Samsationalseeds So this is me attempting to grow the seeds that i've bred. And learning where i've messed up and making the seed. Sometimes you can harvest seeds too early off of a plant, and the hard shell fully doesn't form and you leave the embryo in the seed at risk of drying up and dying or even turning into mold. And ruining the whole batch. I have found a mold that's gray and creates dust in some of these seeds. And it vaguely smells like bleach. So genuinely be careful, make sure you clean sterile conditions.Keep them dry but not wet. So the bosa glue auto is an f one strain combining strawberry banana with orange apricot. Straw walker runs as an f one auto, combining strawberry banana and skywalker runtz og I've never really I set out and grown these strains and let them shine. I was just focused on making seeds and their half. Sibling made the 2nd generation of strains. I create so I kind of want to give these a shot.Give some of the new f ones I just created I originally germinated these in glass cup with water and a drop of hydrogen peroxide. I've realized some of my seeds are a little thick and letting them soak is sometimes the solution, but I also grab a scalpel blade. And just along the the decrease of the shell, I rub the blade once or twice like shaving, not attempting to surgery. I've seen it's easy to shave parts of the edge where the two halves of the show form and meet and doing this with some soaking helps you expose the embryo without killing it. I've had a hard time helping one of these plants live after they break through the shell, or I help them break off half of it. The shell on some of my seeds is very thick and sometimes kills the seedlings before they have a chance of coming out. So I recently peeled off half of the shell and let the tap root, and the seedlings sit in a paper towel. In a plastic bag and that was enough that they have established themselves. And I will show an update soon. I'm not joking when I try to see section. An embryo out I had like 5% chances of survival. This is the first time I've done something a little easier. And less stressful to the seedling, and I guess something that made sense to me.And i'm looking at seventy five percent odds already

Samsationalseeds I'm disappointed in most of my autos. But part of it is that i'm reusing soil.I feel that a lot of it was dense root that needed to be broken up.I need worms to break up the soil for reuse it.Successfully. Because the soil is not suitable for a root development.I'm pretty sure a lot of the auto struggled to develop, and most of them are super small but that's okay, that's human error. I think I will focus on deep water culture after this rotation I really like growing my own auto in a one gallon in deep water culture.Bucket, it's the best looking one so far. I feel that reusing soil is better suited for photos.Because I am not in a race against time.I can flip it whenever, so I think for the sake of reusing resources.I will be going photos or just growing deep water culture.

Samsationalseeds Almost all the tiny autos have entered bloom or the early stage of bloom and have already produced. The first white hairs i'm looking at a hundred percent feminization rate. . The small autos will be harvested and allowed the photos to grow a little larger

Samsationalseeds This is mainly an ongoing diary to check on the feminization rate of my autos. To see if they will, herm out, i'm not necessarily doing stress tests.I am still growing them within a given range. I have yet to see any pollen sacks or nanners. However, I am impressed that we're looking at Six out of ten have gone into blooms so far. Of the autos that I bred. I put a random updated video of a banana, purple punch r three and lemon cherry gelato r three hybrid that I give to my dad to adopt. I'm genuine super pleased with the autos that i've read. They're not stressed or irregular, even though I didn't give em the best start. Because I reuse soil .

Samsationalseeds Most of the autos are being moved into my dad's garden or the backyard. I am happy to test out the genetics that I've bred. I think I've recently found my first. I herm, but this plant was super.Stressed out, and it was a photo auto hybrid. And I mean, noticeably herm out like it was making pollen sacks, as opposed to one or two nanners. Out of the photo seeds granted, I haven't grown many deep into Bloom. It's not a good sign, though. That I had one herm, but I know that one was super stressed out, so I put one2 right now. And my current run, that I'm gonna divide for me. And my cousin, and I'll say, how many herm out

Samsationalseeds First one of the 3 adopted by dad later look like its getting to harvest. I am so pleased with my autos. I know that there are f one so that means that there are finicky and need to be grown by skilled people. But I feel like there's a high ceiling for my bred strains!

I'm saying high resistance, because I saw the existence of aphids on the soil. But they were not traversing the plant stem nor attacking the leaves. They were all around the root bed

Samsationalseeds While i'm away, my dad is taking these down. These have officially entered week 8 of flower. To me, it seems like all the other autos are about the same time coming down. They're not really gaining mass. just randomly popping out white hairs This is the first diary of one of the first auto f one hybrids , i have documented and bred. This one is the smallest one out of the three. She stands out about twenty inches tall sprawled out.And has the most amount of branches turned into main colas. This one out of the 3 is the most sticky and hard to describe the smell. It's faintly fruity, maybe a peach.Smell. I am not disappointed with my auto. This is grown using a new nutrient method, and both proved to be fruitful

I need to use the process of elimination. I believe what caused the aphid infestation in the soil bags was the bokashi inoculant. I think they did not treat it correctly to kill aphid eggs. The new nutrients I tried are derived from bone blood and feather meal.It does not have enough calcium to sustain the plant throughout its whole life. And the second type of nutrients that I fed for bloom was derived from peanut meal. And shellfish and other earth minerals. The veget had a value of 885 and the Bloom had a value of 347. And this bloom is typically correlated to tomato plants, but I reached this nutrient calculation by kind of reverse engineering. And comparing three different nutrient brands and calculating how much nutrients these plants use. What I realize is that some of the nitrogen actually does not get used because it turns into ammonia and then gas. I can get lucky enough and the gas releasing.Pellets can be caught deep underground and keep most of it there. But if they're towards the surface, the ammonia smell can kick up and let me know that it is escaping.

Samsationalseeds Like the other strain, I believe all three autos will be coming down at about the same time.My dad pointed out all their pistons, turned amber, and we normally go based off of that. And the flower size and the amount of water that they are drinking. Typically, a plant will drink less water in the last two weeks of life.Letting you know that it's starting to die. This was the auto that was just going to keep going. And keep making white hairs without stop.So we're gonna harvest now. Hopefully, this plant would be ready to sample when I return My dad sent me a video showing that the plant is getting so heavy that it can't support itself anymore.Normally, it would be supported by little plastic triangles. Because I started that plant, all I did was do one or two men and let them perform

I believe this plant to be the one that was least infected with aphids in its soil. But this one as well, has the other two none of the afits.Climbed up the trunk and attacked any of the leaves , or nugs. I'm very impressed. This just might be one case scenario. And I might need to refine the resistances on these plants, but this is an amazing test swore my original f one generation made three years ago.

Samsationalseeds This was the plant that leaned more sativa, even though all three of em were very sativa. She has the smallest nugs, so we shall see how she comes down. But this was the mother to the second generation of otto strains.I've made two years ago. That plant was healthy enough to help me make approximately 10000 Otto. Hybrids, and I will slowly be testing them out later this year

So this is being unbiased about the autos that I moved outside to my backyard. The one's deepest into bloom did not go into shock when the weather dropped.Below forty degrees, but the ones that were in early vege got into shock and that's human error i'm not gonna blame the genetics or the plant that was just me.Slapping as many plants as I came outside to give the ones inside the best chance

Samsationalseeds Yet again I am not trying to make my strains look low quality. But this is the truth that I reused. Soil for these and did not let it go through a hole cycle of worm processing. I just slapped nutrients into soil for my last run and hoped for the best. If I had used fresh soil, these would fare better. I'm calling an end to this diary because the other ones look ok, they're mainly going to yield small amounts. But I still get to randomly judge the first three strains I bred.

@wolfvb, technically, some of these are f ones. The others are offsprings using an f one strength established last year. And in a couple weeks, we're going to update on my f one photo auto hybrids, that I just put to pop. I guess collectively we're looking at feminization rates. It should be at a hundred percent. But we'll see if any herm .

That's interesting that you do extra stuff to try.And get the seeds to pop. I just put this straight into soil. And sometimes loses them and they don't even terminate.I will try to shot glass soon. It sucks when a fifteen dollar seed dies
