Hroch_Tom I received Kikiriki regular (3 pcs) as a gift with the purchase of Durban Poison regular. After a lot of Googling about genetics, I decided to plant 6x DP and 3x Kikiriki for my project.... Photo taken 2 days before switching.

Hroch_Tom The 6 Durban Poison seeds were 6 females and out of 3 Kikiriki, 1 didn't germinate and 2 others were males.....just as I imagined. One male grew unevenly, it was kind of weirdly twisted, so it was left to the one male. That one grew beautifully evenly, with layers just right apart, and when the pollen sacs started to burst, they had a lovely light pink color. I chose the 4 most beautiful females for pollination. I'm really annoyed that I accidentally deleted the photos from the pollination.....maybe it was one straw too many😏😎..... #3: -from the start, I thought this would be my favorite, but in the end, not much......for my taste, it had too little aroma and sweetness, and the bud structure was also nothing special. #5: -this girl had buds shaped like golf balls. They weren't very hard, but inside they were beautifully purple. The aroma was sweet berry, slightly peppery with a herbal hint. #2: -I didn't really like this girl from the start, but towards the end, she started to surprise me. The buds turned into golf balls in both shape and hardness. The plant was beautifully green without any hints of purple. The aroma was a solid load of sweet herbs, maybe like a blooming meadow, with spices that tickle the nose. Even with sweetness, it was quite decent... #1: -this girl was a bit inconspicuous from the start, she flowered more slowly and the seeds inside matured two weeks later than the others (10 weeks). What she started to show 3 weeks before the end surprised me. The whole time, she had elongated buds, the density was poor, but she was the most resinous. In the end, in those 3 weeks, the buds hardened beautifully and that aroma was just amazing.......she became my new favorite. The aroma is beautifully complex, sweet, earthy, almost hash-like, minty and pungent with a hint of fruit.
