictures of the rootlet peeking out, but trust me, hahaha.😅

Franci5 In the third week, fertilizers are added, and the plants are lightly pruned to encourage diagonal growth. I also tuck the leaves to allow light to penetrate, and transfer the plants to the growing bed.😋

Franci5 Despite the problem with my humidifier stopping working, the genetics adapted well to these conditions; only one of the plants showed signs of stress which were corrected in the new growth, I don't have the money for a new one, so I'm going to continue growing it this way. I hope everything turns out alright.

Franci5 At this point, it seems like I'm growing bonsai trees, hahaha, but I want to make the most of the available growing space and have them grow with multiple main branches

Franci5 I consider the objective of each side branch receiving direct light to be a success because the LST has performed incredibly well. There are currently 28 "main branches," and I want to draw attention to this genetic's ability to branch, it can actually develop additional plants from a single seed.😍😍

Franci5 I finally changed the photoperiod, and I'm very happy with how everything has gone. The last flush watering worked well to get the plant back to a fresh start with the flowering fertilizers.

Franci5 It's been a long time since I updated it, (three days longer than expected), but “technically” it's the second week since it was changed to 12/12 (05/02/2026). The stretch is noticeable, but with the techniques applied, it remained very much in check. I stood firm on not having very tall branches, but rather ones distributed throughout the net. Today it already has a structure that I like so that it can grow vertically with less support or training on my part. Depending on how I see them, I will do the first defoliation a little more aggressively, cutting low buds that will produce practically nothing. Today, 02/18/2026, is day 14 of the light change. Do it in the final stretch, around day 21-22, when vertical growth is slowing down but before the buds start to fatten significantly (which usually happens from week 4-5).
I had a problem this week with the first watering (I'm an idiot) and while I was trying to adjust the fertilizer doses, I completely forgot to measure the pH. Four days later, I watered again, this time with a pH adjusted to 5.8, which is a little lower than I usually water, to force a slight drop (I calculated that the solution had ended up at around 7.4 that day). I watered more quickly to force some drainage, and it all ended up being a close call. That's why some leaves are a little paler green than the others. I associated it with a small nutrient blockage, but with the adjustment that was made, there was no further problem.

Franci5 This week everything was pretty normal. I increased the light intensity a little without necessarily lowering the LED. The plants have adapted very well and have a very good structure. I'm very happy with how everything has gone. They need watering more constantly, but I keep an eye on the weight of the mesh under the growing bed so that it doesn't dry out too much. With the care I've given them, the three plants have shown that they have a very high production capacity. Let's see how I do, haha 😅😅

Franci5 This week I spent my time lollipopping, removing small buds that weren't going to be very productive and that the light wasn't penetrating very well. Watering has become every 2-3 days in the 100L bed. Lower leaves are starting to yellow and die, redirecting energy to the main colas. I am watering with 1.18 EC and I am thinking of increasing it a little more. They are demanding too much food. They do not seem stressed by salt concentrations of any kind. I am very happy with how everything has gone. This week of bud bulking, I hope to see everything more full of resin and denser.

Franci5 This is incredible, the buds are getting bigger every day, they are filling up with resin and literally smell like mango peel. I notice some fresh hints of mint, but the mango smell cannot be hidden. Perhaps in the future, the aromas described for this variety will develop. Pruning the lower branches helped the main buds a lot. 😎😎😎

Franci5 I've been busy with my personal life this week, so I haven't been able to update the journal as I should have. I'm two days behind, but I'll catch up in four days. Still, this week was incredible—the smell, the density, the size.
They're frosty as hell; the smell isn't quite as fresh anymore, and more intense, distinct notes are starting to come through that I still can't quite make out yet. 👻👻👻

Franci5 It’s been four days now, and I’m finally caught up with the journal. If you could smell and feel the buds, they’re hard as a rock and fragrant, they aren’t the “biggest” ones, but they feel very dense and heavy; they don’t feel fluffy at all when you touch them. The scent is now more pronounced, with chocolate notes and a delicious fruity and herbal undertone of mango, like red berries and mint. One of the phenotypes, in particular, still has a very strong mango scent. Two had a more compact structure, and one developed longer, slightly thinner flowers. They’re absolutely covered in trichomes, and the frost looks spectacular under a flashlight. The leaves are already showing signs of senescence, and over the next two weeks I’ll be keeping a close eye on the color of the trichomes. According to the seed bank, I’m now about 15 days away from harvest. I’m really excited and truly happy with how the grow went, especially given the difficulty I faced since I’d never grown in a grow bed before
@paradiseseeds, Helloo!, you have some great genetics. I just discovered this website, but your genetics are my favorites. Any recommendations for my next grow? Preferably with high resistance to low humidity. I love you guys! 😁
@Franci5
, Hello 😊 Thank you so much, we greatly appreciate your kind words 💚
I'm sure we have some recommendations for you, The Mendocino Skunk & The L.A. Amnesia both thrives in warm, sunny conditions with low humidity. 🌱
