Xplod Welcome to my next grow.
This time, smaller and with different approach in soil and biotabs :D but still with autopots!
This is how it starts, as always for me, with a wet paper towel and a seed :)
I choose two seeds from the Devil Cream as they were either good size or pretty small, so I took one of each.
For the Blueberry Bliss I only took one, all were same quality and size and with Visionseeds I never had a fail with a seed to sprout so I’m positive one will be enough. (In general all plants I grew from them were great, one reason I always throw one seed of them in each grow! Never disappointed!)
Let’s see how long they need to open, first check in 36 h later, no root or crack in the Shell…
Threw 2 more seeds in for Backup, strains will be updated if sth changes due to germination
3.5 days later, all auto seeds had a 1cm tap root
And the Blueberry Cupcake I threw in 2 days ago already has a 1.5cm tap root!
All seeds with root were planted into Plagron light mix soil solocups for now.
2 Days later all emerged from the soil, I think one more day and day 1 will start
So last pics for this part, only update, I kinda used too much water at the start and they are a bit droopy… happens and I hope all will get over it.
It’s 4 plants currently but of the 2 devil cream I will pick the strongest when transplanting in about 7-10 days

Xplod So here we are on week one
Took them 2 days after planting in the solo cups to get to this stage.
They all got watered 50ml initially and 100ml 2 days later, only added Canna Rhizotonic and TA pro roots to give them a helping hand
While the smallest, the small seed from the Devil Cream, was a bit overwhelmed by the second feed, all adjusted nicely. Guess they will still have 1-2 days till next feeding, maybe 3 weeks will see.
Meanwhile I try to keep the vpd around 0.8 with the given environmental limits (would like the tent to be a bit warmer but you grow with what you have :D )
They are currently under 18/6 lights on but thinking to go to 20/4 to get it a little bit warmer overall.
Let’s see how they progress :)
Nice progress so far for day 5. They got watered once again with 100ml each which should last a bit.

Xplod Hello again,
Week 2 just started with some pics from day 8.
Going first to last, the blueberry Cupcake Photo started good but struggles a bit now from what I guess was a bit too much water for the age, it’s a photo so I don’t mind it that much.
The blueberry bliss started to catch up and actually looks best from all 4 now. Think this one might get topped if it keeps up the pace.
The last 2 devil cream…I think we all already know which I’ll pick but let’s wait till repot time.
Which will most likely be next Friday or Saturday latest.
Day 12 update, the BBB is the clear front runner followed by the BBC photo
The DC also develops nicely.

Xplod Week 3 update - Day 16
So far so good, both autos survived the repot.
Both got 10L Plagron light mix soil with 5g/L Biotabs Startrex and some mycorrhiza at the roots and 2 Biotabs per Pot.
The initial Orgatrex+Bactrex feed will be done once they can handle the amount.
The Devil Cream got a little bit damaged but came back after 2 days.
The Blueberry Bliss took one day less and is already growing again.
Still not sure which training I’ll do with them, guess I won’t top em as the repot took away some time and I don’t want to stress them after day 16…

Xplod Hello again, as I was busy last weeks, next weeks updates might get a bit shorter…
Week 4 marked the last veg week for the Blueberry Bliss as she showed first pistils that week and still grew strong
The Devil cream kept fighting along but was not able to catch up yet.
Both had been trained with just LST to spread out more even.

Xplod Sorry for the missing week 1 of flower, I just didn’t take pics …
So week 2 of flower it is, as a lot of times, this changes I just can’t do right :P sth is always off… this time the Blueberry Bliss started not looking as happy as I’d like it as the transition cutting the N just hit again. But with organics a quick correction is just not possible and luckily most plants grow out of it after a week. So is this one, already looking better and growing good.
The Devil Cream is still growing along, a bit smaller, a bit slower, but going.
Both got a biotabs orgatrex and bactrex feed and 24h later I restarted the autopots.

Xplod New week new growth, both looking ok so far.
The Devil cream still needs to get going, maybe I’ll give her some small booster seat to get her more light. The distance is a bit much as the Blueberry Bliss just stretches and stretches :D even with the LST spread and some inner pointing leaves removed
Once she is done stretching I’ll clean up the bottom a bit. So she can put the energy to the tops and not larfy bottom buds.
Autopots are off now for 24h to be able to feed the BBB some bio pk for her time after stretch
So today they both look more happy than yesterday, so I assume I got my gamble luck on top and have chosen strains which don’t like it perfectly moist all the time….Well, not ideal but I gotta live with it.
Sad thing again…yellowing tips…as I can’t change the nutrients available quickly I will play around with the light and vpd settings a bit to see if I can get it a bit better until it balances out hopefully.

Xplod Week 8 feels like, ok I underestimated the Blueberry Bliss a bit :D it’s still stretching a lot and I can only hope we are done soon … I don’t want to cook the tops again due to no space left :P
The devil cream still kinda looking sad but thriving….
If she continues like that she will catch up soon. The repot accident for sure stunted her for at least 2 weeks. The wired looking new leaves feels like a thing of this strain as I saw it also in other diaries of it so I won’t worry too much now.
She will get her bio PK feed soon so we will see how it develops.

BBB is chucking along forming buds and some wired colors on some parts and the DC started to turn purple buds and clawing….

Xplod Week 10….or maybe already a bit in week 11 I lost track a bit.
This grow for some reason is a change of feelings from day to day and plant to plant….
The devil cream, always a bit sad clawing and droopy since the repot and broken rootsystem.
Got a slight flush of like 5L, first and mostly for getting a feeling for the state of the soil. As the runoff was nothing to worry about, just a bit low ph maybe with 5.9-6.0
So I added some calmag bactrex and bio pk at the end to replace what got flushed out.
And what can I say, couple days later it recovered spreading out the leaves edges again!
Almost looking like a healthy plant again.
The Bluberry bliss on the other side…took a turn for the worse getting all possible colorings on leaves and buds feel like just stopped bulking.
It was suggested it got a light damage…could be the case for some of the taller branches but as the issue also occurs throughout the plant (so not just on tops but also on parts down below never gotten any substantial light amounts) I rather think of some sort of calmag pk imbalance…I sadly did not add any dolomite lime or so to the soil.
So I just tried to boost the soil life a bit with some bactrex and hope the microbes get it done.
I adjusted the watering a bit to be at a higher ph as from the runoffs it’s a bit low. Earlier I fed like 6.3-6.5 now I go more for sth like 6.8
We will see how it turns out….2 weeks ago I was short before kicking the DC but now sides turned xD
At least if the BBB turns out airy, I can just press it all down to Rosin and be ok with it.

Xplod Sooo we back to week 12 I think
Getting closer to the end it looks like anything tried to get the Blueberry Bliss to bulk a bit did not work.
Luckily the Devil cream is still bulking nicely since her issues and should deliver some nice buds.

Xplod Welcome to the final update, sorry for the delay.
Both plants are down and the Blueberry Bliss is already dried and trimmed
The last couple weeks was more or less waiting for them to get milky and ready to chop.
Mistake were made so I can’t complain about the result :D
And besides structure of the buds on both, BBB being pretty small but dense bits and pieces and the DC felt a bit airy on the lower parts even when it looked solid….and ofc the mass of leaves every bud has :o will be a pain to trim xD
Both first testers were pretty ok for how it looked so I’m more than ok.
Xplod As I screw up the flower part they didn’t turn out what I’m looking for to smoke sadly so about 2/3 of the plant went directly in the freezer and got washed to be fresh frozen rosin at some point.
The best buds I kept for smoking need some cure time for sure, the blueberry taste is still a bit short but should come out better in a couple weeks
Xplod Devil Cream….a devil to grow indeed xD
Mid grow I was thinking to kick this plant as it just did not wanted to get happy…
After a mild flush and reset in stretch she decided to be happy and grow some chunky buds which I did not expect at all. Color is beautiful purple and the smell is amazing earthy tropical.
As it’s still drying I only did one tester which was a special taste of cherry or tropical strains I know. Nothing for an everyday smoke but very nice mixing things up.
@Mia_BIOTABS, thank you for the kind words :)
I like the concept of biotabs but I guess I need to find my go to strain first and adapt for that strain and the needs.
And also not screw the repot :D
@Mia_BIOTABS, something went wrong beginning week 7 for sure
Even if the light wasn’t very close in terms of what it should be set to for flower. It’s clear that the time it got set to flower intensity the issue started.
It still feels like there is/was something else in addition as it also affected parts never had too much light but as I overacted(again in a slight panic mode, changed too much at once) reduced light, flushed the pot reamended and so on… I’ll purely blame it on me.
Sadly I chose a blueberry strain again which makes purpling kind of a wild guess as it might be the pheno but it feels like I miss balanced just everything during stretch :(
I will run this strain again in the same setting at some point and be more cautious. It’s bugging me that no matter which plant I always step into issues after stretch with biotabs … I know they work just perfect but I couldn’t get it right as of now…
@Mia_BIOTABS, thanks 🤓
It always looks a bit messy when just doing LST without topping 😅
But the plant helps with growing evenly at most parts. Just need some center branches to reach same height.
