Hawii_ReLoaded 📆 Week 1 - Day 4 Current Conditions: PPFD: 250-280 (SANlight Stixx @60%) VPD: 0.6-0.7 (Offset 0 degrees C) Hey Growmies 🤘 All seedlings successfully sprouted. Will start counting the days on this diary once all have broken through the soil surface. Chemfernos germinated after 48 hours. Ocean Toxins took a day longer. So the both Chems are one day ahead. Took another 24 hours after transplant until all of them have broken through the soil surface. Used a humidity dome for the first two days to keep the humidity high. Also the lights were on for 24 hours that the seedlings immediately receive light. Tried this time another new seedling soil recipe. Living Soil Light version 😊 Seedling soil: 65% BioBizz Light Mix 20% Wormcastings 5% Premium Compost 7.5% Perlite 2.5% Biochar Added to the total soil volume of 6 liters: Basalt, Gypsum, Spirulina, Malted Barley and Kelp meal (1- teaspoon of each amendment) The kelp and spirulina should support with the root development as there are a lot of growth hormones contained. Watered in with 5% of total soil volume with filtered and dechlorinated tap water. No PH adjustment. This activates the soil microbes and the soil gets alive🤘 Prepared pots were sitting for almost 10 days at room temperature before the sprouted seeds were transplanted. Sprinkled Rootwise Complete around each seed during the transplant. All looking good except a single Ocean Toxin. She has three seed leaves which is a sign for a mutation. It’s a very rare mutation and maybe this will turn into a normal growth behavior. However will still keep her around but likely will choose the other Ocean Toxin for this grow. I’m happy that I‘ve germinated another seed for not running into such a conflict what came up now. Once dry to the touch, I’m watering in small doses (50ml) that the roots actively searching for moisture and without the risk of overwatering the medium. Specially in this stage it’s a high potential risk and slowing down the growth. Stay tuned on the next update and keep growing💚🤘

Hawii_ReLoaded 📆 Week 2 - Day 11 Current Conditions: PPFD: 250-280 (SANlight Stixx @60%) VPD: 0.7-0.8 (Offset 0 degrees C) DLI: 18 Hey Growmies 👋 The little girls looking great and developing pretty vigorously. The both Chemfernos are one day ahead and are slightly bigger than Ocean Toxins. Chems showing some typical Indica leaves structure which I really like. The OT mutant also has some bigger leaves, but I‘ve decided to remove this plant due to her leaf mutation. The other Ocean Toxin looks like more hybrid, which provides hopefully more variety to the tent😁💪 Not yet sure which of the both Chemfernos I will keep around. However one plant will be gifted to a friend 😉 Still watering in small doses (75ml) to avoid the risk of overwatering the medium. They really like this small doses and not stopping their growth. Once per week soil drenched some goodies with coconut water powder, FPE Comfrey and Horsetail, Aloe vera powder, Rootwise Complete and Enzymes. Watered in with some wetting agent to spread the moisture evenly throughout the soil 🍀 Following short details on the both genetics: Ocean Toxin (Chem D x Ocean Fruit) • Terps: Rotten, Chemical, Gas, Mixed Fruit • Flowering: 63-68 Days • Vibe: The classic rancid Chem D funk melded with the tropical, gas, and berry notes of Ocean Fruit. A fruitier kind of foul Chemferno (Chem D x Banana Butter Cups (BBC)) • Terps: Diesel, Rotten Funk, Gas, Burnt Rubber • Flowering: 63-65 Days Expected Phenotypes: Two main expressions 1. Chem-Forward Phenos - Pungent diesel, burnt rubber, and that classic Chem D funk with a sour, rotten edge 2. Banana-Forward Phenos - Skunky, woody, chocolatey notes from BBC layered with gassy, chemical undertones I’m excited and probably moving the plants to the bigger tent by next week. In the meantime cleaning the tent and changing the activated carbon filter. Also will prepare the both 75 liters (20gal) living soil containers for their second cycle and sow some new cover crops seeds. As there are still a lot of nutrients in the mulch layer and the containers left will probably just do a topdressing prior before flipping to flower. Stay tuned on the next update and keep growing💚🤘

Hawii_ReLoaded 📆 Week 3 - Day 18 Current Conditions: PPFD: 300-340 (SANlight EVO 4-120 @40%) VPD: 1.2 (Offset 0 degrees C) DLI: 22 Hey Guys 👋 The little girls moved to their final home the 75 liters (20gal) living soil pots. It’s the second cycle in this containers. The roots were looking very healthy and almost filled mainly the small pots. Transplanted them not in the center as there were still the stems of the last plants. Want to disturb the soil life as less as possible therefore I didn’t remove the former stems. Have chosen Chemferno #2 for this run. She showed a pretty vigorously and compact growth. The big leaves indicated a more Indica leaning phenotyp, which I really like and provides some variety to this run as well 😊 Sprinkled some Rootwise Complete around the transplant hole. This will help the plant to reduce their transplant shock 😎🤘 If you’re interested in my living soil recipe, check out one of my last grows Last Dance or Apples & Cherries. On this reports I’ve documented the entire procedure. Decided not to topdress any more nutrients as there are still a lot nutrients contained in the containers, as well in the mulch layer. Planning a topdressing prior before flipping to flower. The plants looking healthy. There will be a explosive growth once they have established a strong root system in the new container. Hawii_ReLoaded 📆 Week 4 - Day 25 Current Conditions: PPFD: 360 (SANlight EVO 4-120 @40%) VPD: 1.2 (Offset 0 degrees C) DLI: 24 Hello Growmies 👋 They have recovered from the transplant stress. The time you safe germinating them in the small pots you could loose later if something goes wrong during transplant. Chem looks great, but Ocean Toxin still struggling. Still takes some time for the roots to spread out to the big container. Ready for takeoff 😁💪 But it’s also good that they are no aggressively jumping up in size to keep the growth under control. Both received some daily LST. Keeping the bigger leaves on and bend down until the plants are stronger. Topping by next week 💪 Maybe the big swing in temperature and humidity caused some issues, but we just lost a few days…what to do😊👌 Distance to the lights was lowered and the lights intensity increased by approx. 10%. Planning to level up every few days🤘 Take care and keep on growing the best plant in the world 💚

Hawii_ReLoaded 📆 Week 5 - Day 32 Current Conditions: PPFD: 450 (SANlight EVO 4-120 @40%) VPD: 1.2 (Offset 0 degrees C) DLI: 26 Heyy Everyone 🤘 Mid week 5 continued with LST to spread the branches wide out to get a even canopy. Both plants looking very healthy, strong and are on the same level. Chemferno was topped, but that didn’t stop her growth. Outstanding performance 💪 Decided not to top Ocean Toxin and instead continue to bend down the main branch. For Chemferno there is not really any training needed, she spreads out by herself and has a very nice bushy structure, which makes it very easy to handle her😁👍 For preventive pest control will use per plant three different species of predator mites. Additionally will sprinkle some Hypoaspis mites on the soil surface within the next week. That will help to keep the fungus gnats population under control and is a great preventive measure in every soil system. Also watering in every few weeks some SF-nematodes. Also slowly reduced the light duration from 18 to 17 hours and since Friday 16 hours of light per day. Planning to flip to 12/12 within the next week. Will do a small defoliation prior before flip. Quite excited what comes up over the next weeks 😊 Getting very interesting stem rubs from both. Chemferno with strong skunky and woody notes. Ocean Toxin is similar with a bit more fruity flavors. That is going to be a great duet of funky odors 🤩 The automatic watering system is working perfectly. Blumat moisture sensor is sitting between 50-110 mBar. Hawii_ReLoaded 📆 Week 6 - Day 39 Current Conditions: PPFD: 500 (SANlight EVO 4-120 @48%) VPD: 1.2 (Offset 0 degrees C) DLI: 29 Hey Guys ✌️ It will be the last day of veg. This week continued with LST to spread the branches wide out to get a even canopy. Installed a trellis net that every single branch gets her space for the upcoming stretch. Defoliation was done 4 days ago. Also cleaned up their legs. Always good to have a few days in between to the switch, that they can recover from the stress. Heavy defoliation with lollipopping will be done in the third week of flower on day 21. For preventive pest control used per plant three different species of predator mites. Additionally sprinkled some Hypoaspis mites on the soil surface. Will start the flowering cycle and flip to 12/12 by tomorrow. Quite excited what comes up over the next weeks 😊 Currently the reading on the Blumat moisture sensor is between 50-90 mBar. During watering the sensor is approx. at 40 mbar, but this will settle after a few hours. A growmie was asking me in a PM if my soil is too wet with Blumat readings around 50-70 mbar. Well the answer to that really depends on the aeration rate contained in the soil mix. With aeration I‘m talking about the percentage of used pumice, rice husks or perlite etc. There is ready to use living soil mixes on the market like Florganics or Couple of Plants which use no or a very low percentage rate in their soils. Therefore it’s recommended to use a higher mbar value of around 100-130 mbar. My living soil mix contains a aeration percentage of 35% with pumice and rice husks. In this way I can keep the moisture level higher without the risk of overwatering. Specifically if the plants are already that big and taking up a lot of water. Hawii_ReLoaded 📆 Week 7 - Day 46 - Day 7 Flower Current Conditions: PPFD: 650 (SANlight EVO 4-120 @60%) VPD: 1.2 (Offset 0 degrees C) DLI: 28 Hey Growmies 🤘✌️ This week a day too late with the update. Took some pictures yesterday, but unfortunately had no time to create the report. However we’re in week 7 and day 7 of flower. They’re in transit to start flowering. There is already some pre-flower pistils showing up🤩 Chemferno is a beast and grows so healthy and strong. Great genetics! But Ocean Toxin is right behind and on the same level. Looks great as well. Both doubled in height in a week since flipping them to 12/12, but I‘ve more than enough space still left so it should be fine. Except both will stretch significantly more during the next two weeks. Up to now they’re stacking in a pretty good way😎👍 Chopped and dropped already some of the cover crops in the front. Remaining will be chopped within the next week and planning to do a topdressing along with a compost mix. Hawii_ReLoaded 📆 Week 8 - Day 53 - Day 14 Flower Current Conditions: PPFD: 700 (SANlight EVO 4-120 @65%) VPD: 1.2-1.3 (Offset 0 degrees C) DLI: 29 Hey everyone and welcome 🤗 The stretch continues and we’re now in week two of flower. There was a significant increase in height over the last week. The canopy is pretty evenly and with early trellising it’s easy to manage the stretch. Both plants looking great and expect they will slow down within the next week. Chemferno stacks very nicely and these seem to be some big buds. Ocean Toxin has some larger internodes, but expect she will also pack some beautiful flowers 🤩😎 First flower approaches and early flower formations are already visible at the tops and she’s right in the hormonal change to get ready for production of some sticky flowers 😁💪 Increased the lights intensity over the last week and lowered the humidity. Unfortunately had no time last week to chop and drop the cover crops and do a topdressing. Planning to cover this by next week. Also end of week 3 there will be a heavy defoliation with lollipopping done. Need to give them more airflow between the single branches and lower the humidity even further. Everything else in on cruise control and hope the stretch will slow down shortly. Stay tuned on the next update 🌱✌️

Hawii_ReLoaded 📆 Week 9 - Day 60 - Day 21 Flower Current Conditions: PPFD: 750 (SANlight EVO 4-120 @70%) VPD: 1.2-1.3 (Offset 0 degrees C) DLI: 32 Hello again 👋 Another week passed and the ladies are in the 3rd week of flower. There was a significant vertical growth within the last week. They have increased their water uptake dramatically, drinking constantly and pushing up to the lights😁💪 Chemferno seems like she will be a frost monster. Already so frosty and it’s only week 3 of flower 💪😁 Odors getting more dominant and intense Chopped and dropped the remaining cover crops and gave them a topdressing with a 1/4 cups of BAS Craft Blend, 2tbs Bokashi, 2tbs malted barley and a compost mix. This compost mix included the following ingredients: - 1 cup premium compost - 4 cups worm castings - 1/2 Tablespoon each: crustacean meal, insect frass, kelp meal, mustard seed meal, biochar, gypsum, basalt, IMO-4 - 1/2 Teaspoon spirulina kelp Watered in with the weekly goodies together with some SF-nematodes. Will now keep the mulch layer moist, to support the decomposing process and make more nutrients available in the mulch layer. After the pictures were taken today started with lollipopping and a heavy defoliation on Chemferno. Will continue tomorrow to get this 21 day of flower work done for both plants. Hawii_ReLoaded 📆 Week 10 - Day 67 - Day 28 Flower Current Conditions: PPFD: 780 (SANlight EVO 4-120 @73%) VPD: 1.3-1.4 (Offset -1 degrees C) DLI: 34 Heey Growmies 👋 Both plants finally finished their stretch phase, Chemferno gained a few more centimeters and now we’re cruising into the full bloom phase. Did a heavy defoliation and lollipopping right after the last update. Chemferno looks very promising and so frosty. Very old school skunky flavors and already very heavy odors. Ocean Toxin there is not really any dominant odors noticeable, but her time will come for sure 😎🤘 FPE (Fermented Plant Extracts) also adjusted now for flower production with pumpkin and banana/kiwi only. Weekly, this FPEs will be soil drenched along with the other goodies as described above 😉 Trellis net was installed to get the single branches into the best position to the lights. It takes quite some time to get this type of trellis net into place, but at the end it’s worth the efforts💪 Lowered the humidity and increased temperature as well the lights intensity a bit more. However we’re not even close to finish and half flowering time is done. Both packing a lot of frost. Chemferno really got her trichome developed from the male Banana Butter Cups. What a freaky frost producer. This trichome development is impressive ❄️ Smells phenomenal and Ocean Toxin has a bit more fruity odors in her profile 😁 The humidity was lowered which results in an higher VPD value. Hawii_ReLoaded 📆 Week 12 - Day 81 - Day 42 Flower Current Conditions: PPFD: 750 (SANlight EVO 4-120 @70%) VPD: 1.5 (Offset -1 degrees C) DLI: 33 Hello Growmies 👋 End of week 6 and the flowers really started bulking up within the last week. Smells fantastic when opening the tent doors. Very pungent, chemical and gassy notes filling the room. Also it goes to a kind of earthy and funky direction 🤩 She‘ve received a flower compost tea few days ago. The complete compost tea (5 liters) included the following ingredients: - 1 cup worm castings - 1/4 cup premium compost - Crustacean meal, insect frass, neem meal, biochar, Azomite, kelp, spirulina, bat guano, epsom salt, gypsum, basalt, IMO-4 - 15g coconut water powder (have chosen this sugar source instead of molasses) The mix bubbled for 30 hours at an average temperature of 23 degrees C. At the end of the brewing process added Rootwise enzymes + bio-phos and the two different FPEs. Every plant received 1.5 liters of this mix. This should provide them some extra boost and benefit for the next few weeks. That pretty much covered the past week. Only water and once per week around 2l (approx. 1/2gal per plant) of the weekly goodies. Such strong gassy and funky odors are in the air 🤩 Chemferno much louder up to now but Ocean has some nice fruity vibe. If I would describe… it goes more into that Ocean Fruit with Purple Punch linage direction. Was gone for 4 days from home and everything with the watering system worked great 😁💪 Will remove a few of the bigger fan leaves to penetrate the lowers with more light. Also will start lowering night- and daytime temperature. As well reducing the lights intensity. That’s pretty much all for today 🤘✌️ Much green love and take care 💚

Hawii_ReLoaded 📆 Week 14 - Day 95 - Day 56 Flower Current Conditions: PPFD: 710 (SANlight EVO 4-120 @65%) VPD: 1.4 (Offset -1 degrees C) DLI: 32 Heyy Growmies 👋 It’s end of week 8 and the end comes closer day by day. When opening the tent door the odors smashing into your face like a chemical bomb. These odors are absolutely incredible 🤩 Chemferno starts to fade and really reminds me on Frozen BAG… pungent smell and insane frost level!! Will start to get a closer look at the trichomes by the upcoming week, but I think Chemferno will need another two weeks and Ocean Toxin maybe even longer. Let’s see 😊 No need to rush as they will get plenty of time to finish😁👍 As it’s pretty dry for spring time at the moment was able to keep humidity perfectly in check without any dehumidifier needed. Hawii_ReLoaded 📆 Week 15 - Day 102 - Day 63 Flower Current Conditions: PPFD: 650 (SANlight EVO 4-120 @60%) VPD: 1.2-1.3 (Offset -1 degrees C) DLI: 28 Heyy Growmies 👋 End of week 9 and this journey comes slowly to an end. The odors are developing great and they became more complex. Chemferno: Pungent, sweet odors with a nice chem twist. Very intense!! Trichomes are turning amber on the tops, but lowers still require some time. Mostly cloudy and a few left which are clear. Ocean Toxin: Fruity and earthy odors with incredible chem funk. Got more complex over the last week. Trichomes are a mix of clear and milky. No amber yet. She will definitively need some more time. As spring finally arrived here in my area, temperatures rising and also the humidity outside. However this requires some measures to keep the humidity under control. Set up a 200W dehumidifier in the lung room. This way can keep the humidity in check and under 55% during day and night times. The device is operating permanently on the lowest setting to keep conditions stable. Prefer that to avoid wave forms of the humidity and temperature. Everything else looks great and they only will get from now onwards once per week a soil drench with coconut water powder. They‘ve also significantly reduced their water uptake, which signals the end comes closer 😁🤘 Will sterilize and prepare the drying tent within the next week. Hawii_ReLoaded 📆 Week 16 - Day 109 - Day 70 Flower Current Conditions: PPFD: 650 (SANlight EVO 4-120 @60%) VPD: 1.3 (Offset -1 degrees C) DLI: 28 Heyy everyone 👋 The end comes close. Changed the lights cycle 10 weeks ago to 12/12. Both plants looking awesome and fall is so present in the middle of spring 😁😅 Getting so colorful and also Ocean Toxins starts to show signs that she wants to finish soon. Her hairs turning orange and her trichomes tending more to the milky side with still some left which are clear. OT buds are so big and super dense. Very good yielder! As I‘m planning to harvest both at the same time will keep them in the tent for another week. Due to lowered temperatures and lights intensity Chemferno’s ripening process slowed down a bit. This way avoid pushing her to hard to get done, so another week will give her that extra time to finish perfectly. Hope Ocean Toxin is a bit similar to Cherry Ocean from last run ripening wise. Took her some time, but at the end the trichomes were changing very fast within a few days. These different genetics are so fascinating 🤩 Removed a few bigger leaves to penetrate the lower flower sites with more light. Everything else is on cruise control. Hawii_ReLoaded 📆 Week 17 - Day 116 - Day 77 Flower Current Conditions: PPFD: 650 (SANlight EVO 4-120 @60%) VPD: 1.4 (Offset -1 degrees C) DLI: 28 Heyy Growmies 👋 It’s time for the last flower update, sadly this journey comes to an end. However decided go give both ladies a few extra days. Planning to chop them in 2-3 days. They’ve arrived at the ripening peak and Chemferno could already have been harvested a few days ago. She shows a good amount of mostly milky and amber trichomes. Few clear ones left. Ocean Toxin also have a good trichomes ratio. Mostly milky and 5-10% clear with single ambers popping up here and there. She is also done😁💪 Odors are incredible. Wild mix of fruity, gassy and chem flavors filling the tent. Got a bit more to the earthy side within the last week. Curious on their profile once the flowers are in the jars. Ocean Toxin really reminds me of Purple Punch with a chem twist. The conditions are perfect at the moment. Very dry environment to push the last reserves out of them💪 Made some minor changes to the Blumat setting to give them a bit more dry back. The digital Blumat sensor indicating values between 70-120 mbar. The drying tent is ready and planning to keep them in the darkness for 24 hours prior to harvest. This way will be able to chop them at their trichomes peak after work but still early in the morning. Planning to dial the temperatures down to 16 degrees C (60 Fahrenheit) and 60% humidity. Most likely will not be able to achieve such a low temperature, but that’s absolutely fine 😁 Next update will follow once drying and curing is completed. Hawii_ReLoaded Overall I’m really happy with this genetics. Unique flavors. The plants had enough time to reach their maximum potential after 80 days of flowering time. Harvested pretty late, but it was worth waiting. Dried them under low temperatures with the 60/60 method for 10 days. After drying trimmed and put the flowers into the glass jars. Landed perfectly in the sweet spot between 59-60% humidity. The flowers are still curing in the Vivosun VCure at a temperature of 15.5 degrees C (60 Fahrenheit). Great product to maintain the quality in storage. For everyone who is interested I‘ve also uploaded a video of my grow gear.
