Hi. It could be a couple of different things. It could be genetics, not enough light/energy to produce more than 3 fan leaves, or (most likely) the clone was taken during flower. Cloning from a part of the plant that has 3 leafers, will give you this trait or if the plant was cut during flower, it can come back with three leaves. A lot of times the plant will produce normal fan leaves once it gets back to flower If your environment is correct, light distances and feed, then I wouldn't worry too much about this.

Give them time, the first few nodes always have few bladed leaves
