Just_A_Grower_ Unfortunately, I've noticed a nitrogen deficiency; as the vegetative growth progresses, I need to increase the BioGrow. Anyway, it's going very well.

Just_A_Grower_ I could extend the vegetative phase to increase size and yields, but I prefer to start with flowering. Meanwhile, the plant has recovered really well; the 40L pot is proving to be an excellent choice. I'm switching to the 12/12 cycle and it will flower soon. It will definitely explode into a big, bushy plant. I'm starting with flowering nutrients. I keep VPD values between 0.8 at night and 1.1-1.2 during the day, with light always at 45 DLI and 50cm from the canopy.

Just_A_Grower_ I use the SCROG net for more support. I notice a slight excess of nitrogen now, but it's still a nice color.

Just_A_Grower_ Now that the plant has stopped growing, I've opened up the canopy well and defoliated quite decisively. Now more light penetrates into the lower part because the inner leaves are still light green, and I hope they regain color with nitrogen; then I'll suspend it. I'm moving to VPD levels of night 1, day 1.5 light DLI45.

Just_A_Grower_ I want to recreate the sun 😆🌞 I added two UVB lamps to increase the trichomes. I believe that UVB rays, being present in nature, enhance trichome production and the quality of terpenes. I use an incremental approach starting with 30 minutes a day at 50cm distance at the beginning of flowering, up to an hour at the end of flowering, included in the central interval of the 12/12 cycle. I started using BioHeaven; I had never tried it before, and I hope to see a boost in the next 3-4 weeks of flowering remaining.

Just_A_Grower_ We're now in the final weeks, I've suspended nitrogen because I noticed the tips burnt and increased PK for two more waterings, then I'll proceed with the flush. The plant is watered every 4 days with 8-9 liters of water until the soil is compact and dry for 5cm. I reach complete saturation of the pot without drainage. The pot allows for a lot of breathing, which is positive because I think the plant is reaching almost its full potential, and you can see it in how it responds to changes. One more watering with fertilizers and then I'll start the flush. The buds are getting bigger and the trichomes are plentiful; I can see slight purple hues. As you can see in the grow box, there's a Levoit 300 humidifier and a Beko dehumidifier that mainly regulate the average humidity of 55% between day and night. The exhaust fans are at minimum, allowing for continuous air exchange, but the climate is regulated by the heat of the lamp, which at 50cm, 320w at 100% pushes quite a bit and heats up, along with a heating mat that raises the heat from below. The plant is protected by a wooden board, with an average daytime temperature of 25°C and at night (external grow box temperature) 17.5°C.

Just_A_Grower_ We are in the seventh week of flowering, this strain expects 8-10 weeks, I think I will aim for week 9 for the harvest and evaluate. I started the flush with the initial addition of BioHeaven to help the plant transport the last nutrients. Now I expect a slow yellowing of the leaves, even though I overdid it with nitrogen I should still be able to "clean" the plant. I lowered the light intensity to 30DLI (750ppfd) at this ripening stage and I will also decrease the temperature and humidity throughout week 8. Honestly, I would have expected larger buds, they will probably gain a bit more volume but the plant has given its all (or almost), surely the plant has transferred a lot of energy to all the other buds making them as uniform as possible and with many leaves that will make the final cleaning annoying for me 😅 In any case, the buds look great and the trichomes are really abundant, I would like to aim for at least 200g of dry buds, maybe, I hope. Just 2-3 more weeks 🤞🏽

Just_A_Grower_ We’ve reached the end after more than 4 months, I drastically lowered the temperatures and watered with very low TDS water for a better flush. If I had started the flush earlier, I probably would have seen the leaves yellowing, but these dark purple hues are wonderful. The trichome coverage is incredible and the buds are really dense and compact. I’ll wait until the weekend for the total cut, leaving 3 more days for maturation, I’ve left 12 hours, switched to 16DLI to simulate the end of the season and to lower the lamp temperature. I’m trying to raise the VPD to around 1.4±0.05 by lowering the humidity and raising the air temperature. Unfortunately, I can only adjust in 30-minute cycles, it won’t be constant but I want to avoid the risk of mold and evaporate all the residual water in the pot.

Just_A_Grower_ I was surprised by the density and compactness of the buds on all 14 branches. And then 870g was unexpected; yes, there are some small twigs I left, but the weight is what it is, so I'll be around 170-210g dry. Now I've put the buds to dry at 55% humidity and 18-20°C. Very nice. I'm happy; with the 40L pot, it gave its all, and the BioBizz nutrients did a real masterpiece.
