Volodymyr Unfortunately, I had to leave the little plant unattended for almost 2 weeks. During my absence, the drip irrigation was on, and the pot ended up a bit overwatered. There's also a slight excess of nitrogen, but that's all fixable.

Volodymyr The plant started to feel better, and I topped it, leaving four branches. It’s growing fast, with big leaves. Very bushy structure despite the lamp being quite high. I have to remove excess leaves often. Even now, there's already a light smell of blueberries 🤤

Volodymyr I trimmed the remaining four shoots after the fourth node. That leaves 32 growth points, which I think is more than enough. In a week, when the plant recovers from the stress, I'll switch the lighting to 12/12.

Volodymyr Buds are growing, and everything is covered in trichomes. The smell has become more intense; now the blueberry has taken a backseat, and you can really smell the cookies. I started supplementing with phosphorus and potassium at a minimal dosage. If the plant keeps producing resin at this rate, then the strain can confidently be called "white mamba" instead of black 😁

Volodymyr I'm feeding with fertilizers from Bionova, according to the schedule, and I'm also giving Calmag from Biobiz. The smell is now hard to identify in any way. If I rub a leaf, I first sense woody notes, and then a fruity sweetness comes in. I can already confidently say that this is one of the most pleasant aromas I've ever dealt with.

Volodymyr This week, an unpleasant situation occurred. The heating system in the house broke down, and the plant was in less than ideal conditions for a few days. It slowed down in growth, but everything else is fine. The leaves started to take on purple hues, and the smell became noticeably more intense.

Volodymyr The buds continue to grow, everything is fine. The color is becoming more intense, the flowers really have a black hue, and the fan leaves and stems are more in purple shades. The smell... It's hard to convey🤤 It hasn't gotten stronger, but it's much more complex. If I rub the stem, I first smell blueberries, then it reveals cookies, and in the end, earthy-woody notes remain. All of this evokes thoughts of a strong indica effect😏 I'm sure that's how it will be.

Volodymyr The plant continues to gain color and aroma, but the trichomes are already starting to cloud. I’ll try to hold off for another 2-3 weeks before harvest, as I'm more attracted to the sedative effect, and I'm curious how the aroma will develop in the vaporizer. The only problem is the humidity. It's constantly high😅. But I hope the weather will become drier and warmer, then I’ll be able to avoid mold issues 🤞.

Black Mamba #42 Doctor's Choice

Today I harvested The trichomes started turning amber in large quantities, and it became very difficult to control the humidity in the grow tent. The Black Mamba fully lived up to its name; I've never seen such a rich color. The aroma matches the color - deep, rich, and layered. But soft, not harsh, which makes me very happy. Let's see how the smell develops after curing. The plant grew with clear signs of indica dominance, stretching only slightly during flowering. I was also pleased with its resilience to high humidity levels. I can wholeheartedly recommend this strain for beginners (like me). More experienced growers will be able to unlock this strain's potential even better. A must-have for blueberry lovers, the aroma is divine. The SCROG method worked perfectly for this plant. Now I'm curious to see how the strain performs in other conditions, especially outdoors. Doctor's Choice impressed me with this photoperiod strain; I can confidently recommend it to everyone. I've previously dealt with autoflowers from Sasha, and the impressions were very pleasant️.

Volodymyr Keeping the plant any longer lost its meaning, and finally, the harvest moment has come. Before that, I was flushing the bush with rainwater for 4 days. Now, the plan is slow drying and curing. I want to preserve the maximum terpenes for the vaporizer.
