Stony_German Tag 16 veg.
I had to make a decision, and the Frozen Marker (Frozen Bag x Permanent Marker) is the girl that will be sent into bloom earlier in this 40x40 with a shorter veg than her sisters in the big tent. She'll get a topping in a few days once she's settled in. A transplant shock is possible since a bit of soil broke off when I repotted her. I’d say about the size of an egg. Luckily, it was right at the top where there were still few roots. Why did this happen? Well, the soil was a bit too dry and less rooted, and I was high 😆. The superterpy Strawberry Guava showed its effects 😳.
The plan is to feed mineral-based again with Canna Terra, following the feeding chart. The soil life comes from Dynomyco Spark and Great White. Dynomyco Spark will be given weekly until the end of the stretch. AlfaBoost, Canna Cal-Mag + prize Epsom salt, and my Mono-Silica 40% as additives.
I’m looking forward to my first test of the genetics from Reverse Genetics. What I've seen gives great hope for a real frost monster. Just like the insanely potent and beautiful Blue Razzsicle performed in the last run in this mini grow tent, I hope to surpass that.
All homies, growmies, and stonies are warmly invited to join this mini grow.

Transplant shock has also required a few days of recovery here due to slight overwatering and my F..upsie during the transplant. After 5 days, they were already fit for the first topping.
This week, after recovering from the topping, the lowest 2 shoots will be removed, and their first visit to the hairdresser will do them good along with the shaping using LST. I can, or rather I must, focus on 6 or a maximum of 8 main shoots without much branching before the stretch. I want them to be as nicely distributed, or even prettier, than the Blue Razzsicle from the last run.
Today, they were fertilized for the first time with Canna Terra (mineral) according to the feeding chart with careful EC-1.1 and PH-6.0. The water comes from the tap with EC-0.2 to 0.3 and is adjusted to EC-0.4 before adding all Canna components. I hope they will produce something small but special after I visited "GreenGlasses" yesterday and saw his beautiful "Frozen Marker." It smells fantastic, like a Chem-citrus, still without the gassy, which will come later for him. So, big hopes are in place.
I wish you all a beautiful Sunday and healthy plants.

Stony_German Tag 29 - 31 veg.
I've started with LST to shape her a bit for the transition to flowering. But something seems off. She's not as robust, and despite the silica, the side branches are a bit softer and bend too easily. I'm used to better veg grows. And I definitely can't blame the genetics. She should have looked like this a week ago; when I compare her to the Blue Razzsicle, it's clear she's not as happy. The only thing I can think of is that the activated charcoal has raised the soil pH for mineral nutrients too much. I hadn't considered that at all. I can't measure the drain pH; I don't want to give her overwatering stress, so I'll water at the low end with pH 5.8-6.0 for the next few times and just hope she recovers. I want to send a happy plant into flowering. She's only had nutrients 3 times, and that was with a mild 1.1-1.2 EC. Not the best start, nothing dramatic yet, but worth mentioning. I'm still training her this week, then I'll do some defoliation + remove any branches that would get too much for the 40x40 mini tent, and then it's off to flowering in a maximum of 10 days.

After recovering a bit, the flowering was initiated 3 days ago. Now we’re waiting for the stretch and hoping she doesn’t shoot up too much. Even if she gains 100%, it should still be okay. 🙏🙏. Fertilization is done according to the Canna Terra Feeding chart with EC-1.3 and pH-6.0 every second watering.

Stony_German Tag 10 of flowering and the stretch has begun.
I’m trying to water her daily and will start drybacks only after a few watering sessions. She’s not stretching too much yet. I also haven’t done any defoliation. It was a bit of a stressful week time-wise. After 10 days on 12/12, I removed the Blauspectrum LED. I’m fertilizing every second watering with an EC of 1.5 and a pH of 6.0 according to the Canna Terra feeding chart.
There’s not much more to report this week.

In a few days, Lollipopping will be done. The stretch is coming to an end, and I was able to control it well with drybacks, so it hasn't stressed me out.
Looks like I have a Frozen Bag heavier pheno with fewer white hairs. That would be great. I'm really hoping for that. Today, I also started giving the flowering fertilizer Canna Terra Flores with every second watering.
The EC is 1.6 and pH is 6.1, and this week I'm giving it with drain to flush out any possible salt deposits from Canna Terra Vega. The starting EC is 0.2, so I'm adjusting my tap water with CalMag agent and a pinch of Epsom salt to 0.4.
A classic mineral Canna grow according to the Canna Terra feeding chart.
I'll do an update for this week's report after the Lollipopping. There wasn't much else to do this week.

After some intense lollipopping and defoliation, I bent the main branches that were left with bud clips so that the smaller central buds can get some light and the distance to the LED is reduced, allowing these buds to become nice and hard, and of course, bigger. With the limited space, you have to sacrifice some branches for the overall health of the grow.
The last photos show this action from 5 or 6 days ago when the bent side branches hadn't straightened up yet.
I'm also using a full flowering nutrient program with an EC of 1.7 and pH of 6.2 with every second watering. With Yucca extract as a wetting agent since the drybacks in the small 8L pot tend to make the soil hydrophobic. So far, there's been minimal runoff. However, I will properly flush the soil this week to eliminate the salt deposits from Canna Terra Vega. I always do this after the stretch, usually around day 18-21, and then again before the PK 13/14 boost week at around flowering day 42.
I'm really liking the early frost and the stretch, which is easy to control. Great genetics from this Frozen Bag x Permanent Marker cross.
Now comes the bud porn phase that we all love.
To all buddies, visitors, growers, and stoners, have a nice Sunday.

The buds are getting bigger and the frost level is above average, which gives great hopes for something nice. I dried the Frozen Marker harvest from GreenGlasses in the Vcure using the 14-day program. The drying + cure went very smoothly and the end result is perfect. Finally, no more worries in summer about the heat and in winter the complaints from my wife because the bedroom is cold. I am very satisfied and can really recommend the Vcure. Yes, the price is around €1000. I'm glad I got it for €699.
But the Frozen Marker also tastes good and works well. For me, it can only be described as chemical. No fruit, no candy, nothing, just chemical. I think Green Glasses had a good Frozen Marker pheno. I would be happy if my lady goes in this direction.
Fertilizing is done every second watering with EC-1.7 according to the Canna Terra Feeding chart and with adjusted pH - 6.0-6.2.
Wishing all visitors and growmies a nice weekend!

Just watching and enjoying. There’s nothing else to do except make sure there's enough water and nutrients. Fertilizing is done every second watering with EC 1.8 and pH 6.0-6.2 according to the Canna Terra Feeding chart. Frosty and already smelling really aggressively like Chem. Very similar to the one from GreenGlasses that was recently dried in the VCure. So, I’m also fulfilling the request to evaluate the VCure. It describes it perfectly. Important to know is to fill the designated bowl with distilled water to the brim at the current ambient humidity. The end product is delicious, terpy, potent, and sticky. I couldn't have done it better with the old-school hanging method. Despite the humidifier and dehumidifier, I always had fluctuations in the battle of the devices. In the VCure, it was super stable the whole time. Maybe worth mentioning, I chose the 14 days Dry&Cure setting. Feel free to check out GreenGlasses where you can see the Frozen Marker from the same seed pack. Big shoutout to Reverse Genetics for the stable breeding work.

Stony_German Tag 43 Flowering P-K Boost, & max. EC
We are in the bulking phase where the buds are swelling. This means they are getting the highest EC in their life cycle. Right now, it's easy to go overboard, which often does more harm than good. To prepare them for the 7 to 10 days of PK-13/14 Boost, I flushed twice last week with 4 liters during the watering process to avoid possible salt deposits. The runoff EC was 3.0 the first time, 2.2 the second time, and 1.9 during the third normal watering with little to normal runoff. I never give more than 2.0 EC when using Canna Terra. Our tap water has a starting value of EC-0.3. This is always adjusted with Cal-Mag+Epson Salt to 0.4 EC, then 1ml/L PK-13/14 is added, and then enough Canna Terra Flores is added until the EC lands at 1.8. When the additives according to the feeding chart are added, you achieve the desired EC-2.0 value. pH as always between 6.0 - 6.2.
Frozen Marker, the name fits. Frosty and smells chemical and gassy. Still zero sweetness or fruit. And we all know that in the end, more of that gassy comes in. It's also extremely sticky. Nothing should go wrong from here. Since the VCure takes care of all future drying, I'm not worried about how the temp will be outside. 😁
Another good run in the small 40x40, which was actually only set up for the first 2-3 weeks so we don't lose time while drying in the big tent. Wishing all visitors a nice Sunday and happy plants.

The bulking hasn't finished yet, so she's still getting a full dose of nutrients with an EC of 2.0 for a few more days. But each time, there's a good 10-20% runoff that sits around EC 2.5. The pH is at 6.2 both when watering and in the runoff. I love this about Canna Terra, both the nutrients and the soil. Incredibly pH stable. Trichome formation is looking very nice. Unfortunately, the phone photos don't do her justice. The terps are also very strong. Chemically without sweetness and it reminds me a bit of Girl Scout Cookies, just without the sweetness. Hard to describe. Gassy is coming through more and more, as always in the last few weeks. The buds are dense but will get much harder. Overall, I am very satisfied with this genetics and this grow. I wish you all a happy Easter and enjoy the holidays!

She's almost there. The buds are rock hard and she's living up to her name Permanent Marker with a cookie-like smell. Frosty as hell but with very sandy trichomes. Makes every "washers" heart race. Definitely great genetics for fresh frozen.
Starting today, I'm only watering with Canna Flush and pH-adjusted water, always with a slight drain. She's going to get some colors now since the EC in runoff is below EC-2.0. A stronger flush probably won't be necessary; she should suck the remaining nutrients from the soil and her leaves in her last 2 weeks. However, I can still give her a PK 13/14 boost if necessary, but we'll see in a few days how quickly the fade happens. She's also been getting Chitosan (from Cultivers) for a week to trigger insect stress, which surely hasn't harmed resin production. Chitosan is derived from the exoskeleton of insects and induces stress and defense reactions in the plant. If anyone's interested, feel free to message me. I've been using it for a long time and really like it, but I can't find it here in the nutrient segment.
Happy Sunday Stoners & Growers and thank you for all the nice words you send me via DM.

Stony_German Tag 64 Flowering Still no Amber Trichs
For Fresh Frozen and Live Rosin, you would harvest them. My grow bro already asked me if I want to harvest and freeze them. Well, I'm a classic joint smoker, and even though a dab is a terp explosion compared to all other forms of consumption, I'm not a fan of that extreme high and find the first few minutes rather uncomfortable and too much. Yeah, in my twenties, I probably would have been all in.
So let's just wait another 7-10 days; we’re not in a rush. She's still drinking 1 L a day, showing me that she’s not ready yet. The buds are rock hard, and the drybacks show slightly burnt leaf tips, which is normal. This is not over-fertilization. She hasn't received any nutrients for the last 10 days since the last PK13/14 boost. There are still enough mobile nutrients in the substrate and leaves for her to take what she needs. Watering is done with CalMag adjusted tap water at EC-0.5 and CannaFlush. So we will have a clean end product from this mineral grow.
The smell hasn’t changed in the last week. Still creamy Chem without sweetness. Somehow, this pheno reminds me the most of Girl Scout Cookies from when the cookie hype started; that must have been around 2010 or so if I'm not mistaken. Anyway, very interesting, and thanks to the trichome density, it will be potent. Green Glasses had a Frozen Marker, and I was satisfied with the type of effect. We're expecting around 70g from this 0.16m². I think in the future, we will plant smaller but more plants in the 120x90x180. 5 in the big one and one in the 40x40, keeping the number of plants within the legal (3 plants per person) limit.
I'm very satisfied with the Frozen Marker genetics. 2 phenos from 2 seeds, and both phenos are strong performers with well-controllable stretch, strong trichome density, loud terps, and good potency. I will have them tested, and we will also see if the buds dried in the Vcure have a higher overall terp % due to the perfect drying.
I wish you all a nice Sunday, and thank you for all the lovely comments and DMs. Please don’t be mad if it takes me a bit to respond to your DMs, but I always answer everyone, I promise. I never expected you all to enjoy our grows so much; you are a wonderful community and always motivate me to do even better. The last few years before Growdiaries brought a growing routine, and you reignited my passion and really triggered it.
Thank you so much; I mean it seriously 🙏🙏😊

95% of all trichomes are milky and the other 5% are split between clear and amber. So it will still take this week until I have them the way I like. You can really see how in the last 2 weeks the calyxes have swelled and the buds have developed those "spikes" like a morning star with this genetics. Many would have said two weeks ago that it’s done, and that’s just too early, and a lot of potential is not being utilized.
Now I'm only watering with Canna Flush to have a clean end product. I’m adjusting the pH to 6.2 because with Canna Flush the pH tends to drop to 5.5.
The smell hasn’t changed, and it’s slowly time to repot the Orange Creampop seedling in a week and put it in this 40x40 tent. I’m glad that Vcure makes drying easier for me, and I don’t lose 12-14 days with a tent for drying.
Wishing all visitors a nice Sunday.

Stony_German Tag 78 flowering and we are harvesting.
A beautiful lady will be coming into the VCure today with the 14-day program, and I don’t want to experiment with my own drying recipes just yet. The last time the end result was impressive, and since the buds are extremely hard, I don’t want to take any risks.
In the last weeks, this beauty received various "controlled" stresses. Drybacks, light stress, nutrient stress, chitosan, and also the addition of ASS (aspirin). I wanted to see to what extent all of this affects potency in the end. We used Alfaboost not only because of triacontanol but also for all the hormones and lactic acid bacteria that have a positive effect even with a mineral grow, just like Dynomyco Spark, which contains useful bacteria, amino acids, and seaweed alongside mycorrhiza. Humic and fulvic acids were also given in sufficient amounts, and lastly, I don’t want to forget the "flower bacteria" present in King Crab. Yes, despite mineral fertilization. I think the photos speak for themselves that all the effort was worth it.
The trichomes are even all milky in the middle area. Yes, they oxidize less, which is usually the case with sandy trichomes, but they are starting to change color. The peak of what’s possible should give us a good mix of head-high and body-high; the smoke report will follow after drying/cure.
This frees up the 40x40 tent for the Orange Creampop, which will be repotted today and finds a new home where humidity can finally be controlled. It struggled with 35-40% RH but handled it like a champ. And even if we might not finish this grow, we’ll give it our all again.
Stay tuned for another beauty queen.
Thank you 🙏 to everyone who followed this journey and always motivated us. All the nice words were, of course, passed on as compliments to this sexy lady.
I hope we didn’t disappoint anyone and delivered (as we say). Even if it sometimes took a while to respond to questions or comments, I tried to always write back; sorry for that.
I wish all visitors, growmies, and friends of this queen of the plant world a lovely Sunday.
Great Genetic. Easy to grow. Stretched not a lot and final Product ist Potent and Terpy. Frost is on Point. Why not 10/10? just because the longer flowering time. 10-11 Weeks is a bit to long for a indica leaning Hybrid. THC - Test will follow with the smoke report as soon as i have the opportunity to test her.

Stony_German Very good genetics. Controllable stretch. Well suited for beginners. Slightly longer flowering time of 10-11 weeks. Very potent and has a unique flavor. Potency test is coming soon. I'm waiting with the smoke report until I've tested it. Final dry weight about 75g.
Once again, thank you to everyone who accompanied us on this journey with a beautiful plant. I also appreciate all the kind words and comments. Your positive feedback continues to motivate me to showcase our grows here and put in the effort to show you beautiful photos and detailed reports.

Stony_German 26% THC. Very good genetics. Controllable stretch. Well suited for beginners. A slightly longer flowering time of 10-11 weeks. Very potent and has a special flavor. Potency test is coming soon. I'm waiting with the smoke report until I've tested it. Final dry weight about 75g.
Once again, thank you to everyone who accompanied us on this journey with a beautiful plant. I also appreciate all the kind words and comments. Your positive feedback continues to motivate me to showcase our grows here and to put in the effort to show you beautiful photos and detailed reports. 😊😉
@Stony_German, of course I argued how great this purchase is for the bedroom and what advantages it has, and that sleeping is much more pleasant when you let the air conditioning run in the afternoon. 😂💪🏽
@hanspeter77, After 14 days of curing in GroveBags following the 14-day Vcure program, I have the best end product I've ever had. It kinda hurts to admit it.
